λ= 0.55μm、fn0=0.4 としてd = 0.537um である。図8に示すように、測定装置の画像において、直接観察される傾斜面の像と反射によって観察される傾斜面の像とが存在する。そこで、解像限界dのみから考察すると、長さXは、d/2より大きくなければならない。
Claims (8)
- 同軸落射照明を使用する撮像光学系を備えた測定装置の画像において、平面上の位置基準部の位置及び任意の点の位置を観察し、該位置基準部の位置を基準として該任意の点の位置を定める位置測定方法であって、該位置基準部は、少なくとも根元の部分が柱状であり、柱の根元を取り囲む傾斜面を備え、
該測定装置の画像において、該根元を取り囲む傾斜面及び該平面の境界の位置から該根元の外周の位置を定めるステップと、
該根元の外周の位置から該位置基準部の位置を定めるステップと、
該位置基準部の位置を基準として該任意の点の位置を定めるステップと、を含む位置測定方法。 - 該根元を取り囲む傾斜面は、該平面と該柱の側面とをつなぐか該平面と該平面に平行な他の平面とをつなぐように形成された請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の位置測定方法。
- 該任意の点の位置が光学素子の位置である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の位置測定方法。
- 一つの平面または互いに平行な複数の平面上に設置された、少なくとも一つの光学素子と該少なくとも一つの光学素子の位置合わせ用の少なくとも二つの位置基準部とを備えた部品であって、それぞれの位置基準部は柱状であり、それぞれの位置基準部が設置された第1の平面と該第1の平面に平行な第2の平面とをつなぐように形成された傾斜面を備え、該傾斜面の、それぞれの位置基準部が設置された平面に対する角度θは20度から70度の範囲であり、該第1の平面と該傾斜面とは柱の周囲の溝を形成するように構成された部品。
