That is,
This is because the cross section of the conventional protruding blade is triangular, whereas the cross section of the present invention is substantially trapezoidal, so that the cross sectional area is large.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the grater of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a protruding blade of the grater, FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of a main part of the grater, and FIG. 3 is a vertical sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a grater, which is paired with a container 2 for receiving the grater. A large number of protruding blades 3 are formed on the surface of the grater 1, and a hole 4 is provided for dropping what has been shaved off by the protruding blades 3 into a lower container 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the protruding blade 3 is formed by digging up from the surface of the
Is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape in which a lower bottom is in contact with the surface thereof, and a sharp edge is formed on an edge 31 corresponding to the upper bottom. That is, the projection blade 3 is a blade having a certain width. The edge 31 is formed slightly non-parallel to the surface of the grater. For example, when a radish is lowered with the grater of the above configuration, the radish is scraped off by the wide blade formed at the edge 31 of the protruding blade 3, so that it can be lowered a lot in one reciprocation. Further, since the edge 31 is slightly inclined, it is easy to cut into the surface of the radish. Since the grated radish falls into the container 2 from the hole 4, the grated device 1 is removed, and the grated radish collected in the container 2 is transferred to the tableware for eating. In this way, the radish grated by the grater 1 can be shaved off by the wide and sharp blade formed on the edge 31 so that it can be grated in a single operation and the tissue of the radish is destroyed. It does not affect the taste of the ingredients. In addition, when the ceramics coating is applied to this grater 1, the effect that the sharpness lasts for a long time and the effect that the unpleasant metal odor does not appear or the odor does not transfer and the taste of the radish is not impaired. can get.
