Abstract
Description
従来、エラストマーの押出成形フィルムは滑らかな外層表面に限定されていた。外表面に乱れたパターンを形成するための試みがなされてきたものの、確実に成功するものではなかった。今日、押出成形エラストマーフィルムは、テクスチャーまたは乱れたパターンを形成するためにフィルムの外層表面にエンボス加工をする二次変換工程を経る必要がある。
ポリマー層の特定の規則的な組み合わせによって製造される視覚的効果を有する多層ポリマーフィルム(例えば、Ampacet Corp.によるREPTYLEFXなど)に関する方法及び組成物が開示される。

Claims (8)
- 発泡剤を含有する第1のポリマー層と、ポリマー樹脂及び特殊効果剤を含有する第2の層とを含む多層ポリマーフィルムであって、前記特殊効果剤が、前記第1の層を通して反射して多次元のテクスチャード色彩効果をもたらし、かつ、前記第1の層の前記発泡剤が、前記第2の層と反対側の前記第1の層の面にある、前記多層ポリマーフィルム。
- 前記特殊効果剤が、着色顔料、真珠光沢顔料、光干渉顔料、または他の特殊効果メタリック顔料である、請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記第2の層中の前記特殊効果剤が、外層中の気泡構造を通して反射し特有の次元のフィルム効果をもたらす、請求項2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムの最外層がポリオレフィンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。
