It extends rearward. However, in the above-mentioned LED display unit, the heat dissipating member is the display unit (1).
A fixing screw (2) comprising a cooling flat plate portion (2) which is in close contact with the rear surface of the display portion (1) for storing heat generated during light emission driving of the display portion (1), and a radiator plate (19) for conducting heat backward. 2
0), and the heat radiating plate (19) is inserted through the insertion holes (18) and (15) of the drive circuit board (4) and the mounting member (3), and the cooling flat plate ( 92), the drive circuit board (4) cannot take up much space for forming the insertion hole (18) due to the high mounting density of electronic components. Therefore, the width of the heat radiating plate (19) cannot be increased, and the contact area between the heat radiating plate (19) and the cooling flat portion (2) is small.

Is required, and the cost is high because of the large number of parts. Moreover, since many parts are stacked and integrated, the depth dimension is increased, and the fitting claw of the mounting leg (17) is attached to the fixed frame at the rear end.
There is a concern that the load on the front side of the mounting means hanging on 1) becomes large, and the mounting means may come off due to vibration or the like and fall off forward.

That is, a display section in which a large number of LEDs are arranged in a matrix, a heat dissipating member disposed in close contact with the back side of the display section to conduct heat generated by the LEDs to the rear, and penetrating through the heat dissipating member. An LED driving circuit board electrically connected to each of the LEDs by the connecting pins, and an attachment member protruding rearward from the driving circuit board and fitted to a fixed frame body. A heat radiating member, a cooling flat plate portion closely contacting the display portion, and a heat radiating plate portion extending from a side of the cooling flat plate portion and protruding rearward through a vicinity of an end of the drive circuit board, are formed of metal. The base end portions of the plurality of mounting members, which are formed integrally by bending a plate and have a fitting claw at the distal end portion made of synthetic resin, are integrally formed on the back surface of the cooling flat plate portion. Combined by It is configured as characterized in that is.

Since the heat is well conducted and the pair of radiator plates protrude rearward through the vicinity of the end without inserting the drive circuit board, the width of the radiator plate should be as large as possible. And extremely excellent heat dissipation performance can be obtained.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the same, and FIG. 3 is a right side view of the same. In these figures, the same as or equivalent to FIGS. Are attached. And
The difference from the existing unit is that the cooling plate (2), the mounting member (3), and the heat radiating plate (19) in the existing unit are replaced with a structure in which the cooling plate (19) is integrated with the fixing screw (20). ) Is formed by bending a rectangular cooling flat plate portion (24) that is in close contact with the back surface of the display unit (1), and by bending a central portion of two rectangular opposite sides of the cooling flat plate portion (24). A radiating plate portion (25) projecting rearward through the vicinity of the end of the substrate (4) is formed integrally by bending a single metal plate such as an aluminum plate, and a fitting claw is provided at the tip end. Four mounting members (26) made of synthetic resin having a shape provided with (27), and their base end portions are positioned on both sides of each heat radiating plate portion (25) on the back surface of the cooling flat plate portion (2). That is, the cooling flat part (2)
Is provided at the four corners on the back surface of the device by integral molding. Each of the mounting members (26) is shown in FIG.
As shown in (1), the projections (28) projecting from the four corners on the rear surface of the cooling flat plate (2) are integrated with the heat radiation member (23) by insert molding.
The cooling flat plate portion (24) is provided with eight elongated holes (29) similar to the existing cooling flat plate portion. The entire back surface of the display unit (1) is joined to the cooling flat plate part (24) by inserting the connecting pins (8), and each end of each connecting pin (8) is connected to the cooling plate (24) in FIG. And as shown in FIG. 3, it is connected and fixed to the drive circuit board (4) which is in contact with the supporting step (30) formed on the mounting member (26) by soldering. In addition, both heat radiating plates (25)
Are bent at the intermediate portions, respectively, so that the mounting members (2
6), the mounting hole (31) is formed in the tip portion. In addition, the drive circuit board (4)
In this case, it is not necessary to form a through hole for a heat sink provided in an existing unit, and electronic components can be mounted at a higher density.

Therefore, the heat is efficiently conducted from the cooling flat plate portion (24) to the heat radiating plate portion (25), and the width of the pair of heat radiating plate portions (25) is reduced because the driving circuit board (4) is not inserted through the heat radiating plate portion (25). Can be made as large as possible, whereby extremely excellent heat dissipation performance can be obtained.

As a result, considerable cost reduction can be achieved, and the size and weight are reduced due to the reduction in the number of parts. In particular, the depth dimension is reduced by the thickness of the mounting member separately provided in the existing unit. 27) can be stably held without falling off against vibration or the like irrespective of the attaching means which is engaged with the engaging portion (22) of the fixed frame (21).

In the display unit, the heat radiating member is a cooling flat plate portion closely contacting the display portion, and a heat radiating plate extending from a side of the cooling flat plate portion and protruding rearward through a vicinity of an end of the driving circuit board. Parts are integrally formed by bending a metal plate, and the base end portions of the plurality of mounting members formed into a shape having fitting claws at the distal end portion by a synthetic resin are formed by the cooling flat plate portion. An LED display unit characterized in that the LED display unit is integrally formed on a back surface of the display device.
