【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】 本考案は自動車等の車両にラン
プを取付ける構造に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】 従来、図４に示すように例えばヘッド
ランプ(1) においては、レンズ(2) と該レンズ(2) が取
付けられているハウジング(3) とからなり、該ハウジン
グ(3) がブラケット(4) およびハウジング取付足部(5)
によって車体に取付けられている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】 しかしながら上記従
来構成にあっては、ランプ(1) の取付位置の僅かな誤差
で車体（フェンダーパネル）(6) とランプ(1) との間に
間隙を生じ見栄えが悪くなると云う欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】 本考案は上記従来の課
題を解決するための手段として、ランプ(1) を自動車等
の車両の車体(6) の所定個所に取付ける場合に、該ラン
プ(1) 周縁裏面に外縁に断面略Ｕ字状弯曲端縁部(7A)を
有 する弾性シート材(7) を接着し、該弾性シート材(7)
の弯曲端縁部(7A)によ って該ランプ(1) と該車体(6) と
の間隙Ｓを充填したランプ(1) の取付構造を提供するも
のである。

【作用】 本考案ではランプ(1) の周縁に取付けた弾性
シート材(7) の断 面略Ｕ字状の弯曲端縁部(7A)が車体
(6) とランプ(1) との間隙Ｓを充填する。該弾性シート
材(7) の弯曲端縁部(7A)は断面略Ｕ字状であるから、該
間隙Ｓの巾の変化に対応して容易に弾性変形し、該間隙
Ｓの巾の変化を吸収する。

【実施例】 本考案を図１〜図３に示す一実施例によっ
て説明すれば、(1) はヘッドランプであり、レンズ(2)
と該レンズ(2) が取付けられているハウジング(3) とか
らなり、該ハウジング(3) はブラケット(4) およびハウ
ジング取付足部(5) を介して車体前面に取付けられてい
る。
【０００７】 該ヘッドランプ(1) の周縁にはゴム、プ
ラスチック等の弾性シート材(7) が取付けられており、
該ヘッドランプ(1) を車体(6) に取付けた時、該弾性シ
ート材(7) の断面略Ｕ字状の彎曲端縁部(7A)が車体（フ
ェンダーパネル）(6) に当接し、該ヘッドランプ(1) と
車体(6) との間隙Ｓを充填する。
【０００８】 該弾性シート材(7) の断面略Ｕ字状の彎
曲端縁部(7A)は該間隙Ｓの巾の変化に応じて弾性的に変
形し、該間隙Ｓの巾の変化を吸収する。

【考案の効果】 したがって本考案では、ランプの車体
に対する取付位置に多少の誤差を生じても、ランプと車
体との間の間隙は該弾性シート材によって充填され、外
観が大巾に改良される。

  1. 【請求項１】ランプを自動車等の車両の車体の所定個所
    に取付ける場合に、該ランプ周縁裏面に外縁に断面略Ｕ
    字状弯曲端縁部を有する弾性シート材 を接着し、該弾性
    シート材の弯曲端縁部によって該ランプと該車体との間
    隙を充填したことを特徴とするランプの取付構造
