Abstract

[Problem] To provide slippers that can be easily attached and detached with commercially available cleaning sheets without stress, that are difficult to remove, that have no lack of cleaning function, but that look like ordinary thick-soled slippers, and that can be used for both daily use and cleaning function. [Solution] To provide slippers with a double-sole structure in which a board-shaped bottom sole of the same shape as the bottom sole of the slipper body is added and layered on top of the bottom sole of the slipper body, and multiple sheet-like fasteners are crossed between them and fixed alternately to the upper and lower bottom soles, and the additional board-shaped bottom sole is covered with a cleaning sheet along its shape, and all of its ends are pushed between the double bottom soles to be sandwiched between them to be used as slippers with floor cleaning function. The double bottom sole structure makes it easy to attach and detach the cleaning sheet and to insert the end deep into the bottom sole, and the end sole is crossed inside the bottom sole to increase the clamping force, and furthermore, by providing a magnetic reinforcement on the inside of the bottom sole, the cleaning sheet can be sandwiched without loosening, and it can be used for daily use while still beautifully attached. Description

This invention relates to slippers that have a function for easily attaching and detaching commercially available indoor cleaning sheets, and that can be used without compromising the appearance of everyday slippers even when the sheets are attached.

An invention has been made for slippers that have an added function for replacing indoor cleaning sheets, allowing you to clean while wearing them on a daily basis.

For example, there are slippers in which the male side of adhesive tape or Velcro (registered trademark) is attached to the bottom of the slippers and the cleaning sheet is then pressed directly onto it (see Patent Documents 1 and 2), slippers in which the cleaning sheet is attached to a bottom sole material that is attached and detached to the bottom of the slippers with an adhesive member (see Patent Document 3), slippers in which the cleaning sheet is attached directly to the bottom of the slippers using an adhesive substance (see Patent Document 4), and slippers in which the bottom of the slippers is partially expanded and a locking member for the cleaning sheet is provided there (see Patent Documents 5 and 6).

When considering existing inventions from the perspective of whether they are suitable for everyday use in terms of appearance and function, do not require special maintenance, and can be easily replaced with inexpensive commercially available cleaning sheets, none of them currently meet some of the criteria.

To summarize specifically, conventional slippers with cleaning functions had the following problems:
(a) The cleaning sheet protrudes from the slipper body, which is not a problem if used exclusively for cleaning, but the appearance makes it difficult to use on a daily basis. (Patent Documents 5 and 6)
(b) Due to the structure, it is necessary to prepare a cleaning sheet with the same shape as the slipper body, and inexpensive, commercially available indoor cleaning sheets cannot be used without modification. (Patent Documents 1, 2, and 4)
(c) Dirt and hair can get tangled in the male side of the Velcro tape (registered trademark) that fastens the cleaning sheet, and the male side is made of a hard material and is exposed when in contact with the floor, which can damage the floor. (Patent Documents 1 and 2)
(iv) When removing the cleaning sheet, the male side of the Velcro (registered trademark) has a strong grip, so the cleaning sheet cannot be removed easily, requiring a certain amount of force from the user and causing stress. (Patent Documents 1 and 2)
(E) The structure is such that the cleaning sheet can be attached and detached using a removable board bottom material or an adhesive substance, but in slippers on which the user's entire weight is placed, the retention strength of the structure and material shown is such that they are likely to come off easily, making it difficult to fulfill both daily use and cleaning functions. (Patent Documents 3 and 4)

In view of the above, the present invention has devised a slipper that looks almost the same as a normal slipper and can be used daily without any difficulty, does not require any extra maintenance such as removing dirt that adheres to the slipper body, can use inexpensive commercially available cleaning sheets as they are without processing, and maintains the cleaning sheet in a state that is difficult to remove even when fully performing the floor cleaning function, and yet has a structure and function that allows the cleaning sheet to be easily attached and removed without stress.

The slippers have a double bottom appearance, with a board bottom of the same shape overlaid on the bottom of the slipper body. The cleaning sheet is tightly wrapped along the shape of the additional board bottom, and the tip that protrudes from the bottom shape is pushed in and clamped between the double bottoms, maintaining a neat appearance and making it a slipper that does not look out of place when worn daily.

A thin, flexible sheet-like fastener connects the double soles and, through its unique action, allows for easy attachment and detachment of the cleaning sheet while providing a stable holding force. For each pair of slippers, there are about four to six of these, each aligned to the full width of the slipper, arranged vertically and horizontally between the double soles, with the sheet-like fasteners fixed alternately to the top and bottom soles so that they cross.

The structure of these crossed sheet-like fasteners means that the double bottom base itself is firmly connected, but one side can be opened wide, making it not only easier to push the tip of the cleaning sheet in with your fingers, but also allowing you to touch the tip of the cleaning sheet from the other side, making it possible to pinch and pull to adjust the slack. This not only increases the holding power of the cleaning sheet, making it less likely to come off, but also allows the cleaning sheet to fit beautifully and cover the shape of the bottom base of the board.

Furthermore, this structure only clamps the cleaning sheet and does not hook or secure it in any way, so you can remove the cleaning sheet stress-free by simply opening a part of the double bottom and pinching and gently pulling one end of the cleaning sheet.

As mentioned above, the double bottom sole equipped with the sheet-like fastener is highly effective for attaching and removing the cleaning sheet pushed in from the side and for stably holding it in place. However, due to the nature of the structure, the clamping force is weak at both ends of the slipper, and gaps are likely to form in the double bottom sole. Therefore, by equipping both ends with ferromagnetic material, the adhesion between the bottom soles is reinforced by magnetic force. However, by maintaining a structure that clamps the cleaning sheet rather than hooking it, it is possible to achieve both easy and stress-free attachment and removal and more stable holding power.

As described above, the double undersole is the key to making this slipper suitable for both cleaning and everyday use, and any slipper with a undersole can incorporate this double undersole structure. As such, just like regular slippers, it is possible to meet a wide range of design, size, and cost performance requirements, and has the potential to become widely popular.

This invention allows commonly available indoor cleaning sheets to be easily attached and detached from the slipper body without any stress.

When installing, the bottom of the board is fixed to the bottom of the slipper body, but due to its unique structure it opens wide on one side, leaving ample space to insert your fingers holding the edge of the cleaning sheet, making it easy to push in. Also, by pinching the sheet on the other side through the gaps in the sheet-shaped fixing device or the spaces cut out of the parts, the slack can be adjusted, allowing the cleaning sheet to fit snugly against the bottom of the board.

Even when using the cleaning sheet, the product of the present invention has the same neat appearance as a pair of slippers, so it can be worn everyday like a normal pair of slippers without any discomfort. By simply sliding the user's foot over the slippers, it can pick up dirt, dust, hair, and pet hair, not just where the user has walked, but also where there is a spot of concern.

In addition, it is possible to efficiently clean floors by using a vacuum cleaner while wearing the product of the present invention, without using a cleaning tool with a replaceable cleaning sheet with a handle.

What's more, the cleaning sheet can be easily removed by gently opening the double bottom and pinching and pulling one of the edges of the sheet.

Because it is simply held in place by pressure without any snags, not only can the cleaning sheet be removed without applying force or stress, but it can also be disposed of without getting your hands dirty, so it is likely to be well received by users who change cleaning sheets frequently, especially those who keep indoor pets.

In addition, the cleaning sheet covers the soles of the slippers, preventing them from getting dirty and helping them last longer.

In appearance, the slippers have a thick double sole, and because there are no particular restrictions on the shape or material of the slippers themselves, a variety of designs and sizes are possible. We expect them to become popular not just as cleaning slippers, but also as fashionable slippers with cleaning functions.

The following describes the embodiment of the present invention, with the same symbols referring to the same things regardless of the figure.

As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the slippers of the present invention have a double sole.

A board bottom sole 3 of the same size or slightly smaller shape and made of the same material is added under the bottom sole 2 of the slipper body 1, taking into account the bulge of the cleaning sheet that covers the board bottom sole 3, and is connected with crossed sheet-like fasteners as shown in Figures 2, 4, 5, and 6.

The material for the bottom sole of the main body 2 and the bottom sole of the board body 3 is not particularly limited, and any general material for the bottom sole of the main body can be used as long as it has a suitable hardness, can accommodate the sheet-like fastener 4, magnets 5, and ferromagnetic material 6, and is cost-effective.

The cross-type sheet-like fasteners 4 that fasten the bottom base 2 of the main body and the bottom base 3 of the board body are sheet-like, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, each of which is the full width of the bottom base 2 of the main body, and multiple sheets are arranged to match the vertical length of the bottom base 2 of the main body and the width of the sheet-like fasteners 4.

The width of this sheet-like fixture itself should be around 30 to 40 mm, so that you can pinch the cleaning sheet with your fingers and push it in, and also have enough space for your fingers to pinch the cleaning sheet on the other side to adjust any slack.

The materials used should be thin, flexible, and durable, such as polypropylene or polycarbonate, and do not stretch.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, each of these sheet-like fixtures 4 is fixed at one location on each of the symmetrical horizontal edges of the lower bottom surface 7 of the main body and the upper surface of the lower bottom surface 3 of the board body, and the adjacent sheet-like fixture is fixed at the opposite symmetrical location with a gap of about several millimeters, and the subsequent sheet-like fixtures 4 are crossed and fixed in the same manner.

The spacing between adjacent sheet-like fixtures 4 is essential because it allows the cleaning sheet some slack when one side is attached, prevents one side from becoming difficult to open after the other side is set, and makes it easier to adjust the slack in the cleaning sheet.

The lower base 2 of the main body is structured so that the lower base 3 is suspended by crossed sheet-like fasteners 4, and under normal circumstances the sheet-like fasteners 4 are placed between them, but because the material is thin, from the outside they appear to be tightly fitted with no gaps, as shown in Figures 1 and 3.

If the center of the bottom base 2 of the main body and the bottom base 3 of the board were directly fixed without the sheet-like fixture 4, the double bottom would naturally be tightly attached, but the gap would only be small, making it difficult to push the cleaning sheet all the way in, much less cross the cleaning sheet itself. However, with slippers using the sheet-like fixture 4, if you intentionally try to open the bottom base 3 of the board on either the left or right side as shown in Figure 4, you can open only one side wide, and furthermore, as shown in Figures 9 and 11, not only can you easily insert the cleaning sheet, but you can also push it all the way in, dramatically improving the ease of attaching and removing the cleaning sheet.

Also, as shown in Figure 5, by partially hollowing out the center portion 10 of the sheet-like fixture 4 to create a space, the cleaning sheet there can be pinched and pulled with the fingers as shown in Figures 9, 11, and 12. This not only makes it easy to tighten the cleaning sheet sandwiched from the other side, but also creates a structure in which the cleaning sheets pressed in from the left and right come into direct contact with each other, which adds friction to the pressure during use and makes it even more difficult for the cleaning sheet to come off.

The cleaning sheet in the gap between the sheet-like fasteners 4, which can be seen slightly in 12 in Figure 10, can also be pulled in the same way, allowing the cleaning sheet to cover the bottom base 3 of the board body without any loosening.

However, when walking in the slippers, if the slippers are floating, the structure causes the bottom bottom 2 of the main body and the bottom bottom 3 of the board to separate slightly as shown in Figure 2, which not only makes the cleaning sheet more likely to come loose, but also makes it easier for the user to trip over steps at the tip of the bottom bottom 3 of the board. Therefore, as shown in Figure 4, magnets and ferromagnetic material installation sites 5 and 6 are provided at two locations on the bottom bottom surface 7 of the main body in Figure 5 and at the tip and rear end of the top surface of the bottom bottom 3 of the board in Figure 6, and magnets are attached so that the bottom bottom surface 7 of the main body and the bottom bottom 3 of the board come into close contact with each other through magnetic force, firmly holding the cleaning sheet in place.

As long as both ends of the double bottom base can be firmly attached, either a magnet or a ferromagnetic material such as iron can be used for the mating part 6.

To make the slippers look beautiful, and to prevent the board body bottom sole 3 from coming apart from the main body bottom sole 2 and becoming easy to trip over, the magnet fixing parts are equipped so that the magnets are embedded, so that there is no gap when the bottom sole and the board body bottom sole are tightly attached.

The sheet-like fasteners 4 are crossed, and when a cleaning sheet is inserted deep into the slippers from the left and right sides, the cleaning sheet itself automatically crosses from top to bottom with the sheet-like fasteners sandwiched between them as shown in Figure 11. As a result, the cleaning sheet inserted on the sides is less likely to come off during use. However, the increased adhesion caused by the magnets reinforces the clamping force at both ends, which is weak due to the structure, and the cleaning sheet can be clamped more stably overall.

By attaching the cleaning sheet tightly in this way, the appearance can be adjusted from the state shown in Figures 12 and 13 to roughly the appearance shown in Figures 1 and 3, making it possible to easily create a pair of slippers with a cleaning sheet that has a neat and unified appearance and is suitable for everyday use.

On the other hand, the cleaning sheet itself is simply attached by pressing it down, so there is no snagging and removing it is stress-free and easy; all you have to do is slightly open one side of the slipper and pinch and pull a point on the cleaning sheet.

At that time, the edge of the cleaning sheet that is pinched with the fingers is the part that is sandwiched between the bottom base 2 of the main body and the bottom base 3 of the board body, so dirt does not adhere to it and the used cleaning sheet can be removed without getting the fingers dirty.

After repeated prototyping, it was found that locating magnets on the sides of the slippers was good for holding the cleaning sheet securely, but having too many magnets on the sides increased the feeling of the cleaning sheet getting caught when removing it, so by equipping the slippers with two strong magnets at the front and back of the tip, and equipping them with a cross-type sheet-like fastener 4, the cleaning sheet could be attached securely while being removed with light force, making this structure particularly comfortable to put on and take off.

The product of the present invention has the advantage that it does not require special materials for production and has a very high degree of freedom in design as long as the necessary requirements are met, so it can be widely used by a wide range of targets, from simple cleaning slippers to fashionable slippers with cleaning functions.

"How to use this invention"
(a) As shown in FIG. 7, the slipper body 1 is placed on the cleaning sheet 11.

(e) After that, by putting on the slippers and walking around as usual, the cleaning sheet will pick up dirt, dust, hair, pet hair, etc. from the floor.
(e) If you are concerned about dirt on the floor, you can increase the cleaning effect by consciously sliding your feet over the area like a wiper or skating.
(g) If the cleaning sheet becomes loose during use, it is possible to easily adjust the cleaning sheet to fit again and restore a beautiful appearance by opening one side of the lower base 3 of the board body as shown in Figure 12 and pushing in the end of the cleaning sheet or pulling the end of the cleaning sheet on the other side.
(h) When the cleaning sheet becomes noticeably dirty, removal can be completed by simply opening any one side of the bottom 3 of the board body to replace it, and picking up and pulling the part of the cleaning sheet that was being clamped.

Claims (1)

These double-bottom slippers are made by adding a board-shaped bottom sole, which is the same shape as the bottom sole, to the bottom sole of the slipper body and is used by covering it with a cleaning sheet conforming to the shape of the bottom sole. Between the bottom soles, multiple thin and flexible sheet-like fasteners are arranged horizontally and in parallel, and are fixed alternately to the upper and lower bottom so that they cross each other, connecting the bottom soles together. Furthermore, ferromagnetic materials with a magnetic force that can hold a cleaning sheet by tightly contacting the bottom soles are provided on the inside of each bottom so as to reinforce the sheet-like fasteners.
