Abstract
Description

(d)前記アクチュエータと前記摩擦部材を組み立てることと、

一方向における寸法的変動の場合、例えば、シューの、または、ピストンもしくはそれらを押し広げるメカニズム等のこの支持を作り出す機械的な要素の連鎖の熱収縮の場合、または例えば、ドラムの熱膨張の場合に摩擦トラックに対してシュー3および4の支持力を維持することと、

Claims (8)
- 車輪と一体で回転可能な摩擦部分と接触するための少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(3、4)と、前記摩擦部材(3、4)を前記摩擦部分に押し付けるように構成された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(10、110)と、前記アクチュエータ(10、110)を作動するように構成された電気モータ(22)と、を含む電気機械式ブレーキであって、前記アクチュエータ(10、110)が、前記アクチュエータ(10、110)の作動に応答する少なくとも1つの可動要素(18、303)を含み、前記可動要素(18、303)が、前記摩擦部材(3、4)が前記摩擦部分と接触するブレーキング位置(Pf)と、前記摩擦部材が前記摩擦部分と接触しなくなる解放位置(Pr)を越えた位置(Pb)の間において移動可能であり、
前記アクチュエータ(10、110)が、前記アクチュエータ(10、110)内のみに配されたストッパ手段(26、126)であって、前記可動要素(18、303)が前記解放位置(Pr)を越えた位置をとるときにストッパ手段(26、126)を圧するように配されたストッパ手段(26、126)を含むことと、前記ブレーキ解放段階において、前記可動要素(18)が前記ストッパ手段(26、126)を圧するまで前記アクチュエータを作動するように前記電気モータがコントロールされることと、を特徴とする、電気機械式ブレーキ。 - 前記電気モータ(22)に対する電力供給をコントロールするための手段と、前記電気モータ(22)の電力消費を測定するための手段とを含むコントロール・ユニット(UC)を含み、前記コントロール手段は、前記電力消費が所定値を超えるときに前記電気モータ(22)に対する電力供給を停止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記アクチュエータ(10、110)は、少なくとも駐車ブレーキを適用するように構成され、前記ブレーキは、常用ブレーキを適用するための第2のアクチュエータ(6)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記ブレーキは、ドラムと、バック・プレート(2)と、2つのブレーキ・シュー(3、4)とを含むドラム・ブレーキであり、前記アクチュエータ(10、110)は、前記バック・プレート(2)に取り付けられる、請求項1、2または3に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、スクリュ・ナット・アッセンブリと、それぞれがブレーキ・シューを圧するための2つのピストンとを含む、請求項4に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記ナットは、前記可動要素(18)を形成し、前記スクリュは、ヘッドとスクリュ・ピッチが備えられたロッドとを包含し、前記ヘッドは、前記ブレーキ・シューのうちの1つを圧するピストンを形成し、前記ストッパ手段は、前記ねじ山から突出する、前記ナットが前記解放位置を越えた位置をとるとき、それと接触するように配された歯(126)を含む、請求項5に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記アクチュエータ(10)は、本体(12)と、前記アクチュエータの作動の適用時にエネルギを蓄積できる弾性変形可能な手段とを含み、前記変形可能な手段の少なくとも一部が前記可動要素を形成し、それにおいて前記本体(12)は、前記ストッパ手段(26)を含む、請求項4、5または6に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の電気機械式ブレーキを製造するための方法であって、
(a)前記少なくとも1つの可動要素(18、303)の位置であって、それを越えると前記ブレーキが解放される位置を決定することと、
(b)前記方法に関連付けされる少なくとも1つの製造クリアランス(j)を用いて前記解放位置(Pr)からの前記ストッパ手段(26、126)の間隔があけられるように、前記解放位置(Pr)に関して前記ストッパ手段(26、126)の位置を決定することと、
(c)ステップ(b)において決定された前記位置の前記アクチュエータ内に前記ストッパ手段(26、126)を作ることと、
(d)前記アクチュエータと前記摩擦部材を組み立てることと、
を含む方法。
