ヒーターを取り付けることにより電源との間に4〜5m
程の接続コードで接続するため作業の開始、終了時の金
型装置の保管、整理や他のブロック材成形による金型装
置の型替えに際し長いコード類の取扱いは危介な作業と
なり、取り纏めや移動の際床面を引きづったりするので
他の装置機械類に引っ掛けたり、損傷したりすることも

3は第2の実施例を示し、ヒーターの供給電圧を半減し

が、保熱温度を成形(製造)温度の上又は下に設定した
方法あるいは金型稼働をストップしてもヒーターの低電
圧調整による方法でヒーター温度の継続を図る実施方法
についてはブロックの成形手段によって随時設定を変更
して実施する。
