Abstract
Description
食品、医薬品、及び産業用消耗品の包装用の積層フィルム(2層又は多層)の間には、可撓性の包装用積層用接着剤が塗布される。接着剤組成物に基づいて、積層用接着剤は、3つのカテゴリー:溶媒系(SB)、無溶媒(SL)、及び水系(WB)に分類することができる。その中で、WBアクリル系接着剤は、取り扱いが容易であること、環境に優しいことなどの利点のために最も一般的である。用途の拡大に伴い、性能、特にフィルム間の結合強度に対する要求が大幅に増大している。したがって、接合強度などの望ましい性能を有する新しいバインダー又は配合物を設計することが当技術分野において強く求められている。
A)水性ポリマー分散液であって、当該ポリマーがモノマー混合物から重合され、当該モノマー混合物が、
(i)90~99.9重量%の1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和非イオン性モノマーと、
(ii)0.1~10重量%のエチレン性不飽和酸モノマーと、を含み、

使用される略語:DI水=脱イオン水、SC=重量による固形分。
表2に示す配合に従って、硬化型水性組成物を得るために、上記の原料を15分間適切に撹拌して配合した。
積層構造体を以下の手順で調製した。
1)接着剤配合物をそれぞれBOPPフィルム(Wenzhou Gettel Groupから入手可能)上に直接コーティングした。
2)右巻線バー(モデル番号:0、RK Print,U.K.から入手可能)を選択して、接着剤の乾燥コーティング重量を約2gsmに制御した。
3)接着剤を80℃で2分間乾燥させた。
4)工程3)で得られた生成物をCPPフィルム(Wenzhou Gettel Groupから入手可能)で積層し、ニップ温度は80℃であった。
5)積層体を室温で3日間コンディショニングし、その後、結合強度を測定した。

Claims (12)
- 水性硬化型接着剤組成物であって、
A)水性ポリマー分散液であって、前記ポリマーがモノマー混合物から重合され、前記モノマー混合物が、
(i)90~99.9重量%の1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和非イオン性モノマーと、
(ii)0.1~10重量%のエチレン性不飽和酸モノマーと、を含み、
パーセンテージは、前記モノマー混合物の総重量に基づいている、水性ポリマー分散液と、
B)少なくとも2つのアミノ基を有するポリアミン化合物と、を含み、
成分B)の含有量が、A)前記水性ポリマー分散液の固形分重量に基づいて0.5~10重量%である、水性硬化型接着剤組成物。 - 前記エチレン性不飽和非イオン性モノマーが、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマー、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリロニトリル、スチレン、置換スチレン、他のビニルモノマー、及びそれらの2つ以上の混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和非イオン性モノマーが、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、ノニルアクリレート、デシルアクリレート、イソデシルアクリレート、ラウリルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ノニルメタクリレート、デシルメタクリレート、イソデシルメタクリレート、ラウリルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリロニトリル、スチレン、置換スチレン、酢酸ビニル、酪酸ビニル、バーサチック酸ビニル、塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、及びそれらの2つ以上の混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和酸モノマーが、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、リン含有酸モノマー、フマル酸、マレイン酸、モノメチルイタコネート、モノメチルフマレート、モノブチルフマレート、無水マレイン酸、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチル-l-プロパンスルホン酸、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチル-1-プロパンスルホン酸のナトリウム塩、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチル-1-プロパンスルホン酸のアンモニウム塩、ビニルスルホン酸ナトリウム、アリルエーテルスルホネートのナトリウム塩、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和酸モノマーが、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーのガラス転移温度が-60℃~30℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
