Description
A)ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層が、金型の少なくとも1つの内面に対して配置されるように、ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層および任意選択で基材を金型のキャビティに導入して、ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層に隣接する最大25.4mmの厚さを有する金型キャビティの未充填領域を生産するステップと、
B)1つ以上の射出ポートを通じて、金型キャビティの未充填領域にポリウレタンフォーム配合物を導入するステップと、
C)ステップB)の前後に金型を閉鎖するステップと、
D)ポリウレタンフォーム配合物が膨張し、ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層の露出表面に接触し、かつ金型キャビティの未充填領域を充填し、ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層および存在する場合に基材に接着するポリウレタンフォームを形成するように、閉鎖した金型でポリウレタンフォーム配合物を硬化させるステップと、を含む、スキンで覆われた複合体を形成するためのプロセスであり、ポリウレタンフォーム配合物は、
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステル、ならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリエステルポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
III)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、を含む。
1)外部のポリマースキンと、
2)ポリマースキンと接触し、かつ接着している最大25.4mmの厚さを有するポリウレタン層と、を備えるスキンで覆われた複合体であり、
ポリウレタン層は、
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステル、ならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
III)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、を含む、ポリウレタンフォーム配合物の反応生産物である。
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステルならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリエステルポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、を含む配合されたポリオール組成物である。
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステルならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される。
Claims (14)
- スキンで覆われた複合体を形成するためのプロセスであって、
A)ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層が、金型の少なくとも1つの内面に対して配置されるように、前記ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層および任意選択で基材を前記金型のキャビティに導入して、前記ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層に隣接する最大25.4mmの厚さを有する前記金型キャビティの未充填領域を生産するステップと、
B)1つ以上の射出ポートを通じて、前記金型キャビティの前記未充填領域にポリウレタンフォーム配合物を導入するステップと、
C)ステップB)の前後に前記金型を閉鎖するステップと、
D)前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物が膨張し、前記ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層の露出表面に接触し、かつ前記金型キャビティの前記未充填領域を充填し、前記ポリマーまたは天然皮革スキン層および存在する場合に基材に接着するポリウレタンフォームを形成するように、前記閉鎖した金型で前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物を硬化させるステップと、を含み、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物が、
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステル、ならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリエステルポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
III)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、を含む、プロセス。 - イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、ヒマシ油を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、分岐アゼライン酸/エチレングリコールポリエステルを含む、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、ジエチルアジペートポリエステルを含む、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- イソシアネート反応性材料a)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の総重量の60~75%を構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料b)が、少なくとも1つのモノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンを含み、モノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンが、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の0.1~2パーセントを構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の7~15パーセントを構成する、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金型が閉鎖され、前記ポリウレタンフォームが、1つ以上の射出ポートを通じて前記閉鎖された金型に射出される、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フォーム配合物が、射出ポートから少なくとも50cm流れて前記金型キャビティの前記未充填部分を完全に充填するように射出ポートが配置される、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記基材が存在し、前記スキンが0.5~2mmの厚さを有する、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- スキンで覆われた複合体であって、
1)外部のポリマーまたは天然皮革スキンと、
2)前記ポリマースキンと接触し、かつ接着している最大25.4mmの厚さを有するポリウレタン層と、を備え、
前記ポリウレタン層が、
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステル、ならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
III)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、を含む反応混合物の反応生成物である、スキンで覆われた複合体。 - イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、ヒマシ油、分岐アゼライン酸/エチレングリコールポリエステル、およびジエチルアジペートポリエステルのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項9に記載のスキンで覆われた複合体。
- イソシアネート反応性材料a)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の総重量の60~75%を構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料b)が、少なくとも1つのモノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンを含み、モノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンが、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の0.1~2パーセントを構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の7~15パーセントを構成する、請求項9または10に記載のスキンで覆われた複合体。
- 配合されたポリオール組成物であって、
I)
a)2~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1000~3000のヒドロキシル当量を有する少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、
b)分子当たり少なくとも3つのイソシアネート反応性基および最大125のイソシアネート反応性基当たりの等価重量を有する少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)
i)ヒドロキシ官能性トリグリセリド、ならびに
ii)C6-C18非環式ジカルボン酸のポリエステル、ならびに分子当たり2つ以上のヒドロキシル基および最大150の分子量を有する1つ以上の短鎖ポリオール、からなる群から選択される、150~1200のヒドロキシル当量、および2~4のヒドロキシル官能価を有する少なくとも1つのポリエステルポリオール、ならびに
d)水、を含むイソシアネート反応性材料と、
II)少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、を含む、配合されたポリオール組成物。 - イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、ヒマシ油、分岐アゼライン酸/エチレングリコールポリエステル、およびジエチルアジペートポリエステルのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項12に記載の配合されたポリオール組成物。
- イソシアネート反応性材料a)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の総重量の60~75%を構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料b)が、少なくとも1つのモノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンを含み、モノ、ジ、および/またはトリアルカノールアミンが、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の0.1~2パーセントを構成し、イソシアネート反応性材料c)が、前記ポリウレタンフォーム配合物中のすべてのイソシアネート反応性材料の前記総重量の7~15パーセントを構成する、請求項12または13に記載の配合されたポリオール組成物。
