体53間に横流損を発生することになり、誘導電動機の効
率を低下させるという課題があった。また、この横流損

実 施 例 以下、本発明の一実施例を第1図から第5図にもとづ
き説明する。第1図に示すように、円形の薄鉄板1の外
周に等間隔に中心線を有する歯部2を、先端部の幅が交
互に大幅と小幅を形成するように、かつ前記中心線を対
称軸として等距離に開口部3を有するスロット4が形成
されるように設けている。この薄鉄板1を積層して積層
鉄心5とする際、第2図に示すように、スロット4が垂
直になるように積層した同一積厚の2個のブロック6,7
を形成し、このブロック6,7を大幅と小幅の歯部2が対
向するように1スロットずらして重ね合わせる。積層鉄
心5の状態にするとブロック6,7のスロット4の底部8
は軸方向の同一直線上に位置する。このようにすると、
両ブロック6,7のスロット4は、軸方向から見た場合、
第3図および第4図に示すように底部8は一致している
が、それより上部は左右に振り分けられ、磁束はφ1と
φ2の磁路を通ることになり、かつ、両ブロック6,7の
積厚が等しいから、これは、第2図に示すように見かけ
上、角度θのスキューを持ったことと等価になるので、
誘導電動機の始動時および運転時に異常トルクや、振
動,騒音の発生を防止し、また運転時の横流による損失
も防止することができる。第5図に示す本実施例の騒音
の周波数分析と、第8図に示す従来の構成による騒音の
周波数分析とを比較すると明かなように、異常騒音とな
っていたピーク音a,b,cが実施例ではなくなっている。
なお、スロット4内の導体9のエンドリング10は従来と
同様にアルミニュウムダイカストにより形成されてい
る。また本発明のかご形回転子11は、三相誘導電動機,
単相誘導電動機のいずれにも適用でき、かつ薄鉄板1を
積層したブロック数は3個以上でもよい等、上記で説明
し、かつ図面に示した実施例にのみに限定されるもので
はなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形して実施

る磁束の流れ込みが各歯の中心線に対し略対称かつスム
ーズであるため回転が滑らかであり、回転の方向が変化
