Claims (3)
- 鋼構造物の表面に形成された塗装や金属溶射による防食被膜の補修作業時に、劣化した防食被膜の素地調整処理として行われるブラスト処理に用いる研削材であって、
劣化した防食被膜のみを研削するために、所定範囲の粒度に形成された天然植物系素材からなる粒体を研削材の主成分とすることを特徴とする植物系研削材。 - 前記天然植物系素材は、胡桃の殻、杏や桃の種、トウモロコシの穂芯であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物系研削材。
- 劣化した防食被膜の錆びの発生状況に応じて、金属製研削材又は非金属研削材を所定の比率で前記天然植物系素材に配合することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の植物系研削材。
