Description

The present invention relates to a beam edge jig used for wiring an electric circuit or the like in a synthetic slab.

At construction sites where concrete slabs that make up the floor structure of buildings are constructed, the deck plate for synthetic slab structures, which acts as a formwork when concrete is poured, and becomes integrated with concrete after concrete hardening and acts as a tensile reinforcing bar, is known. Has been done. In addition, a method of embedding pipes such as electric lines in a deck plate for a synthetic slab structure is generally used. In such a construction method, when embedding pipes such as electric lines in a synthetic slab, in order to bypass the beams and install pipes such as electric lines, for example, an insertion hole for passing the pipes such as electric lines is formed in the deck plate. (For example, see Patent Document 1), and a structure for cutting a part of the web portion of the deck plate are known.

However, when an insertion hole is formed in the deck plate or the web portion is cut, the strength of the deck plate is lowered and the load at the time of placing concrete cannot be supported. Therefore, a support material is separately provided from the lower part of the deck plate. There is also a problem that it is necessary to support the deck plate and drilling work is required for the deck plate.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a beam edge jig capable of embedding a pipe such as an electric path in a synthetic slab without forming a cut portion such as a hole in the deck plate. do.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiment shown below is an example, and various forms can be taken within the scope of the present invention.

<Structure of beam edge jig>
The configuration of the beam edge jig according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The beam edge jig 1 is used, for example, at a construction site where a synthetic slab constituting a floor structure of a building or the like is constructed. The beam edge jig 1 is attached between the beam 2 erected in the vertical direction and the deck plate 3 spanned between the plurality of beams 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the beam edge jig 1 has a fixing portion 110 fixed to a flange 21 extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical direction H at the upper end of the beam 2, and an end portion of the deck plate 3 in the width direction W. It has a flat mounting portion 120 on which the is mounted, and a main body portion 130 provided between the fixing portion 110 and the mounting portion 120.

(Fixed part)
As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing portion 110 has a U-shaped cross section, and has an upper contact portion 111 that contacts the upper surface of the flange 21 of the beam 2 and a lower contact portion that contacts the lower surface of the flange 21. It has a contact portion 112 and a connecting portion 113 that connects the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112. The fixing portion 110 is fixed to the beam 2 by sandwiching the flange 21 between the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112.

As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of insertion holes 111A are formed in the upper contact portion 111. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of insertion holes 112A are formed in the lower contact portion 112 at the same positions as the insertion holes 111A in the vertical direction H. The insertion hole 111A and the insertion hole 112A are arranged coaxially with the insertion hole 21A formed in the flange 21 in a state where the flange 21 is arranged between the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112. The fixing portion 110 is fixed to the beam 2 by inserting a fastening member (not shown) into the insertion hole 111A, the insertion hole 112A, and the insertion hole 2B. The insertion hole 111A, the insertion hole 112A, and the insertion hole 21A do not necessarily have to be formed, and as a means for fixing the fixing portion 110 to the beam 2, the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112 are flanged 21. It may be joined by welding or the like.

(Placement part)
The mounting portion 120 is formed of a substantially rectangular flat plate. As shown in FIG. 1, a deck plate 3 adjacent to the beam edge jig 1 in the width direction W is mounted on the mounting portion 120. The deck plate 3 has a configuration in which mountain portions 3A and valley portions 3B are alternately arranged in the width direction W via the inclined portion 3C, and the mounting portion 120 is located at the end of the deck plate 3. Tanibe 3B is placed.
As shown in FIG. 3, a width direction end portion (valley portion 3B) in the width direction W of the deck plate 3 is mounted on the mounting portion 120, and from the main body portion 30 described later on both end sides in the longitudinal direction L. Also has an overhang 121 formed on the outside in the longitudinal direction L. On the overhanging portion 121, the longitudinal end portion of the deck plate adjacent to the main body portion 30 in the longitudinal direction L is placed.
In the following, the deck plate 3 adjacent to the beam edge jig 1 in the width direction W (mounted on the mounting portion 120) is referred to as a deck plate 31, and is adjacent to the beam edge jig 1 in the longitudinal direction L (overhanging portion 121). The deck plate 3 (placed on the deck plate 32) may be referred to as a deck plate 32.

(Main body)
As shown in FIG. 1, one end of the main body 130 in the width direction W is connected to the fixed portion 110, and the other end is connected to the mounting portion 120. The main body 130 has a pair of standing portions 131 and a top portion 132 provided between the pair of standing portions 131. The main body 130 composed of the pair of standing portions 131 and the top 132 has an outer shape substantially equivalent to that of the adjacent deck plate 32 in the longitudinal direction L. That is, the pair of standing portions 131 are erected in an inclined manner from the fixed portion 110 to the top 132 and from the mounting portion 120 to the top 132, respectively. By having the main body 130 having substantially the same outer shape as the adjacent deck plate 32 in the longitudinal direction L in this way, there is no gap in the joint portion between the beam edge jig 1 and the deck plate 32, and the concrete is made of the beam edge jig 1. And when it is placed on the upper surface side of the deck plate 32, the leakage of concrete to the lower side of the beam edge jig 1 and the deck plate 32 is suppressed.

A plurality of substantially rectangular through holes 133 are formed in the upright portion 131A formed on the fixed portion 110 side of the pair of upright portions 131. The through hole 133 is formed so as to penetrate the upper space where the upper surface of the deck plate 3 is located and the lower space where the lower surface of the deck plate 3 is located, which are separated by the upright portion 131A. A pipe 4 such as an electric path is inserted through the through hole 133. If a gap remains after the pipe 4 such as an electric path is inserted into the through hole 133, before the concrete is placed, in order to prevent the concrete to be cast from leaking into the lower space through the through hole 133. A process for closing the through hole 133 is performed.

An application example of the beam edge jig 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fixing portion 110 of the beam edge jig 1 is fixed to the flange 21 of the beam 2. Further, the end portion (valley portion 3B) of the deck plate 31 adjacent to the beam edge jig 1 in the width direction W is placed on the mounting portion 120 of the beam edge jig 1. Here, for the deck plate 31 mounted on the mounting portion 120, for example, a deck plate having a width of 600 mm is applied.
Further, the end portions of the deck plate 32 adjacent to the main body portion 130 in the longitudinal direction L are placed on the overhanging portions 121 on both sides of the beam edge jig 1 in the longitudinal direction L. One end of the deck plate 32 in the width direction is placed on the overhanging portion 121, and the other end of the deck plate 32 is placed on the flange 21 in the width direction W. Further, the end portion of the deck plate 32 to be mounted in the longitudinal direction L is placed on the overhanging portion 121 in a state of being in contact with the end portion of the main body portion 130 in the longitudinal direction L. By bringing the deck plate 32 and the main body 130 into contact with each other in this way, the deck plate 32 can be supported and there is no gap between the deck plate 32 and the main body 130. Can be prevented from leaking into the lower space. Here, for the deck plate 32 placed on the overhanging portion 121, for example, a deck plate having a width of 300 mm is applied.

Further, in the construction of embedding the pipe 4 such as an electric path in the synthetic slab, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing portions 110 of the beam edge jig 1 are fixed to both ends of the flange 21 of the beam 2, and the two beam edge jigs 1 attach the beam 2. They are arranged so as to face each other. Although not shown in FIG. 2, a deck plate 31 adjacent to the beam edge jig 1 and the width direction W is mounted on the mounting portion 120 of the beam edge jig 1. In this state, the electric path or the like pipe 4 is inserted into the through hole 133 of the opposing beam edge jig 1, and both ends of the electric path or the like pipe 4 are arranged in the space below the deck plate 3 (beam edge jig 1), while the electric path or the like pipe 4 The central portion of the above is exposed above the deck plate 3 (beam edge jig 1) and is arranged above the beam 2. By adopting such a configuration, even in the area where the beam 2 is installed, the electric path or the like pipe 4 can be bypassed above the beam 2 through the through hole 133 of the beam edge jig 1. It can be arranged continuously.

Another aspect of the beam edge jig will be described with reference to FIG. In the beam edge jig 1A according to this aspect, the configuration of the fixing portion 110 is different from the configuration of the beam edge jig 1. Specifically, the fixing portion 110 of the beam edge jig 1A is provided with a rotating portion 113C at the connecting portion 113. Since the configurations of the upper contact portion 110 and the lower contact portion 112 are the same as the configurations of the beam edge jig 1, the description thereof will be omitted.

The connecting portion 113 of the fixing portion 110 has an upper connecting portion 113A extending from the upper abutting portion 110, a lower connecting portion 113B extending from the lower abutting portion 112, and a rotating portion 113C. The rotating portion 113C has an axis (not shown) along the longitudinal direction L (direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 4), and the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112 are centered on this axis. Is provided so as to be rotatable in the direction of approaching or separating from each other.
With such a configuration, when the beam edge jig 1A is attached to the flange 21, the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112 are separated and opened as shown in FIG. 4 (B). By setting the state, the mounting work becomes easy. That is, in order to fix the fixing portion 110 having no rotating portion 113C to the flange 21, it is necessary to insert the beam edge jig 1 in the horizontal direction with respect to the beam 2 and attach the fixing portion 110, but the rotating portion 113C is provided. Therefore, the fixing portion 110 can be fixed to the flange 21 with a certain degree of freedom in the vertical direction H.
Further, the connecting portion 113 may have an urging portion (not shown) that exerts an urging force in a direction in which the upper abutting portion 111 and the lower abutting portion 112 are close to each other. By providing the urging portion, the upper contact portion 111 and the lower contact portion 112 apply a pressing force to the flange 21 in a state where the fixing portion 110 is attached to the flange 21, thereby causing the flange. The force that sandwiches 21 acts. As a result, the fixing portion 110 is fixed to the flange 21 without performing a joining process such as a fastening member or welding. Even in a configuration in which such an urging portion is provided, a joining process such as a fastening member or welding may be applied.

(Modification example)
A modified example of the beam edge jig will be described with reference to FIG. The beam edge jig is not limited to the configuration described in the above embodiment.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, the beam edge jig 5 has a fixing portion 510, a mounting portion 520, and a main body portion 530. The fixing portion 510 and the mounting portion 520 have the same configuration as the fixing portion 110 and the mounting portion 120 of the beam edge jig 1. Further, although not shown, on both end sides of the mounting portion 520 in the longitudinal direction L, there are overhanging portions similar to the overhanging portions 121 constituting the beam edge jig 1 according to the above embodiment.
The main body portion 530 has a pair of standing portions 531. The standing portion 531A on the fixed portion 110 side is erected in a direction substantially perpendicular to the fixed portion 510, and the standing portion 520 side is erected. The portion 531B is erected in an inclined shape. A plurality of substantially rectangular through holes 532 are formed in the upright portion 531A on the fixed portion 110 side. The application of the beam edge jig 5 (for example, the application in the construction of embedding the pipe 4 such as an electric path in the synthetic slab) is the same as that of the above embodiment, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.
When the beam edge jig 5 according to this modification is applied, the outer shape of the main body 530 is different from the outer shape of the deck plate 32 (see FIG. 1) adjacent to the L in the longitudinal direction. A gap (a communication portion that communicates the space above and below the deck plate) is created between them. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to perform a process of closing the gap between the main body portion 530 and the deck plate 32.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the beam edge jig 6 according to another modified example has a fixing portion 610, a mounting portion 620, and a main body portion 630. The fixing portion 610 and the mounting portion 620 have the same configuration as the fixing portion 110 and the mounting portion 120 of the beam edge jig 1. Further, although not shown, on both end sides of the mounting portion 620 in the longitudinal direction L, there are overhanging portions similar to the overhanging portions 121 constituting the beam edge jig 1 according to the above embodiment. In the main body portion 630, a plurality of substantially circular through holes 632 are formed in the standing portion 631A on the fixed portion 610 side of the pair of standing portions 630. The application of the beam edge jig 6 (for example, the application in the construction of embedding the pipe 4 such as an electric path in the synthetic slab) is the same as that of the above embodiment, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.

According to the beam edge jig according to the above embodiment, the fixed portion fixed to the flange located at the upper end of the beam erected in the vertical direction H and the flat end portion in the width direction of the deck plate are placed. It is provided with a mounting portion and a main body portion provided between the fixing portion and the mounting portion, and the main body portion includes an upper space in which the upper surface of the deck plate is located and a lower space in which the lower surface of the deck plate is located. A through hole is formed to penetrate the through hole. With such a configuration, since a dedicated jig is attached between the beam and the deck plate, it is possible to embed piping such as an electric path in the synthetic slab without forming a cut portion such as a hole in the deck plate.
