Description

The present invention relates to a ground potential conductor for a potential therapy device and a potential therapy device equipped with the ground potential conductor.

Conventionally, electric potential therapy devices that apply high AC voltage to the human body to perform treatment are known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an electric potential therapy device that has a power supply circuit connected to an AC power source, an inverter connected to the output side of the power supply circuit to generate an AC voltage of an arbitrary waveform, and a transformer that boosts the AC voltage generated by the inverter to an output voltage, and transmits the boosted output voltage by the transformer to a conductor to apply it to the human body.

It is also known that in this type of electric potential therapy device, a conductor that locally discharges a high voltage potential is used to locally lower the potential of the human body to which it is supplied, providing a potential gradient and passing a treatment current to obtain a therapeutic effect. For example, Patent Document 2 discloses an electrode pad for high voltage potential therapy that is used to locally discharge the high voltage potential that has flowed into the body of the person being treated in electric potential therapy using an electric potential therapy device.

The above-mentioned conventional electric potential treatment devices have some points that need to be improved in order to provide effective and safe treatment to a wide range of treatment target areas.
Specifically, Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration in which an electrode pad for high-voltage potential treatment is attached via a gel sheet to a human body to which a high potential is applied, and a treatment current is passed locally. However, in a conventional potential treatment device using such an electrode pad, when the treatment target area is large, it is difficult to pass suitable treatment electrons to the entire area of the treatment target area.

That is, the electrode pad of the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 2 can perform localized treatment by discharging electricity from the area where the electrode pad is attached. However, the electrode pad is a square with sides of about 50 mm, and it is not possible to provide treatment by passing suitable therapeutic electrons over a wide area, for example, from both shoulders to the back.

Furthermore, when treating a wide area with conventional electric potential therapy devices, the electrode pad for high-voltage electric potential therapy may be moved. For example, the electrode pad may be held in the hand and removed from the area to be treated, then moved to another area to be treated and attached thereto, or the electrode pad may be held down by the hand and moved over the wide area to be treated in a rubbing motion. In such cases, there is a problem that unintended current may flow to the hand holding down the electrode pad.

In addition, when the electrode pad attached to the treatment area is pressed down with the hand to prevent the electrode pad from coming off the treatment area during treatment, an unintended current flows through the hand pressing down on the electrode pad.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a ground potential conductor and a potential therapy device equipped with the same that can deliver suitable therapeutic electrons to a wide area to be treated, and can provide effective treatment efficiently and safely.

The ground potential conductor of the present invention is a ground potential conductor that is attached to a human body to which a high voltage is applied and that passes electrons for treatment. It is characterized by comprising a conductive electrode that is configured in a flexible planar shape and connected to wiring at a ground potential, an insulating inner surface member that covers the surface of the electrode that is in close contact with the human body, and an insulating outer surface member that covers the surface of the electrode that is not in close contact with the human body, and has an overall shape that is formed symmetrically, and a cut portion that opens to the left and right in the center of the left and right is formed to a size that allows the patient to pass their neck through.

The electric potential therapy device of the present invention is characterized by comprising a high-voltage transformer that boosts an input potential to generate a high-voltage output potential, a high-voltage lead that is connected to the high-voltage transformer and is in close contact with the human body to apply the output potential to the human body, and is also equipped with the above-mentioned ground potential lead according to the present invention.

The ground potential conductor of the present invention is a ground potential conductor that is attached to a human body to which a high voltage is applied and that passes therapeutic electrons. It comprises a conductive electrode that is configured in a flexible planar shape and connected to a ground potential wiring, an insulating inner surface member that covers the surface of the electrode that is in close contact with the human body, and an insulating outer surface member that covers the surface of the electrode that is not in close contact with the human body. The overall shape is formed symmetrically, and a cutout portion that opens to the left and right and is large enough for the patient to pass through the neck is formed in the center of the left and right. With this configuration, the ground potential conductor can be used to pass suitable therapeutic electrons to a wide area to be treated, allowing effective treatment to be performed safely.

Specifically, the subject can insert the neck or other part into the cut section and attach the ground potential conductor so as to cover the entire desired treatment area around the shoulder. This allows suitable treatment electrons to be applied to the entire desired treatment area, such as the shoulder, neck, shoulder blades, and pectoral muscles. Therefore, even if the treatment area is large, effective treatment can be efficiently performed on the entire treatment area without changing the attachment position of the ground potential conductor during treatment.

In addition, in the ground potential conductor of the present invention, the outer surface member may have a lower dielectric constant than the inner surface member. This prevents unintended flow of treatment electrons to hands touching the outer surface of the ground potential conductor. This allows for safe and effective treatment in which suitable treatment electrons are sent only to the area to be treated.

In addition, in the ground potential conductor of the present invention, the outer surface member may be thicker than the inner surface member. This prevents unintended flow of treatment electrons to hands touching the outer surface of the ground potential conductor. This reduces the amount of treatment electrons that flow to areas that are not the target of treatment, allowing for safe and effective treatment.

In addition, in the ground potential conductor of the present invention, the inner surface member and the outer surface member may be formed so as to have different surface patterns, colors, or printing. This allows the user to easily distinguish between the inner surface of the ground potential conductor that is to be in contact with the human body and the outer surface that is not to be in contact with the human body. This makes it possible to prevent the ground potential conductor from being attached with the inner surface and the outer surface mistaken. This makes the ground potential conductor easier to use, and allows for safe and effective treatment with fewer attachment errors.

The ground potential conductor of the present invention may also be provided with a fastening member in the cut section that closes a portion of the cut section and connects the left and right sides. With this configuration, the left and right sides of the closed cut section can be fixed with the fastening member, making it easy to bring the ground potential conductor into close contact with the area to be treated. This makes it easy to attach the ground potential conductor and provides an excellent therapeutic effect.

The ground potential conductor of the present invention may also have a slit formed in the electrode that allows the electrode to be bent freely. With this configuration, the slit portion can be easily bent to allow the ground potential conductor to be in close contact with a wide area of the human body, such as the back, shoulders, chest, ankles, heels, back of the foot, soles, etc. This allows suitable therapeutic electrons to flow to a wide area of the treatment target, allowing for effective treatment.

The electric potential therapy device of the present invention is equipped with a high-voltage transformer that boosts the input potential to generate a high-voltage output potential, a high-voltage lead that is connected to the high-voltage transformer and is in close contact with the human body to apply the output potential to the human body, and is equipped with the ground potential lead of the present invention. With this configuration, it is possible to flow suitable therapeutic electrons to a desired wide range of treatment target areas, and to perform effective treatment efficiently and safely.

The high-voltage lead 3 has a roughly planar shape and is in close contact with the human body 30, either directly or through clothing, etc. For example, the high-voltage lead 3 is placed on the seat of a chair 31, etc., like a cushion, and is in close contact with the buttocks, etc., of the seated person to be treated. The high-voltage lead 3 may also be placed on the top surface of a bed, etc. (not shown), like a futon, and used so as to be in close contact with the back, etc., of the person to be treated.

The high-voltage conductor 3 has a conductive electrode (not shown) to which the potential generated by the potential output device 2 is applied. As described above, the high-voltage lead 3 is placed, for example, under the human body 30 and is in close contact with the human body 30.
The other end of the secondary side of the high-voltage transformer 11 is indirectly grounded via a transfer resistor (not shown) or the like that is connected to a commercial power source (not shown).

The ground potential conductor 4 is grounded to the ground wiring 17 in the potential output device 2 via the wiring 27 and the ground conductor terminal 16, and is grounded via the ground wiring 17. The grounding of the ground wiring 17 may be in a form connected to, for example, a commercial wiring.

The ground wiring 17 may also be provided with a protective resistor 14 and other current limiting circuits (not shown), semiconductor switches (not shown), switch circuits such as relays, and control circuits (not shown). The current limiting circuits, switch circuits, and control circuits may be controlled by a control device (not shown) based on user operation commands and detection results of various sensors.

The potential output device 2 is also provided with an operation unit, a display unit, various sensors, and a control device, all of which are not shown. The operation unit is a device through which the user inputs operation commands, and is connected to the control device, etc. The display unit displays various setting conditions such as the output potential, output current, frequency, timer, etc., as well as the output status, etc. Sensors may also be provided, such as a temperature sensor that measures the user's body temperature, a lead temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the high voltage lead 3 and the ground potential lead 4, and a room temperature sensor that measures the room temperature, etc.

The control device is a device that performs a predetermined calculation based on input from the operation unit and various set values, etc., to control the power supply device 10 and switches (not shown) that serve as switching means. Specifically, the control device performs output potential waveform control, timer control, display control, overload monitoring, voltage monitoring, etc. The power supply device 10 receives commands from the control device and generates a waveform of a predetermined voltage and frequency.

Referring to Figures 1 and 2, when the high-voltage lead 3 is brought into close contact with the human body 30, the high voltage boosted by the high-voltage transformer 11 is applied to the human body 30. Then, when the ground potential lead 4 is brought into close contact with the desired treatment target area, the potential of the area to which the ground potential lead 4 is in close contact is lowered, providing a local potential gradient.

By using the high-voltage lead 3 and the ground potential lead 4 for treatment in this way, suitable treatment electrons flow to the human body 30, particularly near the area to be treated, via the potential gradient that occurs between the high-voltage lead 3 and the ground potential lead 4. This improves metabolism near the area to be treated, resulting in excellent treatment effects.

Figure 3 is a front view showing the ground potential conductor 4. Note that the front view is a view of the ground potential conductor 4 as seen from the side that contacts the patient, i.e., the inner surface 22 side. As shown in Figure 3, the ground potential conductor 4 has an overall shape that is approximately symmetrical when viewed from the front.

Specifically, the ground potential conductor 4 has an outer periphery formed in a substantially rectangular shape, with the four corners rounded. In addition, each side of the outer periphery may be curved so as to be concave toward the center. The size of the ground potential conductor 4 may be, for example, approximately 40 cm x 40 cm. That is, the approximate dimensions of the electrode 20 (see FIG. 4) are also, for example, approximately 40 cm x 40 cm.

A cut portion 25 is formed in the center of the left and right sides of the ground potential conductor 4 when viewed from the front. The cut portion 25 is an opening that continues from approximately the center of the ground potential conductor 4 to the lower edge, and is an opening portion that allows the ground potential conductor 4 to be opened by dividing it into left and right halves.

At the innermost part of the cut section 25, i.e., approximately in the center of the ground potential conductor 4, an opening large enough for the person to pass the neck, etc. through by opening the cut section 25 to the left and right. In other words, the person to be treated can open the cut section 25 to the left and right and pass the neck, arms, legs, ankles, etc. through.

In other words, the ground potential conductor 4 is a foldable pad formed in a generally symmetrical butterfly shape, and a cutout 25 is formed near the center on the left and right sides into which the person being treated can place their neck, etc.

With this configuration, the person being treated can put the ground potential conductor 4 through the cut portion 25 around the neck, etc., and wear it so that it broadly covers the area to be treated, such as near the shoulders. This allows the ground potential conductor 4 to be used to flow suitable therapeutic electrons to a broad area to be treated, allowing for effective and safe treatment.

In addition, because the area of the ground potential conductor 4 is large, i.e., the area of the electrode 20 is large, the impedance between the human body 30 (see Figure 1) and the ground is reduced, and the potential difference between the electrode 20 of the ground potential conductor 4 and the human body 30 is reduced at the portion of the human body 30 where the ground potential conductor 4 is in close contact. This makes it possible to suppress the generation of ozone due to silent discharge.

The ground potential conductor 4 may also be provided with a fastening member 26. The fastening member 26 may be, for example, a button, a hook-and-loop fastener, a zipper, a string, or the like, and is provided near the cut portion 25 or the peripheral edge of the ground potential conductor 4. This allows the ground potential conductor 4 to be tightly attached to the human body 30 and firmly fixed. Therefore, there is no need to fix the ground potential conductor 4 with a separate fixing belt or the like, and the user does not need to keep holding the ground potential conductor 4 with his or her hand.

For example, a fastening member 26 may be provided near the lower portion of the cut portion 25 to close a portion of the cut portion 25 and connect the left and right sides of the ground potential conductor 4. With this configuration, the left and right sides of the cut portion 25 that is closed after the neck of the person to be treated is passed through can be fixed with the fastening member 26, making it easy to bring the ground potential conductor 4 into close contact with the area to be treated. This makes it easy to attach the ground potential conductor 4 and provides an excellent therapeutic effect.

For example, the fastening members 26 may be provided near the left and right edge portions of the upper and lower portions of the ground potential conductor 4. That is, when the ground potential conductor 4 is folded and worn on the shoulder or the like of the human body 30, the fastening members 26 may be provided so as to fix the corresponding front and rear positions on the left and right sides of the human body 30. The fastening members 26 may also be provided in other portions so as to fix the vicinity of the outer peripheral end portion of the folded ground potential conductor 4 and other portions.

In this way, by providing the fastening member 26, the attachment of the ground potential conductor 4 becomes easier, and the fit to the area to be treated becomes better, thereby improving the therapeutic effect. Furthermore, there is no need to provide a belt or the like for closely fixing the ground potential conductor 4 to the human body 30 in addition to the ground potential conductor 4. Therefore, the number of accessories for attaching the ground potential conductor 4 can be reduced, and in addition to the effect of making it easier to attach the ground potential conductor 4, an advantageous effect can be obtained from the standpoint of productivity.

Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the schematic configuration of the ground potential conductor 4. Referring to Figure 4, the ground potential conductor 4 has a conductive electrode 20, an insulating inner surface member 21 that covers the inner surface of the electrode 20, and an insulating outer surface member 23 that covers the outer surface of the electrode 20.

Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the electrode 20 is configured in a generally planar, i.e., generally sheet-like, shape that is flexible so as to be in close contact with the human body 30 (see Figure 1) via the inner surface member 21, and is connected to wiring 27 (see Figure 2), which is connected to the potential output device 2.

For example, the electrode 20 may be formed from a flexible conductive cloth or the like. The electrode 20 may also be formed from a foldable foil-like member made of copper, aluminum, or other conductive material. The electrode 20 may also be formed from a flexible linear material made of a conductive material, or a combination of a flexible linear material and a foil-like material. The electrode 20 may also be formed so that multiple conductive sheet-like electrode 20 materials are dispersed and arranged in a bendable manner so that each electrode 20 in a predetermined area is formed.

An inner surface member 21 that covers the electrode 20 is provided on the inner surface of the electrode 20, i.e., the surface that comes into close contact with the human body 30. The inner surface member 21 is a flexible sheet-like member made of an insulating material, and may be made of, for example, soft polyvinyl chloride resin or other synthetic resins. By making the inner surface member 21 from a flexible material in this way, the ground potential conductor 4 can be easily fitted to the human body 30. In addition, the electrode 20 may be formed with a number of slits to obtain flexibility.

An outer surface member 23 that covers the electrode 20 is provided on the outer surface of the electrode 20, i.e., the surface that is not in contact with the human body 30. The outer surface member 23 is a flexible sheet-like member made of an insulating material, and is made of an insulating material with a low dielectric constant, such as urethane foam.

The outer surface member 23 may be formed from a material with a lower dielectric constant than the inner surface member 21. This makes it possible to prevent unintended capacitive coupling from occurring in the hand touching the outer surface 24 of the ground potential conductor 4, which would otherwise cause unintended flow of treatment electrons. Therefore, suitable treatment electrons can be flowed only to the area to be treated from the inner surface member 21 side of the ground potential conductor 4, allowing safe and effective treatment.

The outer surface member 23 may also be formed so as not to be thicker than the inner surface member 21. For example, the thickness dimension of the inner surface member 21 is 0.1 to 5 mm, preferably 0.5 to 3 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 2 mm. If the clothing of the human body 30 is approximately 2 mm, the distance between the electrode 20 inside the ground potential conductor 4 and the human body 30 is, for example, approximately 3 mm.

In contrast, the outer surface member 23 may be made of a material with a dielectric constant of 2 or less, and its thickness may be set to 2 to 30 mm, preferably 3 to 20 mm, and more preferably 5 to 20 mm, thicker than the inner surface member 21.

For example, if the area of the electrode 20 is 40 cm x 40 cm, and the dielectric constant between the ground potential conductor 4 and the human body 30 is 2, the capacitance of the inner member 21 of the electrode 20 through a thickness of 3 mm is approximately 944 pF. In contrast, if the thickness of the outer member 23 is 15 mm and its dielectric constant is 1.5, the capacitance of the outer member 23 is 141 pF. Therefore, even if the entire outer surface 24 of the ground potential conductor 4, i.e., the surface of the outer member 23 that does not come into contact with the area of the human body 30 to be treated, is held down with a hand, the shunt current flowing to the holding hand will be at most approximately 13% of the total treatment current.

In other words, approximately 90% of the treatment current flows to the human body 30 side via the inner member 21. In reality, the area held by the user's hand is 1/10 or less of the outer area of the ground potential conductor 4, so nearly 100% of the current flows to the human body 30 side via the inner member 21. Therefore, as mentioned above, unintended treatment electrons are prevented from flowing to the hand holding the ground potential conductor 4 from the outer surface 24 side or to other structures in contact with the outer surface 24 side of the ground potential conductor 4.

In this way, by giving the outer surface member 23 and the inner surface member 21 different shapes, the inner surface 22 of the ground potential conductor 4 that is in close contact with the human body 30 is differentiated from the outer surface 24 that is not in close contact with the human body 30, and a capacitive coupling is obtained that efficiently flows therapeutic electrons only to the inner surface member 21 side that is in close contact with the human body 30.

In other words, the differentiated front and back structure of the inner member 21 and the outer member 23 can prevent unintended flow of treatment electrons to hands, etc. that touch the outer surface 24 of the ground potential conductor 4. This reduces the amount of treatment electrons that leak to areas that are not the treatment target, allowing suitable treatment electrons to flow only to the treatment target area, providing safe and effective treatment.

In addition, it is possible to prevent the escape of treatment electrons to structures that are not the target area for treatment, such as the backrest of a chair 31 (see Figure 1) with which the outer surface 24 of the ground potential conductor 4 comes into contact. This reduces the flow of unnecessary electrons and improves the efficiency of treatment.

The inner surface member 21 and the outer surface member 23 may be formed to have different surface patterns, colors, or printing. Specifically, the inside of the inner surface member 21, i.e., the inner surface 22, which is in close contact with the human body 30, and the outside of the outer surface member 23, i.e., the outer surface 24, which is not in close contact with the human body 30, may have different fabric textures, such as soft polyvinyl chloride resin or other synthetic resins, that make up the outer skin, and may have different appearances, textures, colors, etc. Furthermore, at least one of the inner surface 22 of the inner surface member 21 and the outer surface 24 of the outer surface member 23 may have printing or labels such as letters, symbols, marks, etc. that indicate which surface it is.

In this way, by applying different patterns, colors, or printing, the user can easily distinguish between the inner surface 22 of the ground potential conductor 4 that is to be in contact with the human body 30 and the outer surface 24 that is not to be in contact with the human body 30. This makes it possible to prevent the ground potential conductor 4 from being attached with the inner surface 22 and the outer surface 24 mistakenly. This makes the ground potential conductor 4 easier to use, and allows for safe and effective treatment with fewer attachment errors.

In addition, the internal structure of the ground potential conductor 4, i.e., the electrode 20, the inner surface member 21, and the outer surface member 23, may be formed with slits (not shown) that allow the internal structure to bend freely. For example, the electrode 20 may be formed with multiple slits to provide flexibility. With this configuration, the ground potential conductor 4 can easily fit to the area of the human body 30 to be treated.

That is, by bending the slit portion, the ground potential conductor 4 can be brought into close contact with a wide area of the human body 30, such as the back, shoulders, and chest. Also, by bending the slit portion, the ground potential conductor 4 can be brought into close contact with a wide area near the ankle, such as the ankle, heel, back of the foot, and sole of the foot. Therefore, suitable therapeutic electrons can be applied to a wide area to be treated, and effective treatment can be performed.

Next, with reference to Figs. 5 to 10, an example of use of the ground potential conductor attached to the human body 30 will be described in detail.
5 is a schematic diagram showing an example of use of the ground potential conductor 4, in which the ground potential conductor 4 is attached around the shoulder. As shown in FIG. 5, the ground potential conductor 4 is attached around the shoulder of the human body 30, and may be used for treating the trunk around the neck.

For example, the subject can insert the neck or the like into the cut portion 25 and wear the ground potential conductor 4 so as to cover the entire desired treatment area around the shoulders. In more detail, the ground potential conductor 4 may be formed and used in the shape of a vest worn by the subject. That is, the ground potential conductor 4 is formed in the shape of a roughly rectangular sheet, and the opening of the cut portion 25 formed in the approximate center of the ground potential conductor 4 is used as a collar through which the subject passes their neck.

The left and right sides of the cut portion 25 used as the collar portion, i.e., the approximately front-to-back center portion of the ground potential conductor 4, are folded so that the inner surface 22 of the front portion of the ground potential conductor 4 faces the inner surface 22 of the rear portion, and are used as a shoulder portion to be draped over the shoulders of the person being treated. In other words, the front portion of the folded ground potential conductor 4 is used as a front body with the inner surface 22 in close contact with the chest, abdomen, etc. of the person being treated, and the rear portion is used as a back body with the inner surface 22 in close contact with the back of the person being treated.

The cut section 25 formed in the front is used as an opening that opens to the left and right when the person being treated puts on or takes off the ground potential conductor 4. In other words, the front of the ground potential conductor 4 is separated and opened by the cut section 25 into a right front body and a left front body. The user can easily put on or take off the ground potential conductor 4 by opening the opening of the cut section 25.

In addition, the cut section 25 is provided with a fastening member 26, so that the opening of the closed cut section 25 can be fixed by the fastening member 26. That is, the right and left front body parts of the ground potential conductor 4 can be connected and fixed by the fastening member 26, which can be a button, hook-and-loop fastener, zipper, string, or the like.

The high-voltage lead 3 (see FIG. 1) that applies a high-voltage output potential to the human body 30 may be placed, for example, on the seat of a chair 31 (see FIG. 1) on which the person to be treated sits, and used so as to be in close contact with the buttocks, etc. of the human body 30.

In this way, the ground potential conductor 4 can be easily attached to cover the area around the shoulders of the human body 30, and suitable treatment electrons can be applied to the entire area of the desired treatment target, such as the shoulders, neck, scapula, and pectoral muscles. Therefore, even if the treatment target area is large, effective treatment can be efficiently performed on the entire treatment target area without changing the attachment position of the ground potential conductor 4 during treatment.

Figure 6 is a diagram showing another example of the use of the ground potential conductor 4. Figure 6 shows a schematic view of the body 30 of a person being treated seated in a chair 31, viewed from the back, and shows an example in which the ground potential conductor 4 is in close contact with the back of the person being treated. As shown in Figure 6, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so as to be in close contact with the back of the person 30. This allows treatment of the trunk area around the back.

At this time, the left and right electrodes 20 (see FIG. 4) are separated at the cut portion 25, so the cut portion 25 can be opened widely or closed narrowly to match the position of the shoulder of the human body 30. This allows the ground potential conductor 4 to have a more three-dimensional shape and fit the human body 30.

Specifically, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so as to be sandwiched between the back of the person being treated and the backrest (not shown) of the chair 31 on which the person being treated sits. This allows suitable therapeutic electrons to be applied to the person's spine, shoulder blades, back, waist, etc., and allows effective treatment to be performed over a wide area around the back. The high voltage conductor 3 may also be used so as to be in close contact with the human body 30, for example the buttocks.

Although not shown in the figures, the ground potential conductor 4 may be placed on the bed sheet or the like so that it is in close contact with the back of the person being treated lying on a bed or the like, and may be used by being sandwiched between the sleeping surface of the bed or the like and the human body 30. Even with this method of use, the close contact of the ground potential conductor 4 allows an appropriate treatment current to flow around the back, thereby providing treatment.

Figure 7 shows another example of the use of the ground potential conductor 4, in which the ground potential conductor 4 is in intimate contact with the abdomen. As shown in Figure 7, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used to be in intimate contact with the abdomen of the human body 30. This allows treatment of the trunk area around the abdomen.

Specifically, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so that the inner surface 22 is in close contact with the abdomen, lower back, front of the thighs, etc. of the human body 30 of a person to be treated who is seated on a chair 31 or lying on a bed (not shown). The high voltage conductor 3 (see FIG. 1) may also be used so that it is in close contact with, for example, the buttocks, etc. of the human body 30.

Even in this case, the cut portions 25 are formed so that the ground potential conductor 4 can three-dimensionally fit and adhere closely to the left and right feet.
By using it in this way, therapeutic electrons can be suitably passed to the abdominal muscles, internal muscles, internal organs, etc. of the human body 30. This allows for effective treatment.

Figure 8 shows another example of use of the ground potential conductor 4, showing an example in which the ground potential conductor 4 is used to treat peripheral parts such as the hand and arm. As shown in Figure 8, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so that the inner surface 22 is in close contact with the hand, arm, etc. of the human body 30.

For example, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so that the outer surface 24, i.e., the outer surface member 23 (see Figure 4) side, comes into contact with the abdomen, lower back, and front of the thighs of a human body 30 sitting on a chair 31, etc., or lying on a bed, etc. not shown.
The hands, arms, etc. of the human body 30 are placed so as to be in close contact with the inner surface 22, i.e., the inner surface member 21 (see FIG. 4), of the ground potential conductor 4, whose outer surface 24 abuts against the abdomen, waist, front of the legs, etc. of the human body 30. The high voltage conductor 3 (see FIG. 1) may also be used so as to be in close contact with, for example, the buttocks, etc. of the human body 30.

By wearing it in this way, therapeutic electrons can be appropriately passed through the arms, hands, fingers, upper arms, etc. of the human body 30, allowing for suitable treatment. In other words, suitable therapeutic current can be passed from the trunk to the peripheral parts of the hands, resulting in the relief of joints and inflamed areas.

In both the use example shown in FIG. 7 for treating the abdominal area and the use example shown in FIG. 8 for treating the hands, arms, etc., the ground potential conductor 4 is used to be in close contact with the abdomen, waist, front of the thighs, etc. of the human body 30, and the attachment position of the ground potential conductor 4 is the same. However, in the use example shown in FIG. 7, the inner surface 22 of the ground potential conductor 4 is in close contact with the abdomen, etc., whereas in the use example shown in FIG. 8, the outer surface 24 of the ground potential conductor 4 is in close contact with the abdomen, etc., and the ground potential conductor 4 is attached upside down.

In a ground potential conductor 4 in which the inner surface member 21 on the inner surface 22 side of the ground potential conductor 4 and the outer surface member 23 on the outer surface 24 side are formed to different thicknesses, even if the ground potential conductor 4 is attached to the same position on the human body 30, by reversing the front and back of the ground potential conductor 4, it is possible to perform suitable treatment for different treatment target areas, as already explained.

Fig. 9 shows another example of use of the ground potential lead 4, in which therapeutic electrons are applied to the thighs and knees. As shown in Fig. 9, the ground potential lead 4 may be used such that the inner surface 22 is in close contact with the front of the thighs and the vicinity of the knees of the human body 30. The high voltage lead 3 (see Fig. 1) is used such that it is in close contact with the buttocks, for example, of the human body 30.
Even in such a use, since the cut portion 25 is formed, the ground potential conductor 4 fits three-dimensionally to the left and right legs even if the left and right legs are spread apart.

By using it in this way, suitable therapeutic electrons can be sent to the peripheral areas around the thigh and knee of the human body 30, and effective treatment can be performed over a wide area around the area where the ground potential conductor 4 is in close contact.

Figure 10 shows another example of the use of the ground potential conductor 4, showing an example in which the ground potential conductor 4 is used for treatment around the ankle. As shown in Figure 10, the ground potential conductor 4 may be used so as to be in close contact with the area from the toes to the ankle of the human body 30.

Specifically, the ground potential conductor 4 is folded into a bag shape and worn around the ankles so that the inner surface 22 (see FIG. 3) comes into close contact with both the sole and dorsum of the foot of the human body 30. That is, the ground potential conductor 4 is worn so that the inner surface 22 comes into close contact with almost the entire surface of both feet from around the ankles to the heel, sole, dorsum, and toes.
At this time, since the cut portion 25 is formed in the ground potential conductor 4, the ground potential conductor 4 fits three-dimensionally to the surface of the area to be treated.

The ground potential conductor 4 worn so as to fit closely around the ankle may be fixed by connecting the opposing left and right parts or the upper and lower parts of the folded ground potential conductor 4 with fasteners 26. The high voltage conductor 3 (see FIG. 1) is used so as to fit closely to the human body 30, for example, the buttocks.

In this way, the ground potential conductor 4 is attached so as to cover the entire area around the toes and ankles of the human body 30 and adhere closely to the entire surface, allowing suitable therapeutic electrons to flow to the peripheral areas around the ankles of the human body 30, enabling effective treatment.

As described above, the electric potential therapy device 1 equipped with the ground potential conductor 4 according to this embodiment can deliver suitable therapeutic electrons to a wide range of treatment target areas, allowing for effective treatment to be performed efficiently and safely.
