Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態にかかる鋳型用接着剤の製造方法を説明するための図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態にかかる鋳型用接着剤の製造方法は、水ガラスを含有する水溶液11を準備する工程(ステップS1)と、水溶液11を90℃以上100℃以下に加熱する工程(ステップS2)と、加熱した水溶液11の液面に析出したゲル状の水ガラス15を鋳型用接着剤として取り出す工程(ステップS3)と、を備える。以下、各工程について詳細に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 水ガラスを含有する水溶液を準備する工程と、
前記水溶液を90℃以上100℃以下に加熱する工程と、
前記加熱した水溶液の液面に析出したゲル状の水ガラスを鋳型用接着剤として取り出す工程と、を備え、
前記準備した水溶液の固形分が25質量%以上35質量%以下である、
鋳型用接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記準備した水溶液の固形分が28質量%以上32質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の鋳型用接着剤の製造方法。
- 前記加熱する工程において、前記水溶液の液面が空気と接する状態で加熱する、請求項1または2に記載の鋳型用接着剤の製造方法。
- 前記水溶液は、JISK1408で規定される3号の水ガラスを水で希釈することで準備する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の鋳型用接着剤の製造方法。
- バインダとして水ガラスを用いて製造された第1鋳型および第2鋳型を準備する工程と、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の鋳型用接着剤の製造方法を用いて製造された鋳型用接着剤を、前記第1鋳型の第1接着面および前記第2鋳型の第2接着面の少なくとも一方に塗布する工程と、
前記第1接着面と前記第2接着面とを互いに密着させて所定時間乾燥して、前記第1鋳型と前記第2鋳型とを接着して鋳型を製造する工程と、を備える、
鋳型の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の鋳型の製造方法を用いて製造された鋳型。
