However, conventionally,
When increasing the floor space in the stairwell, it is necessary to pass beams through the stairwell, attach ceiling and floor materials, etc., and also require specialized craftsmen such as carpenters. Even if the period is short and the cost is low as compared with the case, the period and the cost cannot be reduced so much.

According to the present invention, the atrium is formed by removing only the ceiling surface material and the floor surface material while leaving the upper beam and the lower beam which are the structural frames of the building unit. A floor panel is installed between the lower beams of the multistory building unit to increase the floor. At this time, the floor can be increased simply by attaching the floor panel to which the ceiling surface material and floor surface material are pre-installed between the lower beams of the upper floor unit. The work of increasing the floor area can be performed in a shorter period of time and at lower cost as compared with the case of performing the operation. Further, since the floor panel is supported by the lower beam, which is the structural body of the building unit, sufficient strength is ensured.

In order to increase the height of the atrium 9 of such building units 1 and 2, a floor panel 20 is disposed between the lower beams 7 of the building unit 2 as shown in FIGS. The floor panel 20 is provided with two iron angle frames 21 as locking portions that are locked to the lower beam 7, and joists 22 installed between the angle frames 21 in directions orthogonal to each other. These angle frame 21 and joist 22
A heat insulating / sound insulating material 23 is disposed between them, and an angle frame 21, a joist 22, a floor surface material 24 serving as a floor on the second floor and a ceiling serving as a ceiling on the first floor are provided on both upper and lower sides of the heat insulating / sound insulating material 23. The face material 25 is stuck.

[0011] The floor panel 20 is a lower beam 7 of the building unit 2.
It is attached by locking the angle frame 21 via the decorative plate 11 on the upper surface of the device, and is appropriately fixed using nailing, an adhesive or the like. Thereby, the atrium 9 of the building units 1 and 2 is vertically divided by the floor panel 20, and the floor is increased.

According to this embodiment, the floor can be increased simply by arranging the floor panel 20 in the atrium 9 of the building units 1 and 2, so that the conventional beam, floor surface material and ceiling surface material can be installed. The number of floors can be increased by simple work.
Therefore, the work for increasing the floor area can be performed in a short period of time and at low cost. In particular, since the work can be performed without a specialized craftsman such as a carpenter, construction cost can be significantly reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but includes modifications and improvements as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, when the ceiling unit and the floor unit are not provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the building units 1 and 2 at all, and the floor is increased to the unit type building in which the entire upper and lower surfaces are the atrium 9. However, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a ceiling 31 or a floor material is attached to a part of the upper and lower surfaces of the building units 1 and 2, and a floor 31 is provided.
In other words, the present invention can be applied to a unit-type building in which a floor space or a ceiling surface is not provided and a blow-through portion is formed, such as a unit-type building in which two are provided.
Even in such a unit-type building, it is possible to increase the floor by attaching a floor panel 20 formed according to the size of the atrium 9 to which no ceiling surface material or floor surface material is attached. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the decorative beam 32 is provided between the upper beams 4 of the building unit 1, the decorative beam 32 is arranged below the ceiling panel 25 of the floor panel 20, so that the number is increased. Even if it is on the floor, it is placed as it is. On the other hand, when the decorative beam 32 is provided between the lower beams 7 of the building unit 2, a space in which the decorative beam 32 is arranged may be formed on the floor panel 20. By providing such a decorative beam 32, the strength of the building units 1 and 2 can be further improved and the design can be improved.
