Abstract
Description
用語「室温」は、22℃~25℃の温度を指す。
k=α・cp・ρ[式中、kは熱伝導率(W/(mK))であり、αは熱拡散率(mm2/s)であり、cpは比熱容量(J/K-g)であり、ρは密度(g/cm3)である]に従って熱伝導率を算出することによって決定するものである。試料の熱拡散率は、Netzsch LFA467「HYPERFLASH」を用いて直接的に、及び標準に対して相対的に、それぞれ、ASTM E1461-13に従って測定し得る。試料密度は、幾何学的方法を使用して測定することができるが、特定の熱容量は、示差走査熱量測定を使用して測定することができる。
1.硬化性組成物であって、
1つ以上のポリオールを含むポリオール成分と、
官能性ブタジエン成分と、
硬化性組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも20重量%の量で存在する、熱伝導性フィラーと、を含み、
硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、少なくとも0.5W/(mK)の熱伝導率を有する、硬化性組成物。
1秒-1~5秒-1の剪断速度の範囲の剪断速度の関数として粘度を得ることによって、分注能力を定性的に評価した。この剪断速度範囲において1000Pa.s未満の粘度を有する試料は、静的ミキサーヘッドを有するカートリッジを通して分注が容易であることが見出され、「良好」と評価した。
実施例1~4の配合物を、表2に提供する。各配合物について、触媒以外の全ての有機成分を、FlackTek,Inc.of Landrum,SC,US製のSPEEDMIXER DAC 400 VAC中で、以下の表に示される量で2000rpmで2分間一緒に混合した。
実施例1及び2の熱的及び機械的特性を表3に提供し、硬度値を表4に列挙する。フィラー充填量が80重量%である実施例1は、24.22%の破断伸度を示し、フィラー充填量が90重量%である実施例2は、9.3%の高い破断伸度を示した。比較例CE1~CE4が混合された場合、比較的低いフィラー充填レベルを有する場合であっても、得られる材料は、乾燥し過ぎており、かつ/又はフィラーと不適合性があり過ぎ、硬化のいかなる証拠も示さなかった。
Claims (26)
- 硬化性組成物であって、
1つ以上のポリオールを含むポリオール成分と、
官能性ブタジエン成分と、
前記硬化性組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも20重量%の量で存在する、熱伝導性フィラーと、を含み、
前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、少なくとも0.5W/(mK)の熱伝導率を有する、硬化性組成物。 - 前記ポリオール成分が、1つ以上の単官能アルコールを更に含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオール成分が、100g/mol~3000g/molの数平均分子量を有するポリオールを含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- ポリオールが、合計で、前記硬化性組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.5重量%~30重量%の量で前記硬化性組成物中に存在する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記官能性ブタジエン成分が、マレイン化ポリアルキルジエン、マレイン酸変性液体ゴム、マレイン酸変性液体イソプレン、液体ポリファルネセン、又はマレイン酸変性スチレン-ブタジエンゴムを含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記官能性ブタジエン成分が、マレイン酸変性ポリブタジエンを含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性フィラーが、三水酸化アルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性フィラーが、前記硬化性組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも70重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオールのアルコール基が前記官能性ブタジエン成分と反応するときに形成される酸/エステルの酸と反応可能な樹脂を更に含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記樹脂が、エポキシ化植物油、エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル、エポキシ化αオレフィン、又はエポキシ化ポリブテンを含む、請求項9に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記樹脂が、前記硬化性組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.5重量%~70重量%の量で前記硬化性組成物中に存在する、請求項9~10のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- アミン触媒を更に含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、少なくともUL94-HBの難燃性を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、少なくとも5%の破断伸度を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、裸アルミニウム基材上で、0.1N/mm2~30N/mm2の範囲の重なり剪断強度を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、0.5N/mm2~30N/mm2の引張強度を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、アルミニウム基材上で、少なくとも0.01N/mmの剥離強度を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、前記ポリオール成分、官能性ブタジエン成分、及び熱伝導性フィラーを混合してから10分以内に、室温で測定して100ポアズ~50000ポアズの粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、硬化後に、少なくとも1W/(m*K)の熱伝導率を提供する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 硬化組成物を含む物品であって、前記硬化組成物が、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物の反応生成物である、物品。
- 前記硬化組成物が、5ミクロン~10000ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項20に記載の物品。
- 表面を有する基材を更に含み、前記硬化組成物が、前記基材の前記表面上に配置されている、請求項21に記載の物品。
- 前記基材が、金属基材である、請求項22に記載の物品。
- 第1の基材と、第2の基材と、前記第1の基材と前記第2の基材との間に配置され、かつ前記第1の基材を前記第2の基材に接着している硬化組成物とを含む物品であって、前記硬化組成物が、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物の反応生成物である、物品。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物の第1の層によって第1のベースプレートに接続された複数の電池セルを含む、電池モジュール。
- 電池モジュールを製造する方法であって、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物の第1の層を、第1のベースプレートの第1の表面に適用することと、複数の電池セルを、前記第1の層に取り付けて、前記電池セルを前記第1のベースプレートに接続することと、前記硬化性組成物を硬化させることとを含む、方法。
