Claims (14)

前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインのうちの第1の燃料ラインと流体連通している少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管が、前記燃焼室の壁を貫通して延在し、各燃料噴射配管が、前記燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器を含む、無炎燃焼器システムであって、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記燃焼室の前記壁を貫通して、前記燃焼室の内部を横切って、前記燃焼室の反対側の壁まで、且つ前記反対側の壁を貫通して延在し、前記燃料噴射配管が、前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインのうちの前記第1の燃料ラインと前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインのうちの第2の燃料ラインとの両方と流体連通していることを特徴とする、無炎燃焼器システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの各々が、そこから延在して、前記燃料ラインと流体連通している少なくとも1つの燃料入口配管を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記燃料入口配管と流体連通するように、前記燃料入口配管から延在している、請求項1に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインが、前記長手方向に前記燃焼室に対して実質的に平行に延在している、請求項1又は2に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管が、前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの方向に対して垂直な方向に延在している、請求項3に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの各々が、そこから延在して、前記燃料ラインと流体連通している少なくとも1つの燃料入口配管を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記少なくとも1つの燃料入口配管のうちの少なくとも1つから、前記燃料噴射配管が前記燃料入口配管と流体連通するように延在し、
前記燃料入口配管が、前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの方向及び前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管の方向に対して垂直な方向に延在している、請求項4に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの各々が、前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインの長さに沿って前記少なくとも2つの燃料ラインから延在する複数の燃料入口配管を備え、各燃料入口配管が、前記各燃料入口配管の長さに沿って前記各燃料入口配管から延在する複数の燃料噴射配管を備える、請求項1又は5に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記燃料噴射器が孔又はノズルを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記孔又はノズルが、動作条件下で前記孔又はノズルから噴射される燃料の速度を決定するように選択されたサイズを有する、請求項7に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記燃料噴射器が、前記燃焼室の前記出口の方に向けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの燃料ライン、少なくとも1つの燃料噴射ライン及び(存在する場合は)少なくとも1つの燃料入口配管の直径が、動作条件下で、各噴射点まで送出される燃料の圧力が同じであるように選択されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記燃料噴射器が、前記燃焼室内で均一に分散配置されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の無炎燃焼器システム。
- 前記入口を通して酸化剤が提供され、前記少なくとも2つの燃料ライン内に燃料が入れられ、前記燃料が、前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射配管内に入り、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器の各々において同じ空燃比を確立するように選択される、前記酸化剤及び燃料の速度及び圧力で、前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器を通して押し出される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の無炎燃焼器システムを利用する方法。 - 前記空燃比が、前記燃焼室が動作条件下でNOx形成をもたらす温度未満の温度を維持するように選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼室が、800℃〜1500℃の温度を維持する、請求項14に記載の方法。
