Claims (15)
- 車両に備えられたバッテリーパックの過放電を防止する過放電防止装置であって、
動作モードによって前記バッテリーパックに備えられたメインバッテリーの電圧を測定する測定部と、
前記メインバッテリーと接続された充放電リレーの動作状態を判断し、判断された前記充放電リレーの動作状態、前記車両が停止したか否か及び前記測定部によって測定された前記メインバッテリーの電圧のうち少なくとも一つに基づいて前記測定部の動作モードを制御する制御部と、を含む、過放電防止装置。 - 前記測定部は、
第1測定周期で前記メインバッテリーの電圧を測定するウェークアップモード、前記第1測定周期より長い第2測定周期で前記メインバッテリーの電圧を測定するECOモード及び前記メインバッテリーの電圧を測定しないシャットダウンモードのうちいずれか一つの動作モードで動作する、請求項1に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記測定部の動作モードが前記ウェークアップモードであり、かつ前記充放電リレーの動作状態がターンオフ状態である場合、前記車両が停止したか否か及び前記メインバッテリーの電圧のうち少なくとも一つに基づいて前記測定部の動作モードを制御する、請求項2に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記車両が停止したか否かを判断し、前記車両が停止したと判断された場合、前記測定部の動作モードを前記ECOモードに切り換えるように構成された、請求項3に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
外部から受信した車両の速度情報及び車輪の回転情報の少なくとも一つに基づいて前記車両が停止したか否かを判断する、請求項4に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記メインバッテリーの現在電圧が予め設定された臨界電圧以下である場合、前記測定部の動作モードを前記ECOモードに切り換えるように構成された、請求項3に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記メインバッテリーの電圧が基準割合以上に複数の周期の間に減少する場合、前記測定部の動作モードを前記ECOモードに切り換えるように構成された、請求項3に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記測定部の動作モードが前記ECOモードに切り換えられた後、予め設定された時間内に前記バッテリーパックに充電装置が接続されたかによって前記充放電リレーまたは前記測定部の動作モードを制御する、請求項2に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記予め設定された時間内に前記バッテリーパックに前記充電装置が接続された場合、前記充放電リレーの動作状態をターンオン状態に制御して前記充電装置によって前記メインバッテリーを充電させるように構成された、請求項8に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記メインバッテリーの電圧が予め設定された基準電圧を超過する場合、前記測定部の動作モードを前記ECOモードから前記ウェークアップモードに切り換えるように構成された、請求項9に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記予め設定された時間内に前記バッテリーパックに前記充電装置が接続されなかった場合、前記測定部の動作モードをシャットダウンモードに切り換えるように構成された、請求項8に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記メインバッテリーと相異なる始動バッテリーからウェークアップ信号が印加された場合、動作モードがスリップモードからウェークアップモードに切り換えられ、前記測定部の動作モードを前記シャットダウンモードから前記ウェークアップモードに切り換えるように構成され、
前記測定部は、
前記動作モードが前記ウェークアップモードまたは前記ECOモードである場合、前記メインバッテリーから動作電源が印加され、前記メインバッテリーの電圧を測定する、請求項2に記載の過放電防止装置。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の過放電防止装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の過放電防止装置を含む、車両。
- 車両に備えられたバッテリーパックの過放電を防止する過放電防止方法であって、
測定部において、前記バッテリーパックに備えられたメインバッテリーの電圧を測定する電圧測定段階と、
制御部において、前記メインバッテリーと接続された充放電リレーの動作状態を判断する動作状態判断段階と、
前記制御部において、前記充放電リレーの動作状態、前記車両が停止したか否か及び前記メインバッテリーの電圧の少なくとも一つに基づいて前記測定部の動作モードを制御する動作モード制御段階と、を含む、過放電防止方法。
