に延出しかつ一側面が前記コ字状凹部の側面と面一とな
る溝を形成してなり、前記補強板は、前記嵌合部の両溝
に同時に嵌合可能な上下幅及び厚さを有するものとして
なり、前記補強板の上下両縁部を前記両溝における解放
された後端部から挿入し、前記長孔と車軸孔とを合致さ
せた後、前記コ字状凹部の側面と補強板の一側面とを接
触させた状態で前記車軸金具本体に前記補強板を一本の
