Therefore, in order to obtain strength, it is unavoidable to weigh the same amount as iron, which increases the cost, and because the manufacturing is die-cast machining, it is more producible than steel. It has the disadvantage that it is not good.

And it is unpreferable because it is heavy and difficult to construct or lay out, and it is heavy for the building. Further, there is a problem that dust and chips are generated.

ることを確認したのである。The conventional steel panel has the characteristics that it is as light as aluminum, about half as light as a concrete type, has high strength, has a Young's modulus of about 3 times that of aluminum, and has little deflection. However, according to the conventional manufacturing method that uses welding to increase the strength by making it a hollow structure, etc., even if a surface-treated steel plate for rust prevention is used, the welded part is burned and oxidized, causing rust. It was For this reason, rust prevention treatment such as painting has been required. The inventors of the present invention have developed a floor panel utilizing a combination of an aluminum upper plate and a steel lower plate to take advantage of the characteristics of both materials.
Proposed in the issue. This floor plate is a completely flat surface with no irregularities on its upper surface, and after adhering the bare surface material, the aluminum top plate and the protruding part of the surface material are cut at the same time to finish the outer shape, which is common at that time. This is a floorboard obtained with a structure in which the use of adhesive surface materials such as PVC tiles is taken into consideration. In this case, aluminum projections are used to connect the aluminum top plate and the steel bottom plate to the holes in the steel plate. It was confirmed that the method of crushing the aluminum protrusions was adopted to eliminate the rustproofing treatment of the steel sheet.

The steel floor panel was developed. That is, in a free access floorboard composed of a top plate and a bottom plate, and at least an upper surface, a back surface, and an outer peripheral wall, the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 are surface-treated steel plates, and the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 are The one end is covered with the other over the entire circumference of the edge part, and at least one steel plate has a part of the other part rolled up to form a meshing structure, and the small tip is the top over almost the entire inner surface of the outer peripheral wall. A steel floor panel having a press-fastening integrated structure in which a large number of support pillars 4 that come into contact with the back surface of the plate are arranged and at least one steel plate is meshed and coupled at a contact portion so as to wrap the other.

Integrating by pressure fastening over substantially the entire circumference of the edge means that the edge of the top plate 1 or the bottom plate 2 is bent toward the other side by pressing and the part of at least one steel plate winds in part of the other. It is to integrate the two by meshing with each other and pressing them together.

The support columns 4 are arranged on almost the entire inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 3, and a large number of support columns 4 are provided. In this case as well, the small tip of the support column 4 contacts the back surface of the bottom plate, and at the contact portion, at least one of the steel plates meshes with the other so as to be rolled up and fixed by pressure fastening without using welding means.

There is no exposed part to receive the corrosion, and the corrosion resistance of the surface-treated steel sheet is sufficiently maintained. The support columns 4 provided inside the outer peripheral wall and the truss structure and hollow structure formed thereby form a light-weight and reinforced load-bearing structure inside the steel panel floor panel.
