Most of the surface material is made of a polyvinyl chloride sheet. Printed and embossed. In many cases, as a material having a higher quality, a material made of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or a nonwoven fabric is preferred, and a wall covering material mainly made of rayon fabric is used.

Careful work is required, workability at the time of construction is poor, and it is difficult to maintain good appearance after construction for the same reason.
Furthermore, when the surface material is thin, an adhesive problem for integrating with the backing material penetrates, and the surface material has a sticky feel, and appearance problems such as a change in hue depending on the degree of penetration are caused. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages and to provide a practical wall covering material having antifouling performance.

The fluorine-based processing agent applied to the fiber sheet is generally a fluorine-based resin having a fluorocarbon chain, which contains a crosslinkable monomer component in a molecular chain, and further has a crosslinking agent added to the resin. It is usually applied to the fibers as an emulsion, crosslinked by heating and fixed to the fibers.

Is not limited to these methods. However, when the processing agent is also applied to the fiber sheet surface (back surface) facing the adhesive layer, the adhesive is less likely to penetrate into the fiber sheet surface, so that the dipping method is more preferable. In the case of the dipping method, the fluorine treatment may be performed simultaneously with the dyeing treatment.

Generally, paper which has been subjected to a flame retardant treatment is used. You. This integration is performed by bonding, and a vinyl acetate-based or acrylic vinyl acetate-based adhesive is used as the adhesive. The wall covering of the present invention can further perform a flame retardant treatment on the fiber sheet on the surface. Processing can be performed simultaneously.

Adhesive does not penetrate through the gaps between the fiber sheets and contaminate the wall covering, so that the surface of the fiber sheet does not become uneven or discolored, and the high quality feeling of the fiber sheet surface material is sufficiently exhibited. It is.

Example A textile made of polyester fiber was dyed, and the textile was immersed and cured using Asahigard AG710 (a fluorine-based processing agent) manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. to obtain a surface fiber sheet. A flame retardant backing paper was bonded and integrated on the back surface of this sheet using a vinyl acetate adhesive, and a phosphorus-based flame retardant was applied to the top sheet to form a wall covering. The obtained wall covering material was examined for water repellency by the Dupont method and oil repellency by the AATCC118 method. As a result, the initial performance was 8 with water repellency.
Grade, oil repellency, grade 6 and fade irradiation (63 ° C, 40
After the time), the water repellency was class 9 or higher, and the oil repellency was class 6, indicating excellent water and oil repellency.
