Abstract
Description
(1)三次元立体構造を有し、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する化粧料保持用弾性体であって、前記複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含み、樹脂Aの溶融温度が樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも低い複合繊維であり、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する構成繊維同士の接触部が溶融した樹脂Aで一体化されており、前記複合繊維および前記合成繊維の各繊維が化粧料保持用弾性体の厚さ方向に向かって並列しているウェブシートで形成されていることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体、
(2)前記(1)に記載の化粧料保持用弾性体および化粧料を有し、化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料が含有されていることを特徴とする化粧料含有弾性体、
(3)前記(2)に記載の化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品、および
(4)三次元立体構造を有し、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する化粧料保持用弾性体の製造方法であって、樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含み、樹脂Aの溶融温度が樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも低い複合繊維および合成繊維を含有するウェブを積層し、当該積層されたウェブに含まれている複合繊維を構成している樹脂Aの溶融温度以上の温度でかつ複合繊維を構成している樹脂Bおよび合成繊維の溶融温度よりも低い温度でウェブを加熱し、樹脂Aを溶融させて複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する構成繊維同士の接触部を溶融した樹脂Aによって融着一体化させてウェブシートを作製し、当該ウェブシートを垂直方向に裁断して複合繊維および合成繊維の双方の繊維をウェブシートの厚さ方向に向かって並列させることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体の製造方法
に関する。
(1)密な繊維状表面層と疎な繊維状基材とが一体化されている化粧料保持用弾性体(以下、化粧料保持用弾性体Aという)、
(2)疎な繊維状基材上に密な繊維状表面層が載置されている化粧料保持用弾性体(以下、化粧料保持用弾性体Bという)
などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる化粧料保持用弾性体のみによって限定されるものではない。
芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、ウェブシート(密度:18kg/m3)を得た。
通気測定機〔カトーテック(株)製、品番:KES−F8−AP1〕を用い、試験片を縦50mm、横50mmの正方形状に裁断したものの通気抵抗を測定した。
実施例1で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(直径:47.5mm、厚さ:20mm、密度:18kg/m3)を成形し、前記方法Aによって成形されたウェブシートをプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを150℃に加熱し、前記ウェブシート全体の厚さが11mmとなるように裁断面側から押圧した状態で450秒間加熱することによって当該ウェブシートの一方表面に厚さが1.5mmの緻密層を形成させ、前記ウェブシートからなる密な繊維状表面層と前記ウェブシートからなる疎な繊維状基材とが一体化した化粧料保持用弾性体を得た。
芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、ウェブシート(密度:20kg/m3)を得た。このウェブシートの密度は、20.2kg/m3であった。
実施例3で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(密度:20kg/m3)を厚さが4mmとなるようにスライスした後、当該スライスされたウェブシート(密度:20.2kg/m3)をプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを219℃に加熱し、スライス面側から押圧した状態で72秒間加熱することにより、当該ウェブシートの厚さを3mmとし、直径47.5mmに打ち抜くことにより、密な繊維状表面層を得た。前記で得られた密な繊維状表面層の密度は、27.5kg/m3であった。前記密度の測定結果に基づいて圧縮比(密な繊維状表面層の密度/疎な繊維状基材の密度)を求めたところ、当該密な繊維状表面層の圧縮比は、1.36であった。また、当該密な繊維状表面層の通気抵抗を実施例1と同様にして測定したところ、当該通気抵抗は、0.0117kPa・s/mであった。
実施例1で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(直径:47.5mm、厚さ:15mm、密度:18kg/m3)を成形し、前記方法Aによって成形されたウェブシートをプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを150℃に加熱し、前記ウェブシート全体の厚さが11mmとなるように裁断面側から押圧した状態で450秒間加熱することによって当該ウェブシートの一方表面に厚さが1.5mmの緻密層を形成させ、前記ウェブシートからなる密な繊維状表面層と前記ウェブシートからなる疎な繊維状基材とが一体化した化粧料保持用弾性体を得た。
実施例1で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(直径:47.5mm、厚さ:12mm、密度:18kg/m3)を成形し、前記方法Aによって成形されたウェブシートをプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを150℃に加熱し、前記ウェブシート全体の厚さが11mmとなるように裁断面側から押圧した状態で450秒間加熱することによって当該ウェブシートの一方表面に厚さが0.5mmの緻密層を形成させ、前記ウェブシートからなる密な繊維状表面層と前記ウェブシートからなる疎な繊維状基材とが一体化した化粧料保持用弾性体を得た。
実施例3で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(密度:20kg/m3)を厚さが6mmとなるようにスライスした後、当該スライスされたウェブシート(密度:20.2kg/m3)をプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを220℃に加熱し、スライス面側から押圧した状態で72秒間加熱することにより、当該ウェブシートの厚さを4mmとし、直径47.5mmに打ち抜くことにより、密な繊維状表面層を得た。
実施例3で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(密度:20kg/m3)を厚さが4mmとなるようにスライスした後、当該スライスされたウェブシート(密度:20.2kg/m3)をプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを220℃に加熱し、スライス面側から押圧した状態で72秒間加熱することにより、当該ウェブシートの厚さを2.8mmとし、直径47.5mmに打ち抜くことにより、密な繊維状表面層を得た。
実施例3で用いたのと同様のウェブシート(密度:20kg/m3)を厚さが4mmとなるようにスライスした後、当該スライスされたウェブシート(密度:20.2kg/m3)をプレスラミネータ(熱プレス機)に挟み、当該プレスラミネータの一方表面のみを220℃に加熱し、スライス面側から押圧した状態で72秒間加熱することにより、当該ウェブシートの厚さを2mmとし、直径47.5mmに打ち抜くことにより、密な繊維状表面層を得た。

ポリエーテル系ポリレタンフォームからなり、直径47.5mm、厚さ12mmの化粧料保持用弾性体を用意した。
ニトリルゴム(NBR)スポンジからなり、直径47.5mm、厚さ12mmの化粧料保持用弾性体を用意した。
各実施例または各比較例で得られた化粧料保持用弾性体にそれぞれミネラルウォーターファンデーション〔(株)資生堂製〕15gを含浸させ、1時間静置させることにより、試験体を作製した。前記で得られた試験体に含まれているミネラルウォーターファンデーションを実使用と同様の押力(人力)にてパフで拭き取り、パフで拭き取られたミネラルウォーターファンデーションを不織布に転写することにより、パフに付着したミネラルウォーターファンデーションを十分に拭き取った。この操作を繰り返し、化粧料の取れ量の減少が3回見られなくなった時点で終了した。
〔取れ量(g)〕=〔拭き取り前の試験体の質量(g)〕−〔拭き取り後の試験体の質量(g)〕に基づいて求めた。
2 ウェブシート
Claims (4)
- 三次元立体構造を有し、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する化粧料保持用弾性体であって、前記複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含み、樹脂Aの溶融温度が樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも低い複合繊維であり、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する構成繊維同士の接触部が溶融した樹脂Aで一体化されており、前記複合繊維および前記合成繊維の各繊維が化粧料保持用弾性体の厚さ方向に向かって並列しているウェブシートで形成されていることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体。
- 請求項1に記載の化粧料保持用弾性体および化粧料を有し、化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料が含有されていることを特徴とする化粧料含有弾性体。
- 請求項2に記載の化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品。
- 三次元立体構造を有し、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する化粧料保持用弾性体の製造方法であって、
樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含み、樹脂Aの溶融温度が樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも低い複合繊維および合成繊維を含有するウェブを積層し、
当該積層されたウェブに含まれている複合繊維を構成している樹脂Aの溶融温度以上の温度でかつ複合繊維を構成している樹脂Bおよび合成繊維の溶融温度よりも低い温度でウェブを加熱し、樹脂Aを溶融させて複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する構成繊維同士の接触部を溶融した樹脂Aによって融着一体化させてウェブシートを作製し、
当該ウェブシートを垂直方向に裁断して複合繊維および合成繊維の双方の繊維をウェブシートの厚さ方向に向かって並列させることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体の製造方法。
