Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a powder detergent composition for clothing and a method for cleaning clothing.
There are roughly two types of washing methods for textile products such as clothing: hand washing and washing machine washing. In recent years, the spread of washing machines in the Asian region has been increasing, but hand-washing is widely used because of its detergency, economy, cultural background, and washing consciousness. Since the operator can wash the clothes while checking the degree of dirt removal, the hand-washing washing is suitable for washing not only the entire dirt attached to the fibers but also the dirt such as partial food spills. In hand-washing, many workers wash their clothes with a detergent, for example, a cleaning solution obtained by dissolving powdered detergent in water.
As the powder detergent for clothing, those containing a surfactant such as an anionic surfactant, a metal salt such as a magnesium salt, and a zeolite are known.
Patent Document 1 describes (a) anionic surfactants, (b) water-soluble aluminum salts, (c) alkali metal sulfates or alkali metal chlorides, (d) specific alkaline agents, and (e) specific carboxylic acids. Hand washing Washing is a work that involves physical and mental fatigue, and it is hoped that the worker can finish the work as soon as possible. At the time of hand-washing, the worker may immerse the clothes in the washing liquid and leave the clothes for a certain period of time, and then perform the hand-washing. At that time, the worker shifts to the hand-washing work after confirming that the dirt from the clothes has been transferred to the cleaning liquid. That is, if it can be promptly confirmed that the stains are transferred from the clothes to the cleaning liquid by the immersion, the time until the subsequent hand-washing work is shortened, which leads to the shortening of the entire washing time. In addition, in hand-washing, it should give a comfortable feel to the hands during hand-washing work, such as less sliminess during hand-washing and rinsing, and less residual feeling of the powder detergent composition for clothing during hand-washing and rinsing. Is required to be able to do.

Further, the polyphosphate refers to a phosphate containing a polymerization mode in which an adjacent phosphorus atom is bonded to another phosphorus atom via an oxygen atom. The polyphosphate may be, for example, a pyrophosphate, a tripolyphosphate, as a polymer of one or more compounds selected from orthophosphates, metaphosphates, trimetaphosphates, pyrophosphates and tripoliphosphates. You can also get it. Examples of the salt include alkali metal salts such as sodium salt and potassium salt.
For example, in the case of polysilicic acid, from the viewpoint of further enhancing the visibility of stain release, the total amount of Q3 and Q4 with respect to the total amount of Q0, Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 in polysilicate. The proportion of the amount is preferably 50% by mass or more, further preferably 70% by mass or more, further preferably 90% by mass or more, still more preferably 99% by mass or more, and 100% by mass. It is as follows. The Q0 body, Q1 body, Q2 body, Q3 body, and Q4 body referred to here represent the structure of silicate. When the number of one silicon atom in the silicate bonded to the adjacent silicon atom via the oxygen atom is N, N = 4, that is, one silicon atom is four silicons via the oxygen atom. A structure bonded to an atom is called a Q4 body. When N = 3, it is called Q3 body, when N = 2, it is called Q2 body, when N = 1, it is called Q1 body, and when it does not contribute to polymerization at all, it is called Q0 body. That is, when the number of one silicon atom, boron atom or phosphorus atom (hereinafter referred to as a central atom) in the inorganic polymer bonded to another adjacent central atom via the oxygen atom is N. A structure in which N is 4 is a Q4 body, a structure in which N is 3 is a Q3 body, a structure in which N is 2 is a Q2 body, a structure in which N is 1 is a Q1 body, and N is a structure in which N is 0. Let the body be Q0. That is, the fact that the ratio of Q3 and Q4 is large means that polysilicic acid has a three-dimensional structure. In the present invention, the larger the ratio of the Q3 body and the Q4 body in the polysilicate containing the Q0 body, the Q1 body, the Q2 body, the Q3 body and the Q4 body, the higher the visibility of the dirt release can be improved. In the present invention, a compound containing a part of Q0 is also referred to as a polysilicate.
As described in Journal of Colloid and Interface Science 352 (2010) 309-315, 29 Si-NMR measurement was performed and Q0 body was calculated in order from the low magnetic field side for the calculation method of the ratio of Q3 body and Q4 body in the polysilicate. , Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and the sum of the peak areas of Q3 and Q4 divided by the sum of the peak areas of Q0, Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 is 100. Can be obtained as a value multiplied by. Similarly, polyborates and polyphosphates can also be obtained by measuring the NMR of a boron atom or a phosphorus atom.

アルカリ度(CaCO3mg/l)=a×10
The alkalinity of the water used for preparing the washing liquid can be selected from 0 mg / L or more and 1000 mg / L or less. When water of unknown alkalinity is used, the alkalinity of the water can be measured by the following method.
[Measurement method of alkalinity]
Take 100 ml of test water in a 200 ml beaker and add 0.15 ml of bromocresol green-methyl red ethanol solution (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) as an indicator. If there is residual chlorine in the test water, add a sodium thiosulfate solution (0.3 w / v%) to 100 ml of the test water in advance to remove the residual chlorine. Titrate the solution with 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid with gentle stirring until the color of the solution changes from blue to purplish red. The alkalinity is calculated by the following formula.
Alkaliity (CaCO 3 mg / l) = a × 10
Here, a: 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid (ml) required for titration.
When discoloration due to the indicator is not clear, such as in a colored sample, a pH meter is used instead of the indicator, and the pH value of 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid (ml) required to reach 4.8 is defined as a.

(Evaluation of degree of polymerization of sodium polysilicate)
Of the components (e), 29 Si-NMR was measured for (e-1) using ECA500 (manufactured by JEOL Ltd.) under the conditions of single pulse, 400 integration times, and 25 ° C. Q0, Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 were set in order from the low magnetic field side. The degree of polymerization of sodium polysilicate was obtained by multiplying the sum of the peak areas of Q3 and Q4 by the sum of the peak areas of Q0, Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 by 100. The larger this value is, the more the polymerization is proceeding.
