Description
Claims (10)
- 電動モータであって:
(A)ロータであって、該ロータが:
a.同心のシャフト及びディスクと、
b.前記ディスクの上面に等角度に離間し、かつ等間隔の放射状に設けられる複数の永久磁石とを備えるものと、
(B)ステータであって、該ステータが:
c.等角に離間し、かつ等間隔の放射状に設けられる複数のソレノイドで、各前記複数のソレノイドは、矩形断面形状と、空洞と、ディスクスロットとを含むソレノイドコアを有する、前記複数のソレノイドと、
d.各前記複数のソレノイドコアの外側表面に位置しているコイルスロットに巻回されたコイルであって、該コイルが前記ディスクの上方及び下方において隣接するソレノイドコアの間を交互に通過する、前記コイルとを備えるもの;
とから構成される電動モータで、
前記ディスクは、前記ソレノイドディスクスロット内に設置され、前記永久磁石は、前記ディスクを回転させると、これらの永久磁石が前記ソレノイドコアの前記空洞内を回転しながら通過することができるように配置される、電動モータ。 - 前記ソレノイドの前記コイルは、1回巻きコイルである、請求項1に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記ソレノイド、はステータベースに設けられる、請求項1に記載の電動モータ。
- 強磁性ロッドが、前記ロータの任意の2つの隣接する永久磁石の間に配置されることにより、閉環状体を形成する、請求項1に記載の電動モータ。
- 交互に方向が反転されるDC電流が、前記ソレノイドの前記コイルに供給される、請求項1に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記ソレノイドそれぞれに対する前記永久磁石のうちの1つ以上の位置を検出し、前記DC電流の方向を交互にそれぞれ反転させる1つ以上のセンサを更に備える、請求項5に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記1つ以上の各センサは、ホールセンサである、請求項6に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記DC電流方向の前記交互反転は、コントローラによって行なわれ、前記交互反転の時間は、前記1つ以上のセンサから受信した信号によって決定される、請求項6に記載の電動モータ。
- 隣接する永久磁石の極は、S極−S極、N極−N極、S極−S極...配置で、同じ極が互いに対向するように配置される、請求項6に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記ソレノイドの前記1回巻きコイルは、全ての前記ソレノイドを通過する1本の導体によって形成される、請求項2に記載の電動モータ。
