Claims (8)
- メッシュ生地(20)と、
前記メッシュ生地(20)の上面に印刷されるインク層(10)と、
前記メッシュ生地(20)の底面に塗布される第1の粘着層(30)と、
前記第1の粘着層(30)の底面に積層される吸収層(40)と、
吸収層(40)の底面に塗布される第2の粘着層(50)と、
前記第2の粘着層(50)の底面に積層される離型紙(60)と、からなり、
前記メッシュ生地(20)は、縦糸と横糸が交差されて製織される織物からなり、前記縦糸と前記横糸の間の隙間により多孔性状で形成され、前記第1の粘着層(30)は、複数の粘着層が繰り返して塗布されることにより、前記複数の粘着層が積層され、前記複数の粘着層のそれぞれは、微細薄膜状に形成されることを特徴とする、ステッカー型粘着メッシュ。 - 前記第1の粘着層(30)をなす複数の粘着層は、前記メッシュ生地(20)に接触される部位に薄膜状で繰り返して塗布されることにより、前記第1の粘着層(30)は、前記メッシュ生地(20)の底面形態に対応するように、多孔性状で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュ。
- 前記吸収層(40)は、吸湿性や多孔質構造を有する樹脂材料からなり、インクのような液状素材が前記吸収層(40)をなす微細組織の内部に浸透可能であり、
前記吸収層(40)と、前記第2の粘着層(50)と前記離型紙(60)は、一体で作製されて前記第1の粘着層(30)の底面に融着されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュ。 - 前記インク層(10)をなすインク(I)の一部が前記インク層(10)の印刷過程で前記メッシュ生地(20)と前記第1の粘着層(30)と前記吸収層(40)の上面の一部の深さまで吸収されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュ。
- 縦糸と横糸を交差させて製織して全体的に多孔性状で形成されるメッシュ生地(20)を用意し、前記メッシュ生地(20)の底面に粘着剤を塗布して第1の粘着層(30)を形成する段階と、
前記メッシュ生地(20)及び前記第1の粘着層(30)とは別に吸湿性または多孔質構造を有する樹脂材料からなるシート状の吸収層(40)を用意し、前記吸収層(40)の底面に第2の粘着層(50)を塗布する段階と、
前記第2の粘着層(50)の底面に離型紙(60)を積層する段階と、
前記吸収層(40)と前記離型紙(60)が前記第2の粘着層(50)により一体に接合された状態で前記第1の粘着層(30)の底面に接合させる段階と、
前記メッシュ生地(20)の上面にインク(I)を印刷してインク層(10)を形成する段階と、からなり、
前記第1の粘着層(30)を形成する段階は、前記第2の粘着層(50)を塗布する段階と前記離型紙(60)を積層する段階に対して時間的前後関係はなく、前記第1の粘着層(30)を形成する段階は、粘着剤を塗布した後、凝固させる段階を複数回繰り返して行い、前記メッシュ生地(20)の底面に形成される多孔性状に対応するように前記第1の粘着層(30)を前記メッシュ生地(20)の底面と接触する部位にのみ塗布することにより、前記第1の粘着層(30)を前記メッシュ生地(20)の形態に対応するように多孔性で形成することを特徴とする、ステッカー型粘着メッシュの製造方法。 - 前記第1の粘着層(30)の塗布は、マイクログラビア印刷からなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュの製造方法。
- 前記吸収層(40)と前記離型紙(60)が前記第2の粘着層(50)により一体に接合された状態で前記第1の粘着層(30)の底面に接合させる段階は、接合直前に前記第1の粘着層(30)が塗布された前記メッシュ生地(20)を加熱炉に一定の速度で通過させることにより、前記第1の粘着層(30)を前記第1の粘着層(30)の底面から上部に一定の深さだけ熱活性状態で形成する段階を含むことにより、前記第1の粘着層(30)の一部と前記吸収層(40)の上面を融着させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュの製造方法。
- 前記離型紙(60)は、多孔性または吸湿性材質として選択することにより、前記インク層(10)を形成する段階において前記メッシュ生地(20)と、前記第1の粘着層(30)を順に通過したインク(I)が前記吸収層(60)に吸収されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のステッカー型粘着メッシュの製造方法。
