Description
Claims (14)
- 風力タービンのハブ(3)にロータブレード(2)を取り付けるためのピッチ軸受(1)であって、
軸受パッド座部(10S)の環状配列を有するキャリア(10)と、
複数の軸受パッド(P)であって、軸受パッド(P)が、前記キャリア(10)の各軸受パッド座部(10S)に配置されている、複数の軸受パッド(P)と、
前記キャリア(10)を把持するための把持用アセンブリ(11A,11B,11D)であって、軸受パッド(P)の環状配列に接して位置するように配置された摺動部(11A,11B)を備え、開放時に軸受パッド(P)を露出させるように寸法設定されたアクセス窓(11W)をさらに備える把持用アセンブリ(11A,11B,11D)と、
を備えるピッチ軸受。 - 前記キャリア(10)が、第1の面(101)と、反対側の第2の面(102)と、各面(101,102)にある軸受パッド座部(10S)の環状配列とを備え、前記ピッチ軸受(1)が、前記第1のキャリア面(101)の前記軸受パッド座部(10S)に配置された第1の組の軸受パッド(P)と、前記第2のキャリア面(102)の前記軸受パッド座部(10S)に配置された第2の組の軸受パッド(P)とを備える、請求項1記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記把持用アセンブリが、前記第1のキャリア面(101)の前記軸受パッド(P)に接して位置するように配置された第1の摺動部(11A)と、前記第2のキャリア面(102)の前記軸受パッド(P)に接して位置するように配置された第2の摺動部(11B)とを備える、請求項1または2記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記把持用アセンブリが、前記第1の摺動部(11A)と前記第2の摺動部(11B)との間に配置された間隔リング(11D)を備え、前記摺動部(11A,11B)と前記間隔リング(11D)とが、単一の要素として実現されている、請求項3記載のピッチ軸受。
- 各摺動部(11A,11B)に単一のアクセス窓(11W)を備える、請求項3または4記載のピッチ軸受。
- アクセス窓(11W)が、摺動部(11A,11B)に形成された開口(110)に嵌合するように成形されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記開口(110)が、テーパ状の側壁を有する、請求項6記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記軸受パッド(P)が、ポリマー軸受パッドとして実現されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記キャリア(10)が、前記ピッチ軸受(1)の固定部品として実現されていて、前記ハブ(3)に取り付けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のピッチ軸受。
- 前記キャリア(10)が、前記ピッチ軸受(1)の回転部品として実現されていて、前記ロータブレード(2)の基端部(20)を越えて取り付けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のピッチ軸受。
- 多数のロータブレード(2)を備える風力タービンであって、各ロータブレード(2)が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のピッチ軸受(1)と、各ロータブレード(2)をその長手方向軸線(L)を中心として回転させるためのピッチシステムとによって前記ハブ(3)に取り付けられている、風力タービン。
- 前記ピッチシステムが、各ロータブレード(2)のためのピッチドライブユニット(17)を備え、ピッチドライブユニット(17)が、前記ロータブレード(2)の周囲に配置された歯付リングに係合するように配置されたピニオン(170)を備える、請求項11記載の風力タービン。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の、風力タービンのロータブレードピッチ軸受(1)に関する保守ルーチンを実施する方法であって、
摺動部(11A,11B)のアクセス窓(11W)を開放するステップと、
開放された前記アクセス窓(11W)に軸受パッド(P)が現れるまで、前記摺動部(11A,11B)を前記キャリア(10)に対して回転させるように、ピッチシステムを作動させるステップと、
前記軸受パッド(P)を点検および/または交換するステップと、
前記アクセス窓(11W)を閉鎖するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記キャリア(10)の前記第1の面(101)にある軸受パッド(P)と、前記キャリア(10)の前記第2の面(102)にある軸受パッド(P)とを、前記ピッチシステムの1つの位置で点検および/または交換する、請求項13記載の方法。
