Description
血液透析システムは、治療オプションの融通性の増大を、必要な透析頻度、患者の特徴、透析液又は水の利用可能性、及び、透析機械の所望の携帯性に基づいて提供する。全ての治療に関し、血液流路53は、血液を患者からダイアライザに輸送し、そして患者へ戻すために、閉ループシステムにおいて血液を、動脈血ライン1及び患者への静脈血ライン14に接続することにより輸送する。

Claims (5)
- 血液透析システムであって、
血液を患者から収集するために患者の動脈に接続するための動脈血ラインと、
血液を患者に戻すために患者の静脈に接続するための静脈血ラインと、
ダイアライザと、
血液を患者から前記ダイアライザに輸送し、そして患者に戻すために前記動脈血ライン及び前記静脈血ラインに接続している閉ループ血液流路と、
血液を、前記血液流路を通してポンプ送出するための血液ポンプと、
透析溶液を貯蔵するための、入口及び出口を有する第1リザーバと、
透析溶液を貯蔵するための、入口及び出口を有する第2リザーバと、
透析液を前記第1リザーバ又は前記第2リザーバから前記ダイアライザに輸送し、そして前記第1リザーバ又は前記第2リザーバに戻す、前記血液流路から隔離された閉ループ透析液流路であって、前記第1リザーバ入口及び前記第1リザーバ出口を前記透析液流路に接続している第1リザーバ流路と、前記第2リザーバ入口及び前記第2リザーバ出口を前記透析液流路に接続している第2リザーバ流路とを含む閉ループ透析液流路と、
前記透析液流路を通して透析液をポンプ送出するための少なくとも1つの透析液ポンプと、
前記第1リザーバ流路を通る透析液の流れを許容するために開き、又は、前記第1リザーバ流路を通る透析液の流れを遮断するために閉じる、第1リザーバ流体弁アセンブリと、
前記第2リザーバ流路を通る透析液の流れを許容するために開き、又は、前記第2リザーバ流路を通る透析液の流れを遮断するために閉じる、第2リザーバ流体弁アセンブリと、
前記第1リザーバ流体弁アセンブリ及び前記第2第1リザーバ流体弁アセンブリに接続されたプロセッサであって、
1)前記第1リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを許容するために前記第1流体弁アセンブリを開き、且つ、前記第2リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを遮断するために前記第2流体弁アセンブリを閉じることと、
2)前記第1リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを遮断するために前記第1流体弁アセンブリを閉じ、且つ、前記第2リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを許容するために前記第2流体弁アセンブリを開くことと
を選択的に交互に行うようにプログラムされたプロセッサと、を備えている、血液透析システム。 - 尿毒症の毒素を水から除去するフィルタと、
前記血液流路及び前記透析液流路から隔離された閉ループフィルタ流路とをさらに備え、前記フィルタ流路が、前記第1リザーバ又は前記第2リザーバから前記フィルタに透析液を輸送し、そして、同一の前記第1リザーバ又は前記第2リザーバに透析液を戻すための導管である、請求項1に記載の血液透析システム。 - さらに、前記フィルタ流路に共に接続されたポンプ及び試薬源をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の血液透析システム。
- 前記第1リザーバ及び前記第2リザーバの両方に接続された新鮮な透析液の供給部と、
前記新鮮な透析液の供給部、並びに、前記第1リザーバ及び前記第2リザーバに接続された、新鮮な透析液流路と、
前記第1リザーバ及び前記第2リザーバの両方に接続されたドレイン流路と、をさらに備え、
前記プロセッサが、前記新鮮な透析液の供給部及び前記ドレイン流路に接続されており、前記プロセッサが、前記第1流体弁アセンブリが前記第1リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを閉塞している場合に、前記ドレイン流路を通して前記透析液を排出し、そして新鮮な透析液を、前記新鮮な透析液流路を通して前記第1リザーバに供給するようにプログラムされており、且つ、前記プロセッサが、前記第2流体弁アセンブリが前記第2リザーバ流路を通る前記透析液の流れを閉塞している場合に、前記ドレイン流路を通して前記透析液を排出し、そして新鮮な透析液を、前記新鮮な透析液流路を通して前記第2リザーバに供給するようにプログラムされている、請求項1に記載の血液透析システム。 - フィルタと、
バイパス流路と、
前記プロセッサに接続されたバイパス弁と、をさらに備え、前記バイパス弁が、前記透析液流路内の流体を、前記フィルタは通るが前記バイパス流路は通らないように方向変換させるか、或いは、前記バイパス弁が、流体を、前記フィルタバイパス流路は通るが前記フィルタは通らないように方向変換させる、請求項1に記載の血液透析システム。
