Description of the Related Art Conventionally, at least one temperature detecting means is provided in a refrigerator, the amount of clothes to be dried is determined by the temperature change of the temperature detecting means, and each of heaters, motors, etc. is determined according to the determined amount of clothes. I was controlling the load. Further, a change in the degree of dryness is detected by a change in the temperature detecting means, and the drying operation is stopped at a predetermined degree of dryness. Here, as the first method of determining the amount of clothes, the temperature of the circulating air in the refrigerator on the heater input side, that is, the intake air temperature change is detected, and this temperature change is raised to a predetermined temperature within a certain time after the start of operation. For example, there is one that determines the amount of clothing as a small amount. Further, as another determination method, there is a method of detecting the difference between the intake temperature and the exhaust temperature, and determining that the amount of clothing is small when the temperature difference becomes equal to or more than a predetermined temperature difference within a certain time from the start of operation. It was

That is, when the temperature inside the refrigerator is high from the initial stage (when the operation is started) in continuous use, when a certain amount of clothes is put into the refrigerator and the operation is restarted, the temperature in the refrigerator is not sufficiently lowered. Since the temperature is detected, the intake air temperature reaches a predetermined temperature in a short time, or the temperature difference becomes a predetermined temperature or more, and the amount of clothes is erroneously determined to be a small amount even in the normal case. Therefore, the clothes may end in an undried state.

It is provided with a dryness detecting means and a control means for controlling loads such as a motor and a heater based on detection signals of the cloth amount detecting means and the dryness detecting means, and the control means detects the cloth amount within a predetermined time from the start of operation. If the means determines that the amount is small, after the cold air operation is performed, the cloth amount determination means again determines the amount of cloth. If it is determined to be a small amount within (time), it is determined that the operation was started with the inside temperature being high, so cold air operation is performed to reduce the inside temperature and the previous effect of continuous operation is eliminated to dry again. Cloth for driving It can be detected accurately.

The first temperature detecting element 11 is provided on the heater input side of the air circulating in the refrigerator, and the second temperature detecting element 12 is the temperature immediately after being exhausted from the drum (before passing through the heat exchanger). It is provided at a position where can be measured.
Further, the detection signals from the temperature detection means 1 are input to the cloth amount detection means 2 and the dryness detection means 3, respectively. The cloth amount detecting means 2 receives the first temperature detecting element 11 and the second temperature detecting element 12 as inputs, and determines whether or not the change in the temperature difference is equal to or higher than a certain temperature to determine the cloth amount. The control circuit 4 composed of a logistic circuit such as an F / F operates the aging means 6 composed of the F / F at the same time when the drying operation is started. When the differential temperature reaches a constant temperature, the cloth amount detecting means 2 determines that the amount is small and outputs it to the control circuit 4. When a small amount judgment is input, the control circuit 4 judges the numerical value of the aging means at that time, and if it is within a certain time, judges that there is a possibility of an erroneous judgment and drives the load 5 to perform cold air operation. After a certain period of time, start the operation again from the initial stage.

In FIG. 2, after the start of the drying operation, the output of the cloth amount determination result is waited, and when the amount of cloth amount judgment is small, if the judgment is within 30 seconds, it is determined that the initial inside temperature is high. After cold air operation for 3 minutes, restart from the initial stage. If the small amount judgment is 30 seconds or more, the process normally moves to the drying step. Further, at the same time when the cloth amount is determined, the output of the temperature detecting means 1 is input to the dryness detecting means 3,
Detect the progress of the dry condition in the refrigerator.

る。Next, FIG. 3 shows the temperature changes of the first and second temperature detecting elements as the drying time progresses. As is clear from the figure, it is possible to detect that a certain dry state has been reached, based on the change and change rate of the temperature difference of the internal cold storage temperature. When the output of the dryness detection means 3 is input to the control circuit 4 and it is determined that the dryness is detected, the control circuit 4
The load 5 such as the motor and the heater is controlled to end the cold air operation. When the cloth amount detecting means 2 determines that the amount is small, the drum is energized intermittently so that the clothes in the drum are easily exposed to hot air, and after it is determined that the amount is small, the clothes are dried. The detection is not performed, and the drying is finished after a certain time.

Since the inside temperature is forcibly lowered by performing cold air operation, the amount of cloth can be accurately determined, and since the dryness is also detected by the temperature change inside the chamber, the initial temperature of the inside temperature Accurate detection can be performed by setting.
