Claims (5)
- 加工具が装着されたスピンドルと、該スピンドルを回転させるモータと、を有する加工ユニットを備える加工装置に温度が調節された液体を供給する定温液体供給装置であって、
該液体を収容するタンクと、
該タンクに収容された該液体の温度を測定する温度計と、
圧縮ガスを貯留する圧縮ガス源に一端が接続され、他端が該タンクに達し、該圧縮ガス源から該タンクに該圧縮ガスを供給する圧縮ガス供給管と、を備え、
該圧縮ガスの気泡によって該タンクに収容された該液体を冷却し、冷却された該液体を該加工装置に供給することを特徴とする定温液体供給装置。 - 該圧縮ガス供給管の該他端に接続され、供給された該圧縮ガスを該気泡として該液体中に放出するフィルターをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定温液体供給装置。
- 該加工装置に供給された該液体は、該加工ユニットを冷却し、その後、該タンクに戻り、該気泡により冷却され再び該加工装置に供給されることにより循環することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の定温液体供給装置。
- 該加工装置に供給された該液体は、該加工具に供給され加工液として利用されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の定温液体供給装置。
- 該液体は、純水であり、
該圧縮ガスは、圧縮空気である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の定温液体供給装置。
