Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various vinyl sheet tensioning tools have been proposed and used, but among them, a support frame having a dovetail-shaped cross section is said to be particularly excellent. This is done by inserting a vinyl sheet into the dovetail groove of the support frame with corrugated wire rods for fixing in which the trapezoidal parts alternate alternately on the left and right, and the elastic force of the corrugated wire rod sandwiches the vinyl sheet on both the left and right sides of the dovetail groove. It is pressure-fixed. Since the corrugated wire for fixing is cut into a fixed length (usually 2 m), a burr is often formed at the cut end and is sharp. For this reason, when the vinyl sheet 4 is fixed in the dovetail groove of the support frame with the fixing corrugated wire, the vinyl sheet may be caught at the cut end of the fixing corrugated wire and may be torn. It is often necessary to partially replace and stretch the vinyl sheet as it tears away.

In order to fix the vinyl sheet, the corrugated wire rod must be continuously fixed. In this case, if the end of the corrugated wire is wrapped, the vinyl sheet can be halved and damage can be reduced. Therefore, the end of the corrugated wire is always wrapped, but in actual work, the vinyl sheet should be wrapped. The wrap length of the end of the corrugated wire rod is one peak, two peaks, or one peak because it is necessary to quickly stretch and fix it and it is difficult to check the length of the wrapped end. It is half of the above and is not constant. Also, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-27639 and Japanese Utility Model Publication 58-60.
In the proposal disclosed by Japanese Patent No. 009, both ends of the corrugated wire are covered so that the vinyl sheet is not caught by the end faces of the corrugated wire and is not torn, and when the corrugated wire is continued by coloring the covering, it is easy to identify. There is something like this.

A synthetic resin having a rectangular grip portion formed to have the same length as the end portion, and a tubular portion formed on the side portion formed to have the same length as the end portion of the square grip portion so as to project from the side portion. The tubular part of the knob made of metal is inserted, and it is inserted and attached until the corner of the rectangular gripping part touches the bending point after passing the bending point of the corrugated wire rod, thereby fastening the vinyl sheet to the support frame. In some cases, there is something that can be easily worked by holding the rectangular grip.

When stopping, the vinyl sheet may be damaged by the both ends, or after the sheet is fixed,
There is a drawback in that the vinyl sheet is blown by the wind and is also torn from both end portions of the corrugated wire rod. Further, since the corrugated wire is a steel wire of about 2 m and is used to settle in the dovetail groove of the support frame by utilizing its elasticity, there is a problem that there is a risk of scratching the face and eyes during the work. た。Further, the fixing corrugated wire rods proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-27639 and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-60009 also have coatings on both ends, so that both ends can be easily identified. Although it is convenient to easily keep the length of the wrapping edge constant, it is not possible to completely prevent damage to the vinyl sheet at both ends of the corrugated wire rod. When removing from the dovetail, it is necessary to pry it off with a screwdriver or the like, which is very troublesome and requires a special technique as in the case of the conventional example. Furthermore, the above-mentioned corrugated wire rod is exposed to wind and rain during use to cause rust, and when the vinyl sheet is fanned by wind or the like, the portion in contact with the corrugated wire rod of the vinyl sheet is damaged due to the rust, It had the drawback of breaking from there.

Can be fastened to
In addition, since the rectangular grip does not stick out from the end surface of the corrugated wire, it does not get caught and damages the vinyl sheet, and there is no rust on the trapezoidal part where the vinyl sheet of the corrugated wire is fastened during use. It is possible to completely prevent damage to the vinyl sheet, and especially when replacing a fixed vinyl sheet, you can easily pull out by pulling the square grip and pull it out directly, but the trapezoidal part of the corrugated wire directly. Since it fixes the vinyl sheets to the left and right sides in the dovetail, it is used in the case of easily stretchable materials such as vinyl sheets, during use, the middle part of the arch-shaped structural material juxtaposed by the retaining band. However, there is a problem that the amount of sunlight transmitted decreases.

However, this polyolefin film has a large amount of transmitted light of sunlight, and it is Although there is an advantage that a stop band is not necessary, when using a polyolefin film, if the trapezoidal part of the fixing corrugated wire rod is partially fixed on the left and right sides in the dovetail, the stretchability is not very good. In addition, wrinkles are generated in a portion of the film that is not in contact with the fixing corrugated wire, and the amount of transmitted light of sunlight is reduced.

After the polyolefin film sheet is placed on the dovetail groove of the support frame for the vinyl house, the film is placed in the groove of the support frame by the W-shaped film stopper. The film sheet is pushed in, and then a plurality of spreading pieces arranged in the longitudinal direction of the film stopping member are respectively raised, and both inner surfaces of the film stopping member are pushed by both side surfaces of the expanding piece and bent into a W shape. Spread the film stopper in the groove. By this operation, the polyolefin film sheet is temporarily held between the film stopper and the inner surfaces of both sides of the dovetail groove. Then, while pushing down the stretched piece in the rising state with the fixing corrugated wire, the fixing corrugated wire is attached to both corners of the film stopper from the leading end of the fixing corrugated wire, and is supported by the elastic force of the fixing corrugated wire. Polyolefin film sheets are sequentially pressure-fixed to the inner surfaces of both sides of the dovetail groove formed on the frame via film stoppers. Finally, when the corrugated wire rod reaches the terminal end, the end portions are similarly pushed into both corners of the film stopper, and the mounting of one corrugated wire rod is completed. Furthermore, when continuously mounting the corrugated wire, push it so that the tip of the next corrugated wire is positioned on the opposite surface of the film stopper in the dovetail groove facing the end of the corrugated wire,
Repeat the same procedure below.

トとを容易に、かつ迅速にはずすことができる。As described above, during the fixing operation of the film sheet, the resistance increases due to the elastic force of the wire material toward the end of one corrugated wire material, and it is difficult to push the end part, which may damage the film sheet. However, since the corrugated wire for fixing is attached through the film stopper, damage to the film sheet can be completely prevented, and wrinkles do not occur on the polyolefin film sheet during use, so the amount of transmitted light in the house is reduced. Further, the film stopper can completely prevent the damage of the film sheet due to the generation of rust from the corrugated wire. Also, when replacing the fixed film sheet, the film stopper and the film sheet can be easily and quickly removed by picking out both ends of the corrugated wire.

If a corrugated wire rod with knobs having square grips at both ends is used, it is safe and easy to push the end portion, and the corrugating wire rod 10 for fixing is mounted via the film stopper 1. Therefore, the film sheet 11 can be completely prevented from being damaged, and the amount of transmitted light in the house can be further increased because the polyolefin-based film sheet 11 is not wrinkled at all during use, and the film sheet 11 due to the generation of rust from the corrugated wire rod 10 The film stopper 1 also completely prevents the damage. Also, when replacing the fixed film sheet,
By pulling out the knobs attached to both ends of the corrugated wire rod, the film stopper and the film sheet can be easily and quickly removed.

When this preparatory work is completed, the spreading piece 4 that has stood up with the fixing corrugated wire rod 10 is pushed down and mounted in the groove, so that the mounting work of the fixing corrugated wire rod 10 can be performed safely and easily. Due to the elastic force of the fixing corrugated wire rod 10, the polyolefin film sheet 11 is sequentially fixed to the corners on both sides of the dovetail groove 9 formed in the support frame 8 via the film stopper 1 so that the support frame 8 is supported.
The polyolefin film sheet 11 can be securely fixed on both inner surfaces of the dovetail groove 9 without generating wrinkles. Further, since the fixing corrugated wire 10 is mounted via the film stopper 1 as described above, damage to the film sheet can be completely prevented.

きる。According to the present invention described above, after the polyolefin film sheet is placed on the dovetail groove of the support frame for the vinyl house, it is placed in the groove of the support frame by the W-shaped film stopper. By pressing the film sheet and then raising a plurality of spreading pieces arranged in the longitudinal direction of the film stopper, the film stopper bent in a W shape can be easily spread in the groove,
Therefore, the polyolefin film sheet is securely held between both inner surfaces of the film stopper and the dovetail groove, so that the preparation work for mounting the film sheet can be performed quickly. Then, in the state in which this preparatory work is completed, the fixing corrugated wire is mounted in the groove while pushing down the spreading piece that has risen with the fixing corrugated wire. It is easy to do, and the elastic force of the corrugated wire for fixing is used to sequentially press the polyolefin film sheet at both corners of the dovetail groove formed on the support frame through the film stoppers. The polyolefin film sheet can be reliably fixed on both inner surfaces of the sheet without generating wrinkles. In addition, since the corrugating wire for fixing is attached via the film stopper as described above, damage to the film sheet can be completely prevented.
