Abstract
Description
ハロゲンイオン、硝酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン及びそれらの混合物から選択されるアニオンを含む無機塩(a)、
酸官能性添加剤(b)、
ポリエステル樹脂(c)、及び
無機塩(a)とは異なる無機増粘剤(d)。
ハロゲンイオン、硝酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン及びそれらの混合物から選択されるアニオンを含む、0.0001~1.0000重量%の無機塩(a)、
0.0100~5.0000重量%の酸官能性添加剤(b)、
10.0000~50.0000重量%のポリエステル樹脂(c)、
無機塩(a)とは異なる、0.1000~1.0000重量%の無機増粘剤(d)、
(a)~(d)とは異なる43.0000~89.8899重量%の成分。
本発明の組成物を提供すること、
組成物を所望の三次元形状にすること、及び
組成物を硬化させること。
ハロゲンイオン、硝酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン、及びこれらの混合物から選択されるアニオンを含む無機塩(a)を提供すること、
酸官能性添加剤(b)を提供すること、
ポリエステル樹脂(c)を提供すること、
無機塩(a)とは異なる無機増粘剤(d)を提供すること、
成分を混合すること。
ポリエステル樹脂、ポリスチレン溶液、及び添加剤を、充填剤、顔料、過酸化物等のすべての残りの成分を添加する前に一緒に混合する。次いで、全配合物を、手動で混合することによって均質化する。次いで、この混合物を、以下の条件下で、ディゾルバーディスク40±10mmを取り付けたディゾルバー、TYPE Pendraulik 5HWM-FDe80N 12-2を用いて撹拌する:930rpm±50rpmの速度で、60秒±10秒間分散、次いで1865rpm±125rpm(周速3.9±0.3m/s)の速度でさらに120秒±10秒分散。完成した均質化コンパウンドをアルミニウムカップに移し、密閉し、水浴中において30℃±5℃の温度で30分間±5分間にわたって貯蔵する。
Claims (15)
- 無機塩(a)の使用であって、ポリエステル樹脂(c)及び前記無機塩(a)とは異なる無機増粘剤(d)を含む組成物における、酸官能性添加剤(b)の粘度減少効果を補償するための、ハロゲンイオン、硝酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン及びそれらの混合物から選択されるアニオンを含む無機塩(a)の使用。
- 前記無機塩(a)がアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属の塩である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記無機塩(a)が、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム及びカルシウムの群から選択される塩である、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記無機塩(a)が塩化カルシウムを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記酸官能性添加剤(b)が、カルボン酸官能基、酸性リン酸エステル基、リン酸基、及びそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記酸官能性添加剤(b)が、10~250mg KOH/gの範囲の酸価を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 酸官能性添加剤(b)が300~15,000g/molの数平均分子量を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂(c)が、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物がエチレン性不飽和重合性モノマーを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記無機増粘剤(d)が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記無機増粘剤(d)が、塩基性金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記無機増粘剤(d)が酸化マグネシウムを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 下記を含有している組成物:
ハロゲンイオン、硝酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン及びそれらの混合物から選択されるアニオンを含む無機塩(a)、
酸官能性添加剤(b)、
ポリエステル樹脂(c)、及び
前記無機塩(a)とは異なる無機増粘剤(d)。 - 下記を含有している、請求項13に記載の組成物(重量%は前記組成物の全重量に対して計算される):
0.0001~1.0000重量%の無機塩(a)、
0.0100~5.0000重量%の酸官能性添加剤(b)、
10.0000~50.0000重量%のポリエステル樹脂(c)、
0.1000~1.0000重量%の前記無機塩(a)とは異なる無機増粘剤(d)、
43.0000~89.8899重量%の(a)~(d)とは異なる成分。 - 下記の工程を含む、3次元物品を調製する方法:
請求項13又は14に記載の組成物を提供すること、
前記組成物を所望の三次元形状にすること、及び
前記組成物を硬化させること。
