ン9により搬送される脱穀穀稈を扱室13に供給する入
口側鰐口17を、扱胴14の始端側に対向する前側板1
8に形成し、扱胴14の後部を軸支する後側板20に脱
穀穀稈を扱室13から排出する出口側鰐口19を形成し
てある。受網ガイド16の送塵口22に臨む前縁部16
aを、フィードチェーン9の脱穀穀稈搬送方向側ほど扱
胴14の回転方向側に位置するようにフィードチェーン
9の脱穀穀稈搬送方向に対して傾斜する状態に、すなわ

かって下がりながら延びる状態で後側板20に片持ち状
に取付けるとともに、この押さえ杆24の長手方向複数
箇所からフィードチェーン9の脱穀穀稈搬送方向に下が
りながら延びる状態に枝杆24aを形成し、フィードチ
ェーン9から排ワラ搬送チェーン21への穀稈受け渡し
時に押さえ杆24による穀稈押し下げ作用で穀稈を出口
側鰐口19から引き出して、穀稈が出口側鰐口19の奥
において後側板20に引っ掛かることを防止するように
構成してある。又、扱胴14の始端側に軸への巻き付防
止片25を設けるとともに、この巻き付防止片25の回
転方向前端の刃付縁25aを扱室13の前側板18側ほ
ど回転方向後方に位置する傾斜縁に形成し、巻き付防止
片25から穀稈が外れやすいように、かつ、外れない穀
稈が切断されるように構成することで、扱胴支軸への長
い穀稈の巻き付を防止するようにしてある。
