当該リザーバ上又は当該リザーバに隣接する1つ以上の計量表示部(240)と

Claims (15)
- 装置(10)であって、
入口端部(30)及び出口端部(40)と、前記入口端部から前記出口端部へと延在する注ぎチャンバ壁部(50)と、を備える注ぎチャンバ(20)であって、前記注ぎチャンバは、前記入口端部から前記出口端部への流動が生じ得る開放断面積(60)を有する、注ぎチャンバと、
前記注ぎチャンバと係合される密度タイマー(150)であって、前記密度タイマーは、
第1の密度を有するタイミング液体(405)と、第2の密度を有するタイミング要素(400)とを収容するリザーバ(410)であって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度とは異なり、前記タイミング要素(400)は前記タイミング液体を通って移動可能であり、前記タイミング要素は前記リザーバの外側から見える、リザーバ(410)と、
前記リザーバ上又は前記リザーバに隣接する1つ以上の計量表示部(240)と
を備える、密度タイマーと
を備える、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記開放断面積は、前記入口端部と前記出口端部との間の位置の関数であり、前記出口端部は、前記入口端部の下流にあり、前記出口端部は出口周囲長を有し、前記出口端部の上流の前記注ぎチャンバの一部分は、前記出口端部の上流にスパウトエントランスを有するスパウトであり、
前記装置は、前記注ぎチャンバ壁部と係合され、前記入口端部と前記スパウトとの間に配置されたダム(80)を更に備え、前記開放断面積は、前記ダムの直ぐ上流の位置と比較すると、前記ダムが配置されている場所で低減され、前記ダムは、前記スパウトエントランスを部分的に閉鎖する、装置。 - 前記出口端部から離間配置されたエントランス(105)と、前記エントランスからイグジット(130)へと延在する通気口壁部と、を備える通気口(100)を更に備え、前記イグジットは前記注ぎチャンバと流体連通し、前記イグジットは、前記出口端部が前記ダムから離れている距離よりも前記ダムから離れており、前記イグジットは、前記出口周囲長の0.5倍超、前記ダムから離れており、前記イグジットはイグジット周囲長(140)を有し、前記出口周囲長(90)は、前記イグジット周囲長の2倍超、長い、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 開放端部(250)を有する容器(70)を更に備え、前記注ぎチャンバ、前記ダム、前記通気口、及び前記密度タイマーは、前記開放端部と係合されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 開放端部(250)を有する容器(70)を更に備え、前記注ぎチャンバ、前記ダム、前記通気口、前記密度タイマー、及び出口クロージャは共に、容器クロージャ(262)の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記イグジットは、前記出口端部が前記ダムから離れている距離よりも1.5倍超、前記ダムから離れている、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記密度タイマーは容器(70)上に装着されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバが、第1の端部(415)と、前記第1の端部と対向する第2の端部(420)と、前記第1の端部を前記第2の端部に接続するリザーバ壁部(425)であって、前記リザーバ壁部が、前記タイミング液体を収容する内部チャンバ(430)を画定する、リザーバ壁部と、を備え、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部までの前記リザーバが、前記入口端部から前記出口端部までの前記注ぎチャンバと位置合わせされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも大きい、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも小さい、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング要素が固体である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記装置は、前記出口端部が前記入口端部の上方にある第1の位置と、前記入口端部が前記出口端部の上方にある第2の位置と、を有し、前記装置が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記タイミング要素が前記リザーバの外側から見える、装置。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記装置は、少なくとも部分的に前記スパウトを囲んで延在し、かつ前記スパウトから離れて外向きに延在するフロア(270)と、チャネル壁部(280)であって、前記入口端部(30)から離れる方向に前記フロアから延在して、前記スパウトと前記チャネル壁部との間にチャネル(290)を画定する、チャネル壁部(280)と、を更に備え、前記フロアは、前記エントランスに向かって、又は前記注ぎチャンバと流体連通する穴に向かって傾斜されている、装置。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記装置は、前記出口端部が前記入口端部の上方にある第1の位置と、前記入口端部が前記出口端部の上方にある第2の位置と、を有し、前記リザーバが、第1の端部(415)と、前記第1の端部と対向する第2の端部(420)と、前記第1の端部を前記第2の端部に接続するリザーバ壁部(425)であって、前記リザーバ壁部(425)が、前記タイミング液体を収容する内部チャンバ(430)を画定する、リザーバ壁部と、を備え、前記装置が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移行するとき、前記タイミング要素は前記タイミング液体を通って前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に向かって移動するか、又は前記タイミング液体を通って前記第2の端部から前記第1の端部に向かって移動する、装置。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置を用いて液体製品(435)を分配するためのプロセスであって、前記液体製品が前記出口端部を通って分配されるとき、前記タイミング要素は前記タイミング液体を通って前記計量表示部に向かって移動し、又は前記計量表示部を通過する、プロセス。
