Claims (12)
- 高弾性ファイバを備える張力心線を有する同期ベルト(200)と、
少なくとも一方が長円スプロケット(10)である、駆動スプロケットおよび少なくとも1つの従動スプロケットと、
テンショナとを備え、前記テンショナが、径方向外周面と前記径方向外周面の径方向内側である受容部とを有し、軸方向に延びる円筒状部分を有するベースと、前記径方向外周面に揺動自在に係合する偏心アームと、前記径方向内側の受容部内に配置され、付勢力を前記偏心アームに付与する捻りバネと、前記偏心アームに軸支されるプーリとを備える
同期ベルト駆動システム。 - 前記偏心アームと前記プーリと前記捻りバネとが、前記偏心アーム、プーリ、捻りバネのいずれも他から軸A−Aに沿って軸方向に変位しないようにして、同軸的に配置される請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記長円スプロケット(10)が歯付き面と、2つの円弧部(14、15)の間に配置される少なくとも1つの直線部(16)とを備え、前記円弧部が固定半径(R1、R2)を有し、前記直線部が所定長さを有する請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記長円スプロケット(10)が、前記駆動スプロケットと前記従動スプロケットの間の角度変位タイミング誤差がピーク・ピーク値で0.5度よりも小さくなるような大きさとフェーズを有する請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記高弾性ファイバが繊維ガラス、PBO、アラミド、および炭素繊維からなるグループから選択される1以上である請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記高弾性ファイバが高強度ガラス繊維である請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記高弾性ファイバが炭素繊維である請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
- 前記張力心線が炭素繊維とガラス繊維を備えるハイブリッド心線である請求項1に記載の同期ベルト駆動システム。
