Claims (11)
- 第1平均粒径及び第1比表面積を有する第1金属磁性粒子、前記第1平均粒径よりも小さな第2平均粒径及び第2比表面積を有する第2金属磁性粒子、並びに前記第1金属磁性粒子及び前記第2金属磁性粒子を保持する結合材を含む磁性基体と、
前記磁性基体内に設けられたコイル導体と、
を備え、
前記第2平均粒径に基づいて定められる第2表面積に対する前記第2比表面積の比で表される第2表面粗度係数が、第1平均粒径に基づいて定められる第1表面積に対する前記第1比表面積の比で表される第1表面粗度係数よりも大きい、
コイル部品。 - 前記磁性基体における前記第2金属磁性粒子の含有比率は、15wt%以上である、
請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記磁性基体における前記第2金属磁性粒子の含有比率は、45wt%以下である、
請求項1又は2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1金属磁性粒子は、その表面に第1酸化膜を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1金属磁性粒子は、その表面に絶縁コーティング層を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第2金属磁性粒子は、その表面に第2酸化膜を有する、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記磁性基体は、前記第2平均粒径よりも小さな第3平均粒径及び第3比表面積を有する第3金属磁性粒子を含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第3平均粒径に基づいて定められる第3表面積に対する前記第3比表面積の比である第3表面粗度係数が前記第1表面粗度係数よりも大きい、
