2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a filling device, a filling liquid tank for storing a filling liquid, and a filling liquid tank which is provided in the filling liquid tank so as to be able to move up and down and open a liquid valve when ascending to fill the container with the filling liquid. A pipe, a bottle port packing provided in the liquid injection pipe, which is in close contact with the mouth of the container to seal the container, and an exhaust for discharging air in the container to the outside when the container is filled with the filling liquid. One with a pipe is known.

In this type of filling device, the empty space in the container after filling is such that at the moment when the container pushes up the liquid injection pipe via the bottle opening packing and opens the liquid valve, the upper end opening of the container and the exhaust pipe Is obtained by the height difference from the opening in the container. Therefore, when the type of container is changed, the empty size can be changed and adjusted by vertically displacing the bottle port packing with respect to the liquid injection pipe.

"Problem to be solved by the invention" However, when a worm gear is used, its structure is complicated and expensive, and there is an advantage that the height position of the bottle opening packing can be freely changed, but the liquid level height is set in advance. When there are a plurality of specified types, there is a disadvantage that the operation of adjusting the height position of the bottle opening packing becomes complicated.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of such circumstances, the present invention provides, in the above-described filling apparatus, a cylindrical member provided on the outer periphery of the liquid injection pipe so as to be vertically movable and rotatable, and the bottle is provided on the cylindrical member. A mouth packing is attached, and a plurality of engaging recesses are formed at predetermined intervals vertically on one of the outer periphery of the liquid injection pipe and the inner periphery of the cylindrical member, and the other is formed on one of the engaging recesses. An engaging projection that is selectively engaged is provided, and the engagement with the engaging projection is released at a required position in the circumferential direction of the engaging recess to allow the engaging projection to move up and down. A non-engaging portion is formed.

[Operation] According to the above configuration, if the cylindrical member is rotated to position the engaging convex portion at the non-engaging portion, the cylindrical member and the bottle port packing are moved up and down with respect to the liquid injection pipe to empty. The dimensions can be changed, and if the cylindrical member is rotated to selectively engage the engaging convex portion with any one of the engaging concave portions, the cylindrical member and the bottle port packing are connected to the liquid injection pipe. They can be connected together.

As described above, in the sizing device of the present invention, it is sufficient to provide the cylindrical member, the plurality of engaging concave portions, the engaging convex portion engaged with the cylindrical member, and the non-engaging portion. The worm gear can be manufactured at a lower cost as compared with the conventional one, and when the engaging projection is engaged with any one of the plurality of engaging recesses, a required vacant size corresponding thereto can be obtained. In comparison with a case where a required blank size is obtained while measuring the size, the work of changing the blank size becomes easier.

Next, when the empty size is changed by changing the type of the container 31, the guide rods 38 of all the filling nozzles 3 are changed.
Then, the swinging member 36 is rotated to position the engaging convex portion 8c of the liquid injection pipe 8 at the non-engaging portion 30b of the tubular member 30 to engage the engaging convex portion 8c with the engaging concave portion 30a. Release. As a result, the tubular member 30 is lowered by the spring 33, and the slider 39 integrated therewith is positioned at the lower end position where the slider 39 contacts the lower slider 43.

In this state, each of the cleaning cups 5 is moved forward by the swing mechanism 6 to be positioned immediately below each of the filling nozzles 3, and then the filling liquid tank 2 is lowered by an elevating mechanism (not shown). As a result, each cleaning cup 5 raises the cylindrical member 30 with respect to the liquid injection pipe 8 via the guide cone 42. When the cylindrical member 30 is positioned at a predetermined height, the filling liquid tank 2 is lowered. Stopped.

In the above embodiment, the guide rod 38 and the swing member
Although the swing of 36 can be performed manually, it is needless to say that the swing can be performed by appropriate driving means. If the washing cup 5 and the filling liquid tank 2 are not provided with an elevating mechanism, the tubular member 30 may be manually moved up and down. In this case, the guide rod 38 shows a predetermined empty size. A scale 49 can be provided.

"Effects of the Invention" As described above, in the present invention, the tubular member, the plurality of engagement recesses and non-engagement portions, and the engagement protrusions to be engaged with the engagement recesses may be provided. Since it can be manufactured at a lower cost than a conventional device using a worm gear, and if the above-mentioned engaging projection is engaged with any one of the plurality of engaging recesses, a required blank size corresponding thereto can be obtained. As compared with the case where a required empty size is obtained while measuring the size by rotating the worm gear, the effect that the work of changing the empty size is facilitated is obtained.
