Abstract
Description

を含み、ここで、少なくとも1つの微生物は、少なくとも1つのメタノトローフ微生物を含む。
(i)上部槽をループ部分の下降流部分に接続し、上部槽中に存在する発酵液を上部槽からループ部分に流れさせる第1の出口;
(ii)上部槽をループ部分の上昇流部分に接続する第1の入口であって、ループ部分中に存在する発酵液をループ部分から上部槽に流れさせる第1の入口;
(iii)上部槽からの排出ガスを排出するためのベントチューブ;および
(iv)目視検査手段
を含み、ここで、発酵反応器はさらに以下:
(v)アンモニウム化合物を含む基質を供給するための少なくとも1つの入口;および
(vi)発酵ブロス中の硝酸塩の濃度を決定するための少なくともセンサー
を含む。
実施例1
この例は、発酵ブロス中の硝酸塩濃度とバイオマス開発との間の相関関係を実証する。
以下の表1および2は、パルス注入の結果として、アンモニア濃度の増加に伴って硝酸塩の形成が増加することを示す。同じ実験を24時間維持し、アンモニアパルスの濃度が高くなると、バイオマスが突然減少し、硝酸塩が反応器内に残っている間、ほぼ洗い流し(wash out)相に近づく。
Claims (10)
- 発酵反応器中で少なくとも1つの微生物を含む発酵ブロスを発酵させるための発酵方法であって、発酵方法は、以下の工程:
a)炭素基質を発酵反応器に供給して、炭素基質を発酵ブロスに溶解させるか、または部分的に溶解させる;
b)窒素基質を発酵反応器に供給して、窒素基質を発酵ブロスに溶解させるか、または部分的に溶解させる;および
c)発酵ブロスの硝酸塩濃度を0.035g/l未満に維持する、および/または発酵ブロスの硝酸塩濃度を0.01g硝酸塩/gバイオマス未満に維持する
を含み、ここで、少なくとも1つの微生物は、少なくとも1つのメタノトローフ微生物を含む、発酵方法。 - 発酵中の発酵ブロスの硝酸塩濃度は、0~0.035g/lの範囲;例えば0.001~0.033g/lの範囲;例えば0.002~0.03g/lの範囲;例えば0.003~0.025g/lの範囲;例えば0.004~0.02g/lの範囲;例えば0.005~0.015g/lの範囲;例えば0.007~0.01g/lの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の発酵方法。
- 窒素源は、アンモニア;アンモニウム化合物;および/または分子窒素から選択され、好ましくは、窒素源はアンモニアである、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の発酵方法。
- 発酵は、バッチ発酵、流加発酵または連続発酵であり、好ましくは、発酵方法は連続発酵方法である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の発酵方法。
- ループ部分および上部槽を含む発酵反応器であって、前記ループ部分は、U部分を介して上昇流部分に接続される下降流部分を含み、上部槽は、以下:
(i)上部槽をループ部分の下降流部分に接続し、上部槽中に存在する発酵液を上部槽からループ部分に流れさせる第1の出口;
(ii)上部槽をループ部分の上昇流部分に接続する第1の入口であって、ループ部分中に存在する発酵液をループ部分から上部槽に流れさせる第1の入口;
(iii)上部槽からの排出ガスを排出するためのベントチューブ;および
(iv)目視検査手段
を含み、ここで、発酵反応器はさらに以下:
(v)アンモニウム化合物を含む基質を供給するための少なくとも1つの入口;および
(vi)発酵ブロス中の硝酸塩の濃度を決定するための少なくともセンサー
を含む、発酵反応器。 - 発酵反応器は、発酵ブロス中の硝酸塩濃度を自動的に調節するように構成および/または制御される少なくとも1つの供給ポンプを含む、請求項5に記載の発酵反応器。
- 発酵反応器はメタノトローフ生物の発酵のためのものである、請求項5~6のいずれか一項に記載の発酵反応器。
- 発酵反応器は、発酵液中の1つまたは複数のイオン種の含有量を決定するためのイオンセンサーまたは分析器を含み、好ましくは、1つまたは複数のイオン種は、リン酸塩、カルシウム、水素、亜硝酸塩および/またはアンモニウムから選択される、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の発酵反応器。
- 発酵反応器のループ部分は、1つまたは複数のガス入口;1つまたは複数の給水口;および/または1つまたは複数の発酵培地入口を含む、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の発酵反応器。
- 1つまたは複数のガス入口;1つまたは複数の給水口;および/または1つまたは複数の発酵培地入口は、1つまたは複数のセンサーまたは分析器から得られるデータに基づいてコンピューターにより制御される、請求項9に記載の発酵反応器。
