Description of the Related Art In this type of plug-in connector, a conductor made of a conductive plate for connecting wires and a spring piece for pressing the wire against the conductive plate is provided inside a holder made of a heat-resistant insulating material. It has a structure as described above. And
According to such a plug-in type connector, anyone can easily perform the connection work by simply stripping the covering of the wire connection end to be connected and simply inserting the peeled portion from the insertion port of the holder. There have been known those having various structures, such as Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-222828.

In this state, there is a pressure-contact structure by the conductor of the electric wire, which secures the contact area by the press-contact at the peeling end of the electric wire and the conductor in this state, and can perform the electric connection with high reliability. .

However, in the conventionally known conductors, the ease of insertion of the inserted wire peeling portion, the secureness of electrical connection by securing the contact area and contact pressure, and the prevention of the inserted wire peeling portion from slipping out, Nothing that satisfies both has yet been proposed.

In many cases, the caulking pieces are caulked and fixed. However, with such a fixing means by caulking,
The tip side of the leaf spring easily rises up with respect to the conductive plate,
As a result, a gap is formed between the leaf spring and the wire insertion hole of the conductive plate, and even if the wire is inserted, a problem that the leaf spring cannot be prevented from being bitten by the wire and cannot be prevented from coming off.

That is, if the angle between the conductive plate and the spring piece is set to be small in consideration of the insertability of the wire and the reliability of the electrical connection, the function of the spring piece to prevent the wire from coming off is impaired. If the above-mentioned angle is set to a large value so as to improve the bite of the wire into the electric wire and to reliably prevent the detachment, the wire is inserted between the conductive plate and the spring piece constituting the conductor of the electric wire. However, it is difficult to secure the contact area, and the electrical connection performance is impaired. Therefore, it is desired to take some measures that can satisfy both of these requirements.

A conductor for making connection with an electric wire has a wire insertion hole, a receiving portion for supporting an electric wire to be inserted at one end thereof, and a bent portion for caulking which is folded back into a substantially U-shape at the other end thereof. A conductive plate that is bent and formed so as to be arranged at an angle, and a base end portion is swaged and fixed to a crimped bent portion at the other end side of the conductive plate to cover the wire insertion hole and conduct. A long and short piece of wire-pressing leaf springs extending toward one end of the plate, and a small hole provided in the base end side of these wire-pressing leaf springs. Insert the base end of the included leaf spring inside the crimped bending part on the conductive plate side. By caulking fixation is obtained by a protrusion retaining by caulking to fix in a state of entering into the stoma.

By caulking, a part of the caulked portion swells so as to enter the small hole at a portion corresponding to the small hole, and engages in the small hole as a retaining projection, so that the leaf spring can be moved from the conductive plate. Prevents slipping out, and secures by caulking by the caulking bending part while wrapping the leaf spring base end,
The tip of the leaf spring and the conductive plate can be assembled at a predetermined angle that does not cause a problem such as lifting.

When the stripped portion 2 which is the insertion end is inserted into the holder 11 and pressed and held by the conductor 20, the tip of the wire stripped portion 2 is inserted into two long and short spring pieces 22, 23 constituting the conductor 20. Since the short side has a small insertion resistance and the long side has a small angle with the conductive plate 21, it can be easily carried out. Since the electrical connection state can be obtained and the angle formed between the short side and the conductive plate is large, biting into the wire peeling portion 2 can be reliably performed, and the wire can be prevented from coming off.

As shown in (a) of FIG. 1 and the like, a gap is formed between the insertion hole 24 and thus does not become an obstacle when the electric wire 1 is inserted. As is clear from FIG. 2), the wire peeling portion 2 is bitten with an appropriate bite to obtain a required retaining state. Further, the spring piece 22 which is the long one side is formed as shown in FIG.
(A), the receiving portion 21 of the conductive plate 21
The angle between the a and 25 is small, not only does not hinder the insertion, but also in the inserted state, it is press-contacted with a required contact area, and the electrical connection can be reliably performed.

に満足し得るという実用上種々優れた効果がある。As described above, according to the plug-in connector according to the present invention, the conductor which is disposed in the holder and presses and holds the wire peeling portion inserted from the wire insertion hole to connect with another wire. Has a wire insertion hole, a receiving portion for supporting the wire to be inserted at one end thereof, and a bent portion for caulking which is folded back in a substantially U-shape at the other end, so that it is inclined and disposed in the holder. The conductive plate that is formed by bending and the long and short two pieces that extend to one end of the conductive plate by covering the wire insertion hole by fixing the base end to the crimped bent portion at the other end And a small hole is provided at the base end side of the wire pressure welding leaf spring, and the base end of the leaf spring including the small hole portion is crimped on the conductive plate side. By inserting it inside the bent part and caulking it and fixing it, the retaining projection by caulking is small Since so as to fix in a state where the enter, despite the simple and inexpensive structure,
Simply insert the base end of the wire spring with the small hole into the inside of the crimped portion for caulking on the conductive plate side, and fix it by bending and caulking. It is engaged in the hole to prevent the leaf spring from falling off from the conductive plate, and by crimping and fixing by the crimping bent part with the base end of the leaf spring wrapped, there is no problem such as lifting up It is possible to assemble the leaf spring tip and the conductive plate at an angle of, and it is practically superior in that it can satisfy the demands of easy insertion of electric wires, reliability of electrical connection, and retaining by proper biting. There is.
