Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the cleaning sheet 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples.
For convenience, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the X direction, the Y direction, and the Z direction will be defined and described.

[Structure of Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a state when the cleaning sheet 100 of the present embodiment is used.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning sheet 100 is attached to a cleaning tool 200 including, for example, a substantially rectangular flat plate-shaped head portion 210 and a rod-shaped handle portion 220 attached to the upper surface of the head portion 210. It is a replaceable seat.
The cleaning sheet 100 covers the bottom surface of the head portion 210 of the cleaning tool 200 to form a cleaning surface, and is bent along the longitudinal edge portion 211 of the head portion 210 of the cleaning tool 200. It is locked to the upper surface of the head portion 210 and is in a mounted state.
The longitudinal edge portion 211 refers to an edge portion along the longitudinal direction of the head portion 210. That is, it refers to the longer two edges of the four edges of the rectangular head portion 210.

a+2b+a/2<=A<=2a+2b(mm)
c<=C<=c+60
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing an example of the cleaning sheet 100 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the size of the head portion 210 of the cleaning sheet 100 is a general size (100 mm (width in the X direction) × 250 mm (width in the Y direction)), for example, the X of the head portion 210 Assuming that the width in the direction is a, the thickness is b, and the width in the Y direction is c, the range of the suitable width A in the X direction of the cleaning sheet 100 is expressed by the following equation.
a + 2b + a / 2 <= A <= 2a + 2b (mm)
If A is less than the lvalue, it is difficult to attach the cleaning sheet 100 to the head portion 210, and the cleaning sheet 100 tends to come off during cleaning. Further, if it exceeds the rvalue, the range not used for cleaning becomes wide, and the cleaning sheet 100 interferes when the cleaning tool 200 is tilted and used.
The range of the width C of the cleaning sheet 100 in the Y direction is represented by the following formula.
c <= C <= c + 60
If C is less than the lvalue, the head portion 210 is exposed from the cleaning sheet 100, which is unsuitable for cleaning. If the rvalue is exceeded, the cleaning sheet 100 protrudes from the head portion 210 in the Y direction too much, making it difficult to clean the corners of the room.
Further, the cleaning sheet 100 has a wiper mounting portion 110, a dry portion 120, a wet portion 130, a dry portion 120, and a wiper mounting portion 110, respectively, from one end to the other in the X direction, which is the cleaning direction. Be prepared.

As the material constituting the cleaning sheet 100, a predetermined fiber may be used as the fiber material, and a non-woven fabric manufactured by a well-known technique such as spunlace, air-through, airlaid, point bond, spunbond, needle punch, etc. may be used. it can.
As the predetermined fiber, natural, regenerated, or synthetic fibers can be used. For example, cellulose-based fibers such as rayon, lyocell, tencel, and cotton, which are hydrophilic fibers, and polyethylene and polypropylene, which are hydrophobic fibers, can be used. Examples thereof include polyolefin fibers such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, and polyamide fibers such as nylon. These can be used alone or in combination of at least one hydrophilic one and one hydrophobic one.
As these fibers, those having a fineness of 1.1 dtex to 5.5 dtex are preferably used. If it is less than 1.1 dtex, the pores between the fibers are small, which is not preferable for collecting fiber waste and hair. Further, if it exceeds 5.5 dtex, it becomes easy to release the retained chemical solution, which is not preferable.
Moreover, the fiber length of these fibers is arbitrary as long as it is suitable for production.

(Metsuke)
In the case of the cleaning sheet 100 of the present invention, the basis weight of the sheet is preferably about 20 to 100 g / m 2 , and particularly preferably about 30 to 60 g / m 2. If the basis weight of the sheet is less than 20 g / m 2 , the dirt retention ability is poor, and the sheet tends to be twisted and unstable during cleaning. Further, if it exceeds 100 g / m 2 , the flexibility becomes poor, and it becomes difficult to attach the cleaning sheet 100 to the cleaning tool 200.

(Wiper mounting part)
The wiper mounting portion 110 is formed at both end portions in the X direction, which is the cleaning direction of the cleaning sheet 100. When the cleaning sheet 100 is attached to the cleaning tool 200, it is a portion that is locked to the upper surface of the head portion 210. For example, it is preferably formed 45 mm from the end portion, particularly 35 mm from the end portion in the X direction. .. If it exceeds 45 mm, the cleaning sheet 100 may be twisted during cleaning, and the wiper mounting portion 110 may enter the cleaning surface, which is not preferable.
The wiper mounting portion 110 may be a hydrophilic fiber or a hydrophobic fiber. Further, the fiber may be a mixture of hydrophilic fiber and hydrophobic fiber.

(Dry part)
The dry portion 120 is formed between the wiper mounting portion 110 of the cleaning sheet 100 and the wet portion 130 described later. When cleaning, it is a place that mainly collects coarse dust such as fiber dust and hair. The width of the dry portion 120 is preferably formed to be 25 mm to 45 mm, particularly 30 mm to 40 mm in the X direction. If it is less than 25 mm, coarse dust such as hair collected by the dry portion 120 is caught in the wet portion 130, sticks to the floor surface, and easily falls off. If it exceeds 45 mm, the wet portion 130 becomes narrow and cannot sufficiently function as a wet sheet.

(Folded part)
In the cleaning sheet 100, a portion that is bent along the longitudinal edge portions 211 on both sides of the head portion 210 is referred to as a bent portion S.
The bent portion S is set to an approximate position in advance according to the head portion 210 of the specified cleaning tool 200. For example, when the cleaning sheet 100 is attached to the head portion 210, the dry portion of the cleaning surface is formed. It has a bent portion S inside the 120.
The bent portion S may, for example, print a straight line corresponding to the bent portion S in advance on the dry portion 120 or correspond to the bent portion S on the dry portion 120 so that the user can recognize it. A polygonal line may be formed.
As a result, when the cleaning sheet 100 is attached to the cleaning tool 200, the dry portion 120 comes into contact with both ends of the head portion 210 in the X direction and the longitudinal edge portion 211. Therefore, at the time of cleaning, of the cleaning surface of the cleaning sheet 100, the dry portion 120 comes into contact with the floor surface first, and coarse dust can be efficiently collected.

Further, the dry portion 120 is composed of hydrophobic fibers, hydrophilic fibers, or both. When hydrophilic fibers are contained, a water repellent is applied to the dry portion 120 and hydrophobized. As a result, coarse dust can be collected by the dry portion 120 located on the front side in the traveling direction with respect to the wet portion 130 that discharges the impregnating chemical solution to the surface to be cleaned. Further, even when a spilled drink or the like comes into contact with the dry portion 120, it is possible to prevent water from penetrating into the dry portion 120.
As the water repellent, for example, fluorine-based or silicon-based ones can be used, and the coating amount is preferably 1 to 3% by mass ratio of the cleaning sheet 100. If it is lower than 1%, the hydrophobicity cannot be fully exhibited, and if it is higher than 3%, it leads to transfer of the water repellent agent to the floor surface, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of living environment.
Further, as a method for applying the water repellent, spray coating is preferable because it can be applied uniformly, but the effects of the present invention such as roll transfer using a flexographic printing machine or a gravure printing machine are effective. Other methods may be used as long as the above is not impaired.

(High fiber density area / Low fiber density area)
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the dry portion 120 preferably includes a high fiber density region 121 and a plurality of low fiber density regions 122 adjacent to the high fiber density region 121. Here, the high fiber density region 121 refers to a region having a large amount of fiber accumulation, and the low fiber density region 122 refers to a region having a small amount of fiber accumulation as compared with the high fiber density region 121. In other words, both regions are defined by the relative amount of fiber accumulation.
The presence of the coarse and dense fibers in the dry portion 120 facilitates, for example, collecting hair. In addition, it becomes easy to block the permeation of water from the wet portion 130.
The low fiber density region 122 is preferably 10% to 50% of the entire dry portion 120. If it is less than 10%, the effect is poorly exhibited, and if it exceeds 50%, fiber dust falls off, the sheet strength is lowered, and the sheet mountability is deteriorated, which is not preferable.

As a method for producing the coarse and dense portion of the fiber, for example, embossing is performed at the time of sheet production to form a high fiber density region 121 compressed under high pressure and a low fiber density region 122 other than that, and other holes are formed. Processing can be mentioned.
Examples of the method of perforating the dry portion 120 include a method of punching a hole in a fiber material to form a hole, a method of increasing the hole diameter of a suction roll that absorbs water when performing a spunlace process, and the like. However, it is not limited to this. The hole diameter Φ is preferably, for example, 0.3 to 2.0 mm. If it is less than 0.3 mm, it is difficult to collect the end portion of the coarse dust, and if it exceeds 2.0 mm, it is likely to lead to re-separation.

(Wet part)
The wet portion 130 is formed in the central portion of the cleaning sheet 100 in the X direction and is impregnated with the chemical solution. When cleaning, it is a place to wipe off spills and collect fine dust such as dust stains. The width of the wet portion 130 is preferably formed to be 40 mm to 80 mm, particularly 50 mm to 70 mm in the X direction. If it is less than 40 mm, it is narrow as a wet part, it is difficult to control the retention and release of the chemical solution, and the function as a wet sheet cannot be fully fulfilled. On the other hand, if it is larger than 80 mm, the range of the dry portion 120 and the bent portion S becomes narrow, and it becomes easy to lead to the detachment of the collected coarse dust.

The chemicals impregnated in the wet portion 130 include lower alcohols such as ethanol, surfactants and disinfectants such as benzalkonium chloride, and solvents such as propylene glycol (PG) and propylene glycol monomethyl ether (PGME). Is used as an example, but is not limited to this.

(How to use the cleaning sheet)
Next, how to use the cleaning sheet 100 will be described.
Upon use, the cleaning sheet 100 is attached to the head portion 210 of the cleaning tool 200.
Specifically, the head portion 210 is placed on the cleaning sheet 100 so that the longitudinal edge portion 211 of the head portion 210 is aligned with the bent portion S of the dry portion 120. Next, the dry portion 120 is bent along the longitudinal edge portion 211 of the head portion 210, and the bent wiper mounting portion 110 is locked to the upper surface of the head portion 210.
At this time, the dry portion 120 comes into contact with the longitudinal edge portion 211 and both ends of the head portion 210 in the X direction.

In this state, when cleaning is performed by moving the cleaning tool 200 mainly in the X direction of the cleaning sheet 100, that is, in the cleaning direction, the dry portion 120 first comes into contact with the floor surface and collects coarse dust. it can. After that, when the wet portion 130 passes through the floor surface, spills and the like can be wiped off and fine dust can be collected.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[Evaluation]
From the above results, in the cleaning sheet 100, the wet portion 130 provided in the central portion in the cleaning direction and impregnated with the chemical solution, and the wiper mounting portions 110 and the wet portion 130 provided at both ends in the cleaning direction are provided. It can be seen that both the fine dust and the coarse dust can be wiped off by providing the hydrophobic dry portion 120 and forming the cleaning surface by the wet portion 130 and the dry portion 120.
In particular, if the width of the wet portion 130 in the X direction is 40 mm to 80 mm and the width of the dry portion 120 in the X direction is 25 mm to 45 mm, both fine dust and coarse dust can be suitably wiped off. I know I can do it.
Further, when comparing Example 1 and Example 4, it can be seen that the wiping performance of the dry portion 120 is improved when the dry portion 120 is embossed.

[Effect of Embodiment]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the dry portion 120 is provided so as to be in contact with both ends of the head portion 210 in the X direction and the longitudinal edge portion 211, the dry portion 120 is dried before the wet portion 130 during cleaning. The portion 120 comes into contact with the floor surface and can efficiently collect coarse dust such as fiber dust and hair.

On the other hand, since the wet portion 130 impregnated with the chemical solution is provided in the central portion of the head portion 210 in the X direction, one sheet does not impair the basic functions as a wet sheet such as removal of spills and sterilization. Cleaning can be completed with the cleaning sheet 100, and the user can be given a good feeling.

Further, since the dry portion 120 has hydrophobicity, even if it comes into contact with a spilled portion before the wet portion 130, it absorbs and becomes moist, and the collection efficiency of coarse dust does not decrease.

Further, while the conventional wet sheet is impregnated with the chemical solution in the entire sheet, the cleaning sheet 100 of the present implementation only needs to impregnate the wet portion 130 in the central portion in the X direction with the chemical solution. , It is lightweight as a whole and can be manufactured at low cost.

Although the present invention has been specifically described above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified without departing from the gist thereof.

For example, the structure of the cleaning sheet 100 described above is merely an example, and whether it is a single-layer sheet or a multi-layer sheet, and the fibers and the like constituting the cleaning sheet 100 can be appropriately changed.

Further, for example, the entire cleaning sheet 100 may be manufactured only of hydrophobic fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate, and the wet portion 130 may be subjected to a hydrophilic treatment of impregnating the wet portion 130 with a hydrophilic agent. As the hydrophilic agent, a nonionic surfactant (for example, ester type, ether type, ester ether type, etc.) and the like are used.
By doing so, it is possible to omit the step of applying the water repellent agent.

Further, the positional relationship between the dry portion 120 and the wet portion 130 is not limited to this embodiment, and for example, the dry portion 120 may be provided at the end in the Y direction.

Although some embodiments of the present invention have been described, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but includes the scope of the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
