Abstract
Description

434gの2-エチルヘキシルアクリレートと13gのアクリル酸を含む初期装入物を調製し、70gの2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、3gのアクリル酸、123gの酢酸ビニル、84gのヘプタンおよび90gの酢酸エチルを含むステンレススチールスターラー、温度計、コンデンサー、ウォーターバス、および追加のファンネルを備えたフラスコにゆっくりと装入した。最初の装入物をAIBNを同時にゆっくり添加しながら、約3時間撹拌しながら、加熱して還流した。ヘプタンを数時間かけて加え、さらに1時間還流した。アセチルアセトノエートアルミニウム、2,4-ペンタンジオン、トルエン、およびイソプロパノールを添加した。この最後に、内容物を冷却し、イソプロピルアルコールで洗い流し、溶液中の架橋固体を調べた。

Claims (19)
- (i)約1~約10重量%のカルボキシ官能性モノマー成分、(ii)約50~約90量%の低Tgアルキルアクリレートモノマー成分、(iii)約1~約20重量%の第三級アミン官能化アルキルアクリレートモノマー成分、および(iv)任意に、最大50重量%のビニルエステルモノマー成分から調製されるアクリルポリマー。
- (i)カルボキシ官能性モノマー成分が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、β-カルボキシエチルアクリレート、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のアクリルポリマー。
- (ii)低Tgアルキルアクリレートモノマー成分が、メチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、イソブチルアクリレート、アミルアクリレート、ヘキシルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、オクチルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、デシルアクリレート、ドデシルアクリレート、およびそれらの異性体および混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のアクリルポリマー。

- ヒドロキシ官能性モノマー成分が、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートおよびヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載のアクリルポリマー。
- 無水物官能性モノマー成分およびその誘導体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアクリルポリマー。
- 無水物官能性モノマー成分が、無水マレイン酸、無水ナド酸、無水マレイン酸メチル、無水ナド酸メチルまたはそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載のアクリルポリマー。
- (i)約1~約10重量%のアクリル酸、(ii)約50~約90重量%の2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、(iii)約1~約20重量%の2-ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレートおよび(iv)最大約50重量%の酢酸ビニルを含む、請求項1に記載のアクリルポリマー。
- 約1~約10の(i)カルボキシおよび/またはヒドロキシ官能性モノマー、(ii)約50~約90の低Tgアルキルアクリレートモノマー成分、(iii)約1~約20重量%の第三級アミン官能化アルキルアクリレートモノマーから調製されるアクリルポリマーを含む感圧接着剤組成物。
- 粘着付与剤、可塑剤、顔料、充填剤、蛍光剤、流動剤、湿潤剤、界面活性剤、消泡剤、レオロジー調整剤、浸透促進剤、安定剤、抗酸化剤およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 医薬および/または栄養補助食品活性物質をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 請求項12に記載の感圧接着剤を含む製品。
- 皮膚に接着接合される、請求項15に記載の製品。
- 感圧接着剤が、基材と剥離ライナーとの間にある、バッキング基材および剥離ライナーを備えた、請求項15に記載の製品。
- テープ、膏薬、または包帯である、請求項17に記載の製品。
- a)容器に1~約10の(i)カルボキシおよび/またはヒドロキシ官能性モノマー、(ii)約50~約90の低Tgアルキルアクリレートモノマー成分、(iii)約1~約20重量%の第三級アミン官能化アルキルアクリレートモノマー成分のモノマー混合物を形成し、
b)容器に溶媒と開始剤を加え、
c)容器を加熱し、
d)アクリルポリマーを分離する工程を含むアクリルポリマーを形成する方法。
