Abstract

To provide a system and a method for agent-based shopping, using tickets, which allow cashless payments to be made.SOLUTION: An agent-based shopping system includes ticket issuing means which issues a ticket corresponding to a payment method which has been registered by a client, ticket setting means which sets the ticket to an agent terminal, and conversion means which receives information of a payment for which the ticket has been used and stores an amount sold for the ticket, and converts the sale amount to an amount sold for the issuer company of the payment method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

The present disclosure relates to shopping agent systems and methods.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a shopping proxy system in which a client requesting a shopping proxy asks a contractor who undertakes the shopping on behalf of him to do the shopping for him (for example, see Patent Document 1).

When the shopping agency is contracted between individuals, it is necessary to transfer cash or transfer to a financial institution for settlement after shopping, but it takes time and effort to transfer and transfer cash. A shopping agent system according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes ticket issuing means for issuing a ticket corresponding to payment means registered by a client, ticket setting means for setting the ticket in a contractor terminal, and conversion means for receiving the settlement information received, storing the sales for the tickets, and converting the sales into the sales of the issuing company of the payment means.

The matching unit 309 closes the set shopping conditions when the client and the contractor agree on the shopping on behalf of the purchaser.

The ticket setting unit 311 sets a ticket for the contractor terminal 102 of the contractor who has agreed on the shopping service. Specifically, the ticket setting unit 311 transmits the ticket issued by the ticket issuing unit 307 to the contractor terminal 102 . The ticket condition check unit 313 checks the ticket conditions based on the ticket information received from the store terminal 105 . A shopping agent system,
ticket issuing means for issuing tickets corresponding to payment means registered by the client;
ticket setting means for setting the ticket in the contractor terminal;
a conversion means for receiving settlement information in which said tickets are used, storing sales for the tickets, and converting said sales into sales of an issuing company of said settlement means. 2.
