Abstract
Description
電気モーターや発電機などの電気機器は、一般的に、静的に配線されたコイル結線を有する電気機器に起因する単一速度トルク特性に制限される。配線された機器の巻線は、特定の巻線状態に起因する一定の機能を提供できるのみである。この制限は、単一速度への適用に対して問題ではない。しかし、可変速度への適用に対して、旧来の電気機器に使用できない代替の巻線結線を有することが非常に所望されている。
a.単一スター結線、3つのコイルの一組が、単一のスター結線に結合している;
b.2つのスター結線の並列、3つのコイルの二組が、それぞれスター結線に互いに結合し、二組のスター結線合したコイルが、互いに並列に結合している;
c.単一デルタ結線、3つのコイルの一組が、単一のデルタ結線に結合している;
d.2つのデルタ結線の並列、3つのコイルの二組が、それぞれデルタ結線に互いに結合し、二組のデルタ結線したコイルが、互いに並列に結合している;
e.全スター結線、コイルの3対の一組が単一のスター結線に結合し、各対のコイルが、各対の他のコイルに直列に結合している;
f:全デルタ結線、コイルの3対の一組が単一のデルタ結線に結合し、各対のコイルが、各対のコイルに直列に結合している。

Claims (26)
- 切換組立と制御システムとを備えるシステムであって、
前記切換組立は、複数のスイッチ及び複数のノードを有し、
前記ノードは、コイルのそれぞれに回転電気機器を電気的に結合可能であり、前記スイッチのそれぞれは、少なくとも2つの動作状態を有し、前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器のコイルを、少なくとも2つの異なる結線に選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能であり、
前記制御システムは、負荷下での前記回転電気機器の動作中に、前記切換組立の前記スイッチの動作を制御するように、通信可能に結合している、システム。 - 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルを、少なくともコイルの直列結合及びコイルの並列結合に、選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能である、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルを、第1スター結線及び第1デルタ結線に、選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能であり、前記第1スター結線は、一組の3つのコイルが、一つのスター結線に結合したものであり、前記第1デルタ結線は、一組の3つのコイルが、一つのデルタ結線に結合したものである、請求項2のシステム。
- 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルを、第2スター結線及び第2デルタ結線に、選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能であり、前記第2スター結線は、一組の3対のコイルが一つのスター結線に結合し、それぞれの対の前記コイルがそれぞれの対の他の前記コイルと直列に結合し、前記第2デルタ結線は、一組の3対のコイルが一つのデルタ結線に結合し、それぞれの対の前記コイルがそれぞれの対の他の前記コイルと直列に結合している、請求項3のシステム。
- 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルを、第2スター結線及び第2デルタ結線に、選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能であり、前記第2スター結線は、一組の3サブセットのコイルが一つのスター結線に結合し、それぞれのサブセットの前記コイルがそれぞれの対の他の前記コイルと直列に結合し、前記第2デルタ結線は、一組の3サブセットのコイルが一つのデルタ結線に結合し、それぞれのサブセットの前記コイルがそれぞれの対の他の前記コイルと直列に結合し、各サブセットのコイルの数は、2つ又はそれ以上である、請求項3のシステム。
- 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルを、並行な2つのスター結線及び並行な3つの2デルタ結線に、選択的、電気的に結合するように動作可能であり、前記並行な2つのスター結線は、二組の3つのコイルがそれぞれスター結線に結合し、前記二組のスター結線したコイルは、互いに並列に結合し、前記並列な二組のデルタ結線は、二組の3つのコイルがそれぞれデルタ結線に結合し、前記二組のデルタ結線したコイルは、互いに並列に結合している、請求項3〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記制御システムは、前記切換組立の前記スイッチを制御して、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルの結線を、閉遷移を介して切り換える、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記制御システムは、前記切換組立の前記スイッチを制御して、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルの結線を、開遷移を介して切り換える、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記制御システムは、論理を実行する少なくとも一つのハードウェアプロセッサーを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- さらに、少なくとも前記回転電気機器の複数の動作パラメータを検知するように位置する複数のセンサーを備え、前記センサーは、前記制御システムに通信可能に結合して前記検知された動作パラメータを表す信号を提供し、
前記制御システムは、前記検知された動作パラメータに基づいて、リアルタイムで前記切換組立の前記スイッチの動作を制御する、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。 - 前記検知された動作パラメータは、以下の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項10のシステム:
出力電圧、
出力電流、
前記回転電気機器の回転子の回転速度、及び、
前記回転電気機器の前記回転子の相対角度。 - 前記切換組立の前記スイッチは、機械的スイッチ、リレー、固体スイッチ、又は、機械的スイッチと固体スイッチの組合せ、の少なくとも一つを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記切換組立は、前記回転電気機器の前記コイルと、少なくとも一つの電力調整器との間を電気的に接続する、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電力調整器は、昇圧コンバーター又は降圧コンバーターの少なくとも一方を備える、請求項13のシステム。
- 前記切換組立は、さらに、
内部を外部と分ける少なくとも一つの側壁を有し、前記少なくとも一つの側壁が内面を有する外筒と、
内部を外部と分ける少なくとも一つの側壁を有し、前記少なくとも一つの側壁が外面を有する内筒と、
前記外筒に担持される複数の組の電気接点と、
前記内筒に担持される複数の組の電気接点と、を備え、
前記内筒は、前記外筒の前記内部に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられ、少なくとも一つの回転軸を中心として前記外筒に対して回転するように取り付けられ、前記内筒の回転は、前記内筒に担持された複数の前記電気接点を、前記外筒に担持された複数の前記電気接点と選択的にかみ合わせ、
複数の前記スイッチは、前記外筒に担持される前記電気接点及び前記内筒に担持される前記電気接点からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれかのシステム。 - 前記外筒に担持される前記電気接点は、前記外筒の前記側壁の前記内面に担持される、請求項15のシステム。
- 前記外筒に担持される前記電気接点は、前記内筒の前記側壁の前記外面に担持される、請求項15のシステム。
