Claims (10)
- 電気的に加熱可能な触媒コンバータ(12)の加熱要素(11)の加熱温度を求めるための装置(10)であって、
触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内に配置されている前記加熱要素(11)および前記触媒コンバータ(12)と、
前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内に配置されている第1の温度センサ(13)および第2の温度センサ(14)と、
を含み、
前記第1の温度センサ(13)は、前記第2の温度センサ(14)よりも、前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内の排気ガス流方向(R)に対して前記加熱要素(11)の近くに配置されている、
装置(10)。 - 前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内に、前記排気ガス流方向(R)に対して、前記第1の温度センサ(13)と前記第2の温度センサ(14)との間に配置されているシールド(15)を含み、前記第2の温度センサ(14)は前記加熱要素(11)の熱放射からシールドされている、請求項1記載の装置(10)。
- 前記シールド(15)は、2つの金属シートを有する、請求項2記載の装置(10)。
- 前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)に配置され、前記第1の温度センサ(13)および/または前記第2の温度センサ(14)を機械的に受容するように構成されているセンサインターフェース(16)を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 前記第1の温度センサ(13)および前記第2の温度センサ(14)は、共通のセンサアセンブリ(18)として構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 前記第1の温度センサ(13)および前記第2の温度センサ(14)および前記シールド(15)は、共通のセンサアセンブリ(18)として構成されており、前記排気ガス流方向(R)に対して前後に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置(10)、または請求項2に従属する請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 前記第1の温度センサ(13)および/または前記第2の温度センサ(14)は、それぞれ排気ガス温度センサとして構成され、サーミスタおよび/または熱電対を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 自動車(1)の中に、または前記自動車(1)に接して配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の、電気的に加熱可能な触媒コンバータ(12)の加熱要素(11)の加熱温度を求めるための装置(10)を含む、自動車(1)。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)を用いて、電気的に加熱可能な触媒コンバータ(12)の加熱要素(11)の加熱温度を求めるための方法であって、
前記触媒コンバータ(12)を加熱するための前記加熱要素(11)を駆動制御するステップと、
前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内の第1の温度を表す第1の温度測定信号を前記第1の温度センサ(13)によって受信するステップと、
前記触媒コンバータハウジング(17)内の第2の温度を表す第2の温度測定信号を前記第2の温度センサ(14)によって受信するステップと、
前記第1の温度測定信号および前記第2の温度測定信号に基づいて、時間的な温度勾配を求めるステップと、
求められた前記時間的な温度勾配に基づいて、前記加熱要素(11)の加熱温度を求めるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記加熱要素(11)の加熱温度を求めるステップは、前記装置(10)に関するシステム固有の情報を含む提供されたデータに基づいて、前記加熱要素(11)の前記加熱温度を求めるステップを含む、請求項9記載の方法。
