Therefore, when a floor material is directly impacted, the floor material is transmitted through the floor material. There is a problem that vibration is transmitted to the base material, which is transmitted to the lower floor, which is not preferable for soundproofing. For example, in an apartment house or the like, there is a problem that if a child runs around on the upper floor, a complaint is made from a lower-floor person.

5 to 3 times as many SBR sheets 2 are laminated and integrated, a substrate 3 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the SBR sheet 2, and an elastic body 5 having an uneven back surface is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the substrate 3. This is a feature of the invention, and by adopting such a configuration, the problems of the conventional example described above are solved and the object of the invention is achieved. That is, in the flooring material of the present invention, soundproofing can be performed by bonding the SBR sheet 2 and the wooden decorative board 1 to each other, and the elastic body 5 can also perform soundproofing, and the back surface of the elastic body 5 is uneven. Therefore, the vibration is more difficult to be transmitted.

An SBR sheet (styrene butadiene rubber) 2 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the wooden decorative board 1, and a substrate 3 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the SBR sheet 2. The substrate 3 is provided with a kerf 4 and further An elastic body 5 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the floor 3 to form a floor material 6. Here, the wooden decorative board 1 is, for example, a laminate of a wooden decorative veneer 1b on a plywood 1a. As shown in FIG. 3, the wood decorative board 1 is provided with surface grooves 7 only in the decorative veneer b in the longitudinal direction or width direction of the floor material 6, or as shown in FIG. 4, extends to the lower part of the wood decorative board 1. The front side groove 7 may be provided in the longitudinal direction or the width direction of the floor material 6. The front side groove 7 is a V groove or a U groove. By providing the surface side groove 7 in this way, the degree of freedom of the floor material 6 is increased and the floor impact sound can be further reduced. As the SBR sheet 2, a foaming ratio of 1.5 to 3 is used, and the thickness is
It should be 0.8 to 1.2 mm. An example of the SBR sheet 2 is as follows: natural rubber 10 parts by weight, SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) 40 parts by weight, colorant 10 parts by weight, foaming agent 5 parts by weight,
1 part by weight of vulcanization accelerator, 20 parts by weight of filler, 5 parts by weight of oil, and 9 parts by weight of others. The expansion ratio of SBR sheet 2
The reason for setting 1.5 to 3 times is that the sound insulation performance is not obtained when the expansion ratio is 1.5 times or less, and the sound insulation performance is obtained when the expansion ratio is 3 times or more, but the amount of fatigue against the load becomes too large. This is because. That is, the thickness of the wooden decorative board 1 is 3 mm, the thickness of the SBR sheet 2 is 1 mm, and the kerf 4 made of plywood.
Substrate 3 having a thickness of 9 mm, elastic body 5 made of rubber foam
In the flooring material with a thickness of 8 mm, several kinds of samples with different expansion ratio of SBR sheet 2 were prepared.
When the floor impact sound insulation performance of JISA1418 was tested, the results shown in Fig. 13 were obtained. As is clear from the graph shown in FIG. 13, it was found that the range considered to be optimum from the viewpoint of both soundproofing performance and fatigue due to load is a range in which the expansion ratio of SBR sheet 2 is 1.5 to 3 times. . In FIG. 13, the sag by load indicates the amount of settling of the SBR sheet 2 by a load of 1 kg / cm 2 (for one grand piano). As the substrate 3, for example, plywood is used. The substrate 3 includes an embodiment having a cut groove 4 (shown in FIGS. 1 to 7) and an embodiment having no cut groove 4 (shown in FIG. 12). In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, a kerf 4 is formed on the back surface of the substrate 3, but the kerf 4 is cut upward from the back surface side of the substrate 3 to reach the SBR sheet 2. Cut to or SBR
It cuts into a state where it does not reach the seat 2. Here, the kerfs 4 having different cutting depths may be used together. Further, one or a plurality of cut grooves 4 may be provided in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the floor material 6 as shown in FIG. 7 (a), or the width direction of the floor material 6 as shown in FIG. 7 (b). 1 to a plurality of them may be provided, or FIG. 7 (c).
As shown in Fig. 1, 1 in the longitudinal direction and 1 in the width direction of the floor material 6, respectively.
Or a plurality of them may be provided, or one or a plurality of them may be provided obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the flooring 6 as shown in FIG. 7 (d), or as shown in FIG. 7 (e). Alternatively, the floor material 6 may be provided in an oblique lattice shape that is oblique with respect to the longitudinal direction. Further, the groove width and groove depth of the cut groove 4 may be arbitrarily set, but the anti-vibration property is remarkably exhibited particularly under the following conditions.

By providing the cut groove 4 in this way, the vibration energy of the sound transmitted through the floor material 6 is attenuated at the cut groove 4 portion. It can be done. In FIG. 7 (c), m indicates the pitch of the kerf 4, and as an example, the pitch m of the kerf 4 is increased.
Is about 60 mm in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction, but is not necessarily limited to this. The elastic body 5 is adhered to the back surface of the substrate 3, but in the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the non-woven fabric 14 is attached to the front surface (that is, the upper surface) of the elastic body 5. The elastic body 5 is adhered to the substrate 3. The elastic body 5 is made of rubber foam. The elastic body 5 may have unevenness formed on the front and back surfaces, or may have unevenness formed only on the back surface. Considering, for example, those having unevenness formed on the front and back surfaces, especially when the area ratio of the unevenness is as follows, the area ratio of the convex portion is 25% to 75%. FIG. 10 and FIG. 10 show an example in which unevenness is formed on the front and back surfaces. In this embodiment, the front surface side is recessed to form a groove 11 corresponding to the convex portion 10 projecting downward on the back surface of the elastic body 5, and the front surface side is projected corresponding to the concave portion 12 on the back surface of the elastic body 5 to project. It is 13. It should be noted that if the convex portion 10 projecting to the lower surface side of the elastic body 5 is formed as a flat surface as shown in FIG. 10, the adhesiveness is improved when it is laid on a floor base material such as a building slab and bonded, for example. To do. In addition,
FIG. 11 shows an embodiment in which the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 are provided only on the back surface of the elastic body 5.

Since the elastic body with the uneven surface is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the board, the resonance of the wooden decorative board can be suppressed by adhering the SBR sheet, and the sound generated when a shock is applied to the floor surface can be reduced, and Vibration can be prevented by the elastic body in the lower layer, and since the back surface of the elastic body is uneven, it is more difficult for vibration to be transmitted from the elastic body to the floor base side such as a building slab, and more reliable soundproofing and It is possible to exert a vibration effect. Further, since an SBR sheet having an expansion ratio of 1.5 to 3 is used, it is possible to prevent fatigue while ensuring soundproofing performance and is suitable as a floor material.
