Abstract
Description
(a)約20~約90重量%のエチレン酢酸ビニル、エチレンn-ブチルアクリレート、エチレンオクテン、エチレンプロピレン、エチレンブテンプロピレン、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるエチレンコポリマー;並びに

角度が小さいほど、コーティングは接着剤層を介して液体を透過させるのに効果的である。新しいフィルム試料とエージング後のフィルム試料の接触角は次のように測定される。
新しい試料:120℃(必要に応じて温度を調整)でホットメルトコーターラミネーター(例えば、HLCL-1000、ケミインスツルメンツ)を使用して、PETフィルム上に厚さ50マイクロメートルの接着剤コーティングのフィルムを作成し、実験室の周囲条件まで冷却する(21~23℃、40%~60%RH)。接着剤コーティングの作成から24時間後の接着剤表面に対して、接触角試験が行われる。
エージング後の試料:新しい試料を対流式オーブン(例えば、ブルーMコンベクションオーブン、Stabil-Therm)に入れ、15日間エージングさせる。オーブンの温度を60℃に設定する。エージング後、試料をオーブンから取り出し、実験室の周囲条件(21~23℃、40%~60%RH)で24時間調整してから、接着面の接触角を測定する。
Claims (12)
- (a)約20~約90重量%のエチレン酢酸ビニル、エチレンn-ブチルアクリレート、エチレンオクテン、エチレンプロピレン、エチレンブテンプロピレン、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるエチレンコポリマー;並びに
(b)(i)ASTM D-127に従って測定した約70℃~約140℃の融点、(ii)完全に飽和した直鎖C20~C50合成アルコール、(iii)ASTM E222に従って測定した100mg KOH/g未満の酸価、及び(iv)約400~約5000ダルトンの分子量、を有する約1~約25重量%の非イオン性エトキシレート界面活性剤ポリマー乳化剤;

(b)約20重量%以下のエトキシル化界面活性剤;

蒸留水に対して50度未満のフィルム接触角を示す、請求項1に記載の親水性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - エチレンコポリマーがエチレン酢酸ビニルである、請求項1に記載の親水性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- (c)約20~約70重量%の粘着付与剤、
(d)約20重量%以下の可塑剤、及び
(e)約3重量%以下の酸化防止剤、
