However, in the conventional container with a handle, the side wall of the container body is perpendicular to the bottom wall, and the handle is engaged with the inner wall surface of the engaging portion of the container body. When the empty containers are stacked in the upper and lower tiers, the upper container body is placed on the upper edge of the lower container body because the portions protrude inward. For this reason, there is a problem that the installation space for empty containers becomes large in the vertical direction, or the number of containers to be stacked is greatly limited. Moreover, when stacking containers full of articles in upper and lower tiers, the entire load of the upper container body is concentrated on the upper edge of the lower container body.
The container body on the lower end side is likely to be deformed or damaged,
Alternatively, there has been a problem that the balance becomes poor and it is not possible to sufficiently cope with the stacking of the containers having a large load.

The engaging portion 4 of the container body 2 has a structure shown in FIG.
As shown in (a) to (c), a concave portion 5 which is recessed toward the outside A from the inner wall surface 2d of the container body 2 is formed on the inner surface thereof, and the engaging portion of the handle 1 is formed in the concave portion 5. 4 can be inserted. Further, on the corner side of the upper edge 2a of the container body 2, as shown in FIG. 2, the stepped portion 6 is provided respectively, the handle 1 in the state P 2 overlapping sets can be placed on the step portion 6 It has become. Further, between the stepped portion 6 and the engaging portion 4 in the upper edge portion 2a of the container main body 2, the stacked state P 3
Is provided with a groove 7 into which the handle 1 is fitted. The groove 7 is recessed downward from the upper edge 2a of the container main body 2 and has a depth of the upper edge of the container main body 2. It is set so as not to protrude upward from the portion 2a. Further, between the groove 7 and the engaging portion 4 in the upper edge portion 2a of the container main body 2, as shown in FIG.
A convex portion 8 protruding toward the outside A of the container body 2 from the outer surface of the engaging portion 4 is provided. In this embodiment, the maximum protruding width D is the concave width D ′ of the recess 5 of the engaging portion 4.
When the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 is set on the stepped portion 6 with the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 tilted around the engaging portion 4 of the container body 1, the handle 1 is moved outward from the outer wall surface of the container body 2. The convex portion 8 pushes the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 outward to the outside A by the width D 'of the concave portion 5 so that the inner portion 2d of the inner wall surface 2d of the container body 2 can be pushed out. B has handle 1
Is held so that the engaged portion 1a does not protrude.

Next, a method of using the container with a handle will be described. First, when the container body 2 is transported, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7A, the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 is swingably suspended from the engaging portion 4 of the container body 2 in a suspended state P. Set to 1 . Thereby, the container can be carried or carried by hanging the handle 1 by hand. On the other hand, when empty containers are stacked vertically in multiple stages, the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 is tilted around the engaging portion 4 of the container body 2 so that the handle 1 is
Is placed on the stepped portion 6 provided on the corner side (FIG. 7C). At this time, the handle 1 is expanded by receiving a force spreading outward A by the convex portion 8 of the container body 2, and accordingly, each engaged portion 1 a of the handle 1 is moved to the engagement portion 4 of the container body 2. It is pushed outward A toward the recess 5 provided on the inner surface, and each engaged portion 1a is held so as not to protrude inward B from the inner wall surface 2d of the container body 2. Moreover, since the four side walls 2c and 2d of the container body 2 are each formed in a tapered shape narrowing from the upper edge 2a toward the lower edge 2b, the projection 8 prevents the engaged portion 1a from projecting. When coupled with the interior of the empty container main body 2 is top of the container body 2 can be set overlapping state P 2 capable of accommodating.

On the other hand, when containers filled with articles are stacked in multiple stages, the engaged portion 1a of the handle 1 is
7 is pushed down from the engaging portion 4 to below the slit hole 3, and the handle 1 is fitted into the groove 7 provided in the upper edge 2a of the container body 2 (the state shown in FIG. 7B). At this time, the handle 1 is hung over the opening of the container body 2 and
The upper container main body 2 can be placed thereon. Therefore,
Since the entire load of the upper container body 2 can be received by both the upper edge 2a of the lower container body 2 and its handle 1, the synergistic effect of the support by the container body 2 and the support by the handle 1 You can have the strength to the container body 2 of the lower side in the state P 3 stacked.

As described above, the handle 1 is simply inserted into the groove 7 provided in the upper edge 2a of the container body 2 by simply fitting the handle 1.
Can be used to receive the load of the upper container,
In the state P 3 stacked and at the same time can have a strength to the container body 2 of the lower side, the handle 1 is better its wobble is prevented by balancing by being fixed to the groove 7, the containers with a load It will be able to cope with the accumulation sufficiently.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Since the convex portion 8 provided on the upper edge 2a of the container body 2 for expanding the handle 1 is formed in a tapered shape which protrudes largely as it goes away from the engaged portion 1a, the handle 1
There is an advantage that can be smoothly dropped on the step portion 6 without being caught on the convex portion 8. The number of handles 1 is not limited to two, and may be one.

According to the present invention, as described above, when empty containers are stacked in multiple stages, the upper container is inserted into the empty container body by the tapered shape of the container body and the prevention of the engaged portion of the handle from projecting. Since the main body can be stored in an assembled state, the installation space can be reduced as compared with the related art, and the number of containers to be stacked is not limited. On the other hand, when containers filled with goods are stacked in upper and lower tiers, the handle can be used to support the load of the upper container main body, and the lower container main body can have strength, The groove provided in the upper edge portion of the main body prevents the handle from wobbling and improves the balance. As a result, it is possible to sufficiently cope with stacking of loaded containers.

1. A container with a handle in which a handle is swingably attached to a container body opened upward, wherein the handle is formed in a substantially U-shape having engaged portions at both ends thereof. The side wall of the main body is formed in a tapered shape so as to become narrower from the upper edge to the lower edge, and the side wall of the container main body is vertically long so that the engaged portion of the handle can be slidably engaged. Slit holes are respectively formed, and an engaging portion in which the engaged portion of the handle is swingably engageable is formed in the upper edge portion of the container body so as to communicate with the slit hole. A concave portion is formed on the inner surface of the portion outward from the inner wall surface of the container main body. The handle that protrudes and is placed on the above step is expanded to the outside of the container body And a projection for pushing the engaged portion of the handle into the recess of the engagement portion, and a support for supporting the handle lowered from the engagement portion of the container body to the slit hole so as to bridge the opening of the container body. A groove portion is provided, and the handle is suspended from the engaging portion of the container main body, and is placed on the step portion of the container main body while falling down around the engaging portion of the container main body. The convex portion pushes the engaged portion of the handle into the recess of the engaging portion so that the upper container body can be stored inside the container body, and descends below the slit hole of the container body. And a container in which the upper container body can be placed on a handle fitted into the groove of the container body.
