Claims (12)
- ストリップに冷却流体を供給する冷却部と、
前記ストリップと物理的に接触し、前記冷却流体によって形成される沸騰膜を除去する沸騰膜除去部と、
を含む、冷却システム。 - 前記沸騰膜除去部は、ローラー状に形成される、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記沸騰膜除去部は、前記ローラーの外周面にブラシが形成され、前記ブラシが前記ストリップに部分的に接触して前記沸騰膜を除去する、請求項2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記沸騰膜除去部は、前記ストリップの幅方向に沿って核沸騰と膜沸騰が混在する位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記沸騰膜除去部の前記ブラシは、アクリル材質で形成される、請求項3に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷却部は、
前記沸騰膜除去部の後端に配置され、前記ストリップの幅方向の温度偏差に基づいて流量を制御し、前記ストリップに冷却流体を噴射する流量制御冷却装置を含む、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。 - 前記冷却部の前端または後端の少なくとも一方に配置されて前記ストリップの温度を測定する温度測定部と、
前記温度測定部で測定された温度に基づいて前記流量制御冷却装置を制御する制御部と、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の冷却システム。 - 前記冷却部の前端または後端の少なくとも一方に配置されて前記ストリップに張力を印加し、前記ストリップの平坦度を測定する平坦度測定部と、
前記平坦度測定部で測定された平坦度に基づいて前記流量制御冷却装置を制御する制御部と、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の冷却システム。 - 前記冷却部は、冷却流体が収容された冷却タンクを含み、
前記沸騰膜除去部は、前記冷却流体内に配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。 - 前記沸騰膜除去部は、前記冷却流体内において前記冷却流体の液面と隣接した位置に配置される、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- ストリップの幅方向の温度偏差または平坦度を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部で測定された温度偏差や平坦度に基づいて流量を制御し、前記ストリップに冷却流体を噴射する流量制御冷却装置と、
を含む、冷却システム。 - 前記測定部は、前記流量制御冷却装置の前端と後端にそれぞれ配置される、請求項11に記載の冷却システム。
