(ii)少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物を含む第2の溶液を提供することと、
(iii)第1の溶液と第2の溶液を接触させ、それによって、少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーと、少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能性化合物と少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物との架橋反応生成物と、を含む、改質微多孔膜を得ることと、を含み、
改質微多孔膜は中空繊維膜であり、

(iii)第1の溶液と第2の溶液を接触させ、それによって、少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーと、少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能性化合物と少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物との架橋反応生成物と、を含む、改質微多孔膜を得ることと、を含み、
改質微多孔膜は中空繊維膜であり、
第1の溶液はドープ溶液であり、第2の溶液はボア溶液であり、第1の溶液と第2の溶液の接触は、紡糸口金内で起こる、プロセス。
膜の窒素含有量の測定
膜の窒素含有量は、対応する装置におけるKjehldahl手順に従って測定される。約1gの乾燥した膜試料を、0.1mg単位でガラスバイアル瓶に慎重に秤量する。この試料に、Spezial-Kjeltab Cu/3.5錠剤及び16mLの濃スルホン酸を慎重に添加する。三重測定を行う。ブランク値測定のために、Spezial-Kjeltab Cu/3,5錠剤及び16mLの濃スルホン酸のみを含有する3つの試料を調製する。バイアル瓶をKjehldahl装置の対応するホルダに入れ、400℃で、真空下で手順を行う。この手順は、透明な青色溶液がガラスバイアル瓶内に形成されたときに終了したと見なされる。次いで、バイアル瓶内のNH3含有量は、HClによる滴定によって測定され、対応する窒素含有量が計算される。
約1.5gの膜試料を、三角フラスコに0.1mg単位で秤量する。予備煮沸し、室温まで冷却した150mLの超純水を添加した。次いで、閉じたフラスコを70℃の温度で1時間振盪し、その後室温まで冷却する。次に、溶離液を、10nmの間隔で350nm~250nmの範囲の波長のUV分光法に供する。測定値として、当該波長領域における最も高い吸光度が採用される。
表1に記載の組成を有するドープ溶液を準備した。表1で使用されるVP/VA/GMAコポリマーは、以下の一般式1を有するAshlandから入手したコポリマーであり、式中、x、y及びzはランダムに分布し、x+y+z=100である。
比較例として、実施例1を、ドープ溶液中のVP/VA/GMA及びボア溶液中のジアミンを含まない組成物を使用して繰り返した。
Claims (15)
- 改質微多孔膜を製造するためのプロセスであって、
(i)少なくとも1つの第1のポリマー及び少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能性化合物を含む第1の溶液を提供することと、
(ii)少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物を含む第2の溶液を提供することと、
(iii)前記第1の溶液と前記第2の溶液を接触させ、それによって、少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーと、前記少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能性化合物と前記少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物との架橋反応生成物と、を含む、改質微多孔膜を得ることと、を含み、
前記改質微多孔膜は中空繊維膜であり、
前記第1の溶液はドープ溶液であり、前記第2の溶液はボア溶液であり、前記第1の溶液と前記第2の溶液の接触は、紡糸口金内で起こる、プロセス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能性化合物が、少なくとも1つのエポキシ部分と、少なくとも1つの脂肪族又は芳香族アルコキシ官能基とを含む構成ブロックを含むコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエポキシ部分を含む構成ブロックが、脂肪族又は芳香族グリシジルエーテルから選択される、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記コポリマーが、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族エステル、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族アミド、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族エーテル、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族スルホン、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族スルフィド、脂肪族、環状若しくは芳香族スルホンアミドから選択される部分、及び/又は金属キレート剤を含む構成ブロックを更に含む、請求項2又は3に記載のプロセス。
- x+y+z=100である、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのジアミン化合物が、ポリアミン、ポリエーテルアミン、ポリアミドアミン、並びにこれらの任意の組み合わせ及び混合物から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーが、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレン、及び/又はポリスルホンから選択される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーが、ポリスルホン、好ましくはポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルホン、又はポリアリールエーテルスルホンから選択される、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の溶液が、少なくとも1つの第2のポリマー、好ましくは親水性ポリマー又はコポリマーを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のポリマーがポリスルホンから選択され、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンから選択される、請求項10又は11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の溶液が、好ましくはジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド及びN-メチルピロリドン、並びにこれらの任意の組み合わせ又は混合物から選択される少なくとも1つの溶媒を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスによって得られる、改質膜。
- 好ましくは水又は水性媒体の、精密濾過、ナノ濾過、又は限外濾過のための、請求項13に記載の膜の使用。
- 前記使用が、ウイルス濾過を含む、請求項14に記載の使用。
