Abstract
Description

(第1項)
アクティブ温度制御を備えた携帯型冷却器コンテナであって、
1つ以上の薬品容器を収容して保持するように構成されたチャンバを有する容器本体と、
前記チャンバにアクセスするために前記容器本体に着脱自在に結合可能な蓋と、
温度制御システムと、を備え、
前記温度制御システムは、
前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を能動的に加熱または冷却するように構成された1つ以上の熱電素子、
1つ以上のバッテリ、
前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を所定の温度または温度範囲まで加熱または冷却するように前記1つ以上の熱電素子の動作を制御するように構成された回路、および
前記容器本体および前記蓋の一方または両方に配置された表示画面、を有し、
前記表示画面は、電子インクを用いて前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの出荷情報を選択的に表示するように構成される、携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第2項)
さらに、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの送り主への返送を容易にするために、前記表示画面で送り主情報および受取人情報を自動的に切り替える、ユーザが作動可能なボタンまたはタッチ画面を備える、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第3項)
前記本体は、外周壁と前記外周壁に取り付けられた底部とを備え、前記内周壁は、前記外周壁から離間して設けられてその間に空隙を画定し、前記基部は、前記底部から離間して設けられてその間にキャビティを画定し、前記1つ以上のバッテリおよび回路は、前記キャビティ内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第4項)
前記1つ以上の熱電素子は前記蓋内に収容され、前記温度制御システムは、さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子の一方側と熱連通する第1のヒートシンクユニットと、前記1つ以上の熱電素子の反対側と熱連通する第2のヒートシンクユニットと、1つ以上のファンとを備え、前記1つ以上のファン、第1のヒートシンクユニットおよび第2のヒートシンクユニットは、少なくとも部分的に前記蓋内に収容され、前記第1のヒートシンクは、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を加熱または冷却するように構成される、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第5項)
さらに、前記チャンバまたは温度制御システムの前記1つ以上のパラメータを検出し、前記検出した情報を前記回路に通信するように構成された1つ以上のセンサを備える、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第6項)
前記1つ以上のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記チャンバ内の温度を検出し、前記検出した温度を前記回路に通信するように構成された温度センサであり、前記回路は、前記検出された温度データを前記クラウドベースのデータ記憶システムまたは遠隔電子機器に通信するように構成された、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第7項)
さらに、前記容器本体のリム上に設けられ、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記蓋に設けられた1つ以上の電気接点と接触するように構成された1つ以上の電気接点を備え、前記回路は、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子および1つ以上のファンの動作を制御する、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。

前記空隙が真空下にある、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第9項)
さらに、トレイを備え、前記トレイは、前記薬品容器を取り外し可能に内部に収容すると共に、前記薬品容器を開放可能に前記トレイにロックし、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの輸送中に当該薬品容器が前記トレイから外れるのを防ぐように構成された、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第10項)
さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子を前記チャンバから熱的に切り離して、前記1つ以上の熱電素子と前記チャンバとの間の熱伝達を抑制する手段を備える、先行するいずれかの項に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
(第11項)
アクティブ温度制御を備えた携帯型冷却器コンテナであって、
1つ以上の薬品容器を収容して保持するように構成されたチャンバを有する容器本体と、
前記チャンバにアクセスするために前記容器本体に着脱自在に結合可能な蓋と、
温度制御システムと、を備え、
前記チャンバは、前記コンテナの基部と内壁とによって画定され、
前記温度制御システムは、
1つ以上の熱電素子と1つ以上のファン、
1つ以上バッテリ、および
回路、を有し、
前記1つ以上の熱電素子および前記1つ以上のファンの一方または両方は、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を能動的に加熱または冷却するように構成され、
前記回路は、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を所定の温度または温度範囲まで加熱または冷却するように前記1つ以上の熱電素子の動作を制御するように構成される、携帯型冷却器コンテナ。

前記第1のヒートシンクは、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を加熱または冷却するように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - さらに、前記チャンバまたは前記温度制御システムの前記1つ以上のパラメータを検出し、前記検出した情報を前記回路に通信するように構成された1つ以上のセンサを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記チャンバ内の温度を検出し、前記検出した温度を前記回路に通信するように構成された温度センサであり、
前記回路は、前記検出された温度データを前記クラウドベースのデータ記憶システムまたは遠隔電子機器に通信するように構成された、請求項5に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - さらに、前記容器本体のリム上に設けられ、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記蓋に設けられた1つ以上の電気接点と接触するように構成された1つ以上の電気接点を備え、
前記回路は、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子および1つ以上のファンの動作を制御する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - 前記空隙が真空下にある、請求項3に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- さらに、トレイを備え、
前記トレイは、前記薬品容器を取り外し可能に内部に収容すると共に、前記薬品容器を開放可能に前記トレイにロックし、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの輸送中に当該薬品容器が前記トレイから外れるのを防ぐように構成された、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子を前記チャンバから熱的に切り離して、前記1つ以上の熱電素子と前記チャンバとの間の熱伝達を抑制する手段を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- アクティブ温度制御を備えた携帯型冷却器コンテナであって、
1つ以上の薬品容器を収容して保持するように構成されたチャンバを有する容器本体と、
前記チャンバにアクセスするために前記容器本体に着脱自在に結合可能な蓋と、
温度制御システムと、を備え、
前記チャンバは、前記コンテナの基部と内壁とによって画定され、
前記温度制御システムは、
1つ以上の熱電素子と1つ以上のファン、
1つ以上バッテリ、および
回路、を有し、
前記1つ以上の熱電素子および前記1つ以上のファンの一方または両方は、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を能動的に加熱または冷却するように構成され、
前記回路は、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を所定の温度または温度範囲まで加熱または冷却するように前記1つ以上の熱電素子の動作を制御するように構成される携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - 前記本体は、外周壁と前記外周壁に取り付けられた底部とを備え、
前記内周壁は、前記外周壁から離間して設けられてその間に空隙を画定し、
前記基部は、前記底部から離間して設けられてその間にキャビティを画定し、
前記1つ以上のバッテリおよび前記回路は、前記キャビティ内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項11に記載の携帯型コンテナ。 - 前記1つ以上の熱電素子は前記蓋内に収容され、
前記温度制御システムは、さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子の一方側と熱連通する第1のヒートシンクユニットと、前記1つ以上の熱電素子の反対側と熱連通する第2のヒートシンクユニットとを備え、
前記1つ以上のファン、第1のヒートシンクユニットおよび第2のヒートシンクユニットは、少なくとも部分的に前記蓋内に収容され、
前記第1のヒートシンクは、前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を加熱または冷却するように構成される、請求項11または12に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - さらに、1つ以上のセンサを備え、
前記1つ以上のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記チャンバの温度を検出し、前記検出した温度を前記回路に通信するように構成された温度センサである、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - 前記回路は、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの温度および位置情報の一方または両方を、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの記憶部、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの高周波識別タグ、クラウドベースのデータ保存システム、および遠隔電子機器のうちの1つまたは複数に送信するように構成された送信器をさらに備える、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- さらに、前記容器本体および前記蓋の一方または両方にディスプレイを備え、
前記ディスプレイは、前記チャンバの温度を示す情報を表示するように構成される、請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - さらに、前記容器本体のリム上に設けられ、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記蓋に設けられた1つ以上の電気接点と接触するように構成された1つ以上の電気接点を備え、
前記回路は前記容器本体に収容され、前記1つ以上の熱電素子は前記蓋に収容され、前記電気接点は、前記蓋が前記容器本体に結合されたときに、前記回路による前記1つ以上の熱電素子および1つ以上のファンの動作の制御を容易にする請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - 前記空隙が真空下にある、請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子を前記チャンバから熱的に切り離して、前記1つ以上の熱電素子と前記チャンバとの間の熱伝達を抑制する手段を備える、請求項11〜18のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- アクティブ温度制御を備えた携帯型冷却器コンテナであって、
1つ以上の腐敗しやすい液体を収容して保持するように構成されたチャンバを有する容器本体と、
1つ以上のヒンジにより前記容器本体に着脱自在に結合可能な蓋と、
温度制御システムと、を備え、
前記チャンバは、前記コンテナの基部と内壁とによって画定され、
前記温度制御システムは、
前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を能動的に加熱または冷却するように構成された1つ以上の熱電素子、
1つ以上の電力貯蔵素子、
前記チャンバの少なくとも一部分を所定の温度または温度範囲まで加熱または冷却するように前記1つ以上の熱電素子の動作を制御するように構成された回路、および
前記容器本体および前記蓋の一方または両方に配置された電子表示画面、を有し、
前記回路は、クラウドベースのデータ記憶システムまたは遠隔電子機器と無線通信するように構成され、
前記表示画面は、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの出荷情報を選択的に表示するように構成される、携帯型冷却器コンテナ。 - 前記電子表示画面は、電気泳動表示画面である、請求項20に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- さらに、前記携帯型冷却器コンテナの送り主への返送を容易にするために、前記表示画面で、送り主情報および受取人情報を自動的に切り替える、ユーザが作動可能なボタンまたはタッチ画面を備える請求項20または21に記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
- さらに、前記1つ以上の熱電素子を前記チャンバから熱的に切り離して、前記1つ以上の熱電素子と前記チャンバとの間の熱伝達を抑制する手段を備える、請求項20〜22のいずれかに記載の携帯型冷却器コンテナ。
